They're not especially fast, and the pandemic has not made that part of their business any better. You might need to give them a call to remind them if you're waiting. A seemingly easy job, I brought it to Milto, as they've been around a long time and should know what to do. It came back to me ruined. It looked someone dragged a knife over it several times. When I came back to the store, there was no manager there, so they told me they would call me. I get two separate calls from presumably a manager named Mona (she never said who she was) to tell me they would first have to "send it to the back" to be inspected and on the second call, told me they would reimburse me for the service but would keep the vest for insurance purposes. This wasn't even about the money, it was about principle. At no point in this process (of three additional touchpoints on top of the original service) did anyone apologize or acknowledge any wrongdoing. Just wanting my garment back, I told her that they were not keeping the vest, that I didn't want the money, and that I would be writing a review. She quickly changed her tune and kept trying to talk over me, so I hung up. She called me right back, asked when I would like to pick it up, and said they would give me a $20 appearance fee, then hung up the phone on me (LOL). When I got there, a sweet young woman returned the vest to me and let me know they were refunding me the $24 for the service. I grew up in Greenwood and know how miserable and bitter some people are here. Apparently they sit behind the desk at Milto now. ABYSMAL customer service at Milto. Go anywhere else.

It's your clientele. It's become a chaotic, loud and noisy 3rd world street market. 3 times have I been in and machines weren't working because non-English speaking or reading "people" have wrecked the washing machines from pouring in powdered laundry detergent, etc. You're putting your employees in a lose-lose situation because these invaders won't follow the directions on the use of your equipment and are hateful towards your employees. It's pathetic. The other day, my last visit to your Nigerian slum, the sheer amount of screaming and unrealistic shouting and barking by your new clientele was intolerable. A literal Nigerian street market. It's ridiculous. Good luck on replacing your American clients with uncouth Africans. There's no standards of civility anymore. I'll wash my clothes on a rock at the White River before I wander into this disaster of chaos again.
