Our Honda broke down on i4 and wouldn't start. According to the service guy our car went into "limp mode" turns out our fuel pump went bad. We towed the car to this location. Prior to us deciding we wanted to tow it here I called to make sure it was okay. The woman on the phone said she doesn't work at the location she can only schedule service but that it should be fine to show up. I trusted what she said and towed the car there. When we arrived it took a while before we were approached by anyone. A sales man told us that someone in the area we were standing at should be able to help us. I approached a young man behind a screen and he said he was available. We told him what happened and he told us they were booked for the day but could try and squeeze in the car. We were not in a hurry we just wanted our car to be looked at carefully and accurately. We left the car there and went home. This was around 12pm. Around 4pm the same day we had a call and voice mail letting us know to call back because they diagnosed the problem. We called back many times and reached a lady who said she doesn't work at the location but would pass the message along. We never got a call back, until mid morning the next day. We were so worried about our car for the remainder of the night and the following morning. A direct line to the dealership would be nice. We moved forward with service and got our car back the next day. The total cost was around $1,200. read more

So this is difficult for me to write because the three service managers I dealt with: Hakeem, Ish, and Luis were nice guys and I believe genuinely wanted to hell the situation that said, the rest of my experience was an inconvenience and a nightmare. So last August (2025), I took my car in for routine service like I had done in the past. Luis told me I needed new tires, offered me a deal, and after researching other deals at other locations, I chose to go with the offer at Classic Honda. Up until this point my car was running PERFECTLY and had less than 34,000 miles on it. I ordered Michelin tires and after the work was completed I drove home. This was the beginning of a nightmare that is still going on today! The next morning my TPMS light came on so I took it back. They turned it off and I drove it half way home and the TPMS light came on again so I turned around and drove it back to Classic Honda. They turned it off again, I drive home and the next morning on my way to work at 4am the TPMS Light came back on. I made an appointment and brought the car in a couple days later. Needless to say this cycle repeats itself again and again for about 14 appointments with them over the next 7 months with them resetting the light and keeping me there for hours or having to provide me with a loaner car over the month of January. Until the manager Will said that they needed to get this fixed for me. First he said that the Michelin tires were not compatible with my 2023 CRV and had them switched out for Chinook (sp?) tires and said that should fix the problem and that if the tires worked he would refund the difference of the Michelin tires in two weeks. All seemed well for a minute because I got home no TPMS light. I am a flight attendant and my car sits for days on end which was the case this particular week. I get home from work and then drive to my house, the TPMS light comes on again. I bring it back, Luis meets me outside and the car is brought to the service bay, I get a loaner car and the next day they call me and tell me that my car is ready. I go get it and drive home only to have the light come on again the next morning. The I make another appointment this time I deal with a new young man named Jonathan, who has no clue about what the situation is with my car, he puts me into a loaner and I drive home. I go pick up my car get home and the light cones on again. I make another appointment with Luis who met me outside only to have him say there's nothing they can do. He has another person who isn't a mechanic reset the TPMS light and send me off and then not two blocks away the light comes on again, so I bring it back. This time I am told by Will that I don't drive the car enough so the light will keep coming on. This is when I figured out they have no interest or intention of fixing the problem that they caused when I bought those tires and also at this point a month had passed and I still hadn't and still haven't received one penny in my refund for the Michelin tires they took off of my car. Luis essentially said they couldn't fix the car and without saying it outright told me I have to live with it because they can't figure it out and even though the light is on, the car is still drivable and even minimized the issue like it is no big deal. The light came on again the next day. I decided I will bring it to another dealership. My car was in PERFECT condition until I brought it to Classic Honda for these new tires and they damaged my car in some way and refuse to fix what's actually wrong with it. I paid cash for this car and planned on having this car for many years but now I do not feel safe with it. This experience has given me a negative opinion of Honda products. Stay away from the service department here if you value your life and the life of your family. Took my Civic in for a fuel pump recall. Car came home seeking of gas. On the way back to the dealership check engine light came on. The lock ring was reseated after being installed improperly. A couple days later, filled the tank. Garage smelled of gas, moved the car outside to confirm it was the Civic causing the smell. Took the car to Classic, they claim they can't reproduce the problem. Take the car home, drive it until tank needs to be refilled, garage smells of gas again. Take it to Classic. They kept the car for a week, eventually make us drive up their and refill the gas tank at our expense, then claim again it is not reproducible. A simple Internet search will tell them that this is a complication of a faulty fuel pump installation. They obviously don't care that they have sent us home with a car that is a fire hazard. read more

