Nice relaxed local bar. The service is quick, and the food is excellent!

Great spot for reasonably priced drinks, although the weekend can get a little crowded but nothing horrible.

tubbys is an awesome bar to hang out at, except on nights that jimmy is working. Once he charged me for a whole pitcher when it was only 3/4 full because he was to lazy to change it. I have watched this place go from bland to very cool. In the beginning it lacked decent beer, but always had stiff drinks by competent bartenders. Now they upped the ante with a wide beer selection. Music occasionally, blues, classic rock, etc., no real stuff like punk, hardcore or metal though. Booths, video games and did I mention the great food? Everything from tacos, burgers, appetizers to steak and lobster.... Bravo! read more

My friends and I have been going to Tubby's for breakfast for a while now and it just occurred to me that I have never yelp'd them! What a slacker :/ I'm kinda disappointed in myself because I absolutely love it there. And so do my friends! It's definitely our favorite bar locally because they have a great staff, good food at good prices and their drop shots come in chilled glasses which in my opinion make the shots taste better. They have a couple of pool tables and a great selection for their jukebox. Plus video games near the back of the bar and a charging station for your cell phone! Their taco Tuesday is all day and they have a really good prime rib special on Friday's. It's not a big bar and I know it gets packed in the evenings so if that's your thing then you should definitely check this place out. As for me and mine, we prefer to day drink (shhhh that stays between us) with the regulars who are typically less rambunctious (I said typically) So when we're able to, chances are you'll see us there...or at least just me...just kidding! I don't want to tell people about this place cause they will start coming here. But I will cause its a cool joint with surprisingly good food for a dive bar. I love a good taco Tuesday and this place has one. The tacos are delish! Chicken or beef. The chicken is fried and chopped. They come in corn tortillas that hVe been grilled so they are crunchy, shutout being fried. I really like that. The salsa that comes with them is mighty tasty too-I get extra. I think they are like $1 ea and 3 will fill a girl up! They have drink specials to if you going durning happy hour which I recommend. The earlier you can get there the better, because the place fills up and there are not a lot of tables. Aside from taco Tuesday my husband likes the Philly cheesesteak and popcorn shrimp. The fried zuke not so much. Parking lot is small, music is loud but it's a good jukebox so you can pick your own tunes which is nice. See you on taco Tuesday! read more

Friends and I have been coming here a lot more often. We always have a great time, and its just so relaxed and easygoing--nothing pretentious about it. Well drinks are about $4 on average, they have pool, darts and a great jukebox. Bartender Jim is great and pretty sure the other ones are cool today. $0.25 Hot Dog / $1 Chilli Dog Mondays (during football season) is just spectacular. Other than this, I'd recommend the jalapeno poppers. read more

Tubbys is an institution that has been around for generations. Food is great (prime rib and breakfast especially), drinks are healthy and people are chill. Cleanest dive bar around, best bar food and staff hasn't changed in ages. It's been my "Cheers" for 14 years, and I highly recommend checking it out. If you're looking for cold beers, good food and a relaxed, casual environment, Tubbys won't let you down. Taco Tuesday is great but get the cheeseburger! Amber is a super fun bartender. Draft beer is best, I enjoyed the Stone IPA.

We love Tubby's! Everything is always so good here. Our favorites are the chicken fried steak, Tubby burger, steak sandwich and of course the prime rib. And these all pair well with a double Bloody Mary and beer lol! The employees are always nice and friendly too. We love this neighborhood bar. read more

Service is so so but you don't go there for service food is good. Drinks are cheaper then most places and its a cool little dive bar. Every time I'm in there there is a different crowd of people and different music playing. Overall great place to go read more
