Same excuse All all the time " I'm new in the service department, but I will definitely help you out" Had other issues regarding leaks and pumps Only to take care of them myself due to a lack of response from the hot tub people I have asked to speak to the owner multiple times only to get shut down. It seems as though the owner is hiding behind his employees and does not want to hear about service complaints. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. Can't even imagine not getting back to my customers more than a day later. My tub currently has no side panel which is exposed to rodents and Weather. Once again... I'll take it up on myself to clean it up I rarely rarely write bad reviews... I'll always give the business a benefit of the doubt. But in this case, these guys are just bad to deal with. I was offered assistance a few times while I was waiting. I purchased a GardenSpa hot tub. It was delivered, expertly unloaded & moved into place, he started the tub. Couldn't have gone smoother. Price was significantly better than the same tub elsewhere. My only concern was it was my first tub running on 110 vs 220. I does take longer to heat up but it has performed well so far & we have been using it all winter long. It keeps the heat at 104 -105 no problem. Definitely a 5 star experience. She was nice and helpful. After an initial scheduling for almost 2 weeks out she was able to move the date up significantly and had Tyler dispatched. Tyler was able to diagnose the problem with the tub quickly and was able to replace the required parts same day. It was the main board and heater. He gave me several other pointers on filtration and chemicals and was definitley knowledgeable. Owning a service based business myself i was very happy with how they handled everything and would have no problem recommending this team

I recently spent over $1200 dollars on repairs for the tub and then discovered that the tub was leaking because of faulty installation of new parts. Because I didn't call them within 30 days, they insisted on charging be $175 to come back and inspect their work. After disagreeing with them about how unfair this was to throw good money after bad, they said would not help me with the issue at all. I have heard of so many people being treated poorly by their customer service team. Be ware of buying this brand because it will be hard to service.