Deadly new car sales....They sent me out the door with a brand new 2025 Civic on March 1, 2025. Three days later, I notified them of a Brake Mitigation System issue while on a business trip. They did not tell me to go in and return the car. They instead told me that it was probably just a computer error and it should be fine to address after the trip. It was supposedly a brake mitigation system and switch problem and cruise control system problem, which weren't fixed after my first and second service visit. This review would have been 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the greediness of the management at Classic Honda. I purchased a '22 Honda Civic from them two years ago and was sold their platinum extended warranty. Their sales manager told me that if ANYTHING went wrong with the car, as long as I kept it maintained, that it would be covered and I wouldn't have to pay for repairs. I had all of my required maintenance done by Classic for two years, but last week one of the ADAS sensors (the little round things in the bumpers) came unglued from the bumper and fell out. There are several reports online of this happening to Civics. When I took the car in to Classic, they said that the sensor had fallen out because my car was involved in a collision of some sort causing it to fall out. This is absolutely untrue! There was not so much as a scratch on the bumper and it fell out somewhere on the road. They refused to do the work under warranty, which they admitted would have been covered if the car "hadn't been collided with." I contested their decision to their management who refused to honor their worthless warranty insisting the car was involved in a crash. A crash that pinpointed a one-inch spot on the rear corner of the bumper. They said it would cost me more than $500 for repairs to replace a $70 part. Instead, I took the car to Autonation Honda, where they replaced and recalibrated the sensor for less than $300. My car and I will never return to a Classic or Holler dealership ever again! They would rather lose a customer than lose $70 for a part that should have been covered by their so-called warranty. My suggestion is to go to a different dealership for repairs and if you do buy a car from them, don't let them talk you into their platinum extended warranty that they'll find a way to weasel out of honoring! BTW, the service people at Autonation were much friendlier and their dealership is cleaner and nicer than Classic's is. read more

I had my oil changed and Cortney, the service advisor, welcomed me right away. He kept me apprised and sent me a text so I was able to monitor the maintenance of my vehicle. Also, a piece that had came off was placed back on at no charge. During my wait time, one of the Honda representatives offered bottled water and a variety of snacks such as granola bars, chips, etc. Upon departure, Cortney went over the details of the vehicle and walked us out and set my screen saver. The process with test driving was easy, negotiation with Bill the sales manger was not too drawn out, and feel like I got a fair shake. It was easy to apply for financing on their computer at the dealership. Been waiting here for enterprise for a rental because the dealer said since I'm an out of state resident that I'm not afforded to a loaner as per the Honda specialist. It's time to update my Honda review! Last time I got an oil change was in July of last year (I know, please don't judge me haha) Anywho, they have upgraded on a few things! Now, when you drive into the service area, you check in yourself at one of the kiosks outside that they have and then come inside to wait for your name to be called. I was helped out by Maribel today and she has been here for 16 years!! She does her job great and has amazing customer service. Very dedicated and hard working woman! Big props to the woman of the house! I love that they also upgraded their coffee station with an automatic coffee maker with SO SO many different options!! It's great and I definitely could come here and just sip all day! They have a water station with heated water and the original popcorn maker is still there holding on STRONG! Overall, it's always a delightful and pleasing experience being here. It really is the only spot I trust to go get my baby taken care of. Keep up the good work Classic! I feel very indifferent about this place. Some things were good, others were downright horrible. Let me start by saying the wait times are horrible and it seems like they really dont care about earning your business. They're very quick to rush you to sign papers but make you wait hours for your car. The sales people then get very nasty after they make the deal and straight up speak down to you when you complain about being made to wait hours. The dealership is near empty but we're told "we have other customers you know". That's unacceptable when we've been waiting hours. What makes it even worse is that while the manager was trying to handle the situation appropriately by calming it down - the sales lady tried to speak over him. Props to the manager for doing the right thing but shame on you, sales lady. Should've known she had a smart attitude from the get go. I wouldn't return or give them my business in the future. Negative star! I bought my Honda Odyssey in Feb/2020. After 1 year, in 02/22/2021 I took it to regular maintenance, oil change and aliment. Unfortunately, the mechanic took my car outside the dealership and crash it against another car. My car was heavily damaged (photo attached). While waiting for my car, they told me: -Sorry, but you cannot take your car back because the car is not drivable. We will give for you a compliment car. I was in shock, but accepted and come back to my house. I'm still paying $600 per month,. I asked Classic Honda to send me a repair report in order for me to have a technician to inspect my car before I pick it up, but they refuse to provide me that do that. Obviously, I need to know what has been repaired. The manager told me: no, only "after" you pick up the car we can provide it. For me, do not make sense. I bought one new car and I still pay the same for a damaged car? The most unbelievable thing is that the manager call me during my work time and screaming: - Bring my compliance car today! I explain to him that I do not have the repair report, do not have diminish approved or any other compensation approved. He responds saying that he do not care, if you not bring my car back until 2 pm, I will report it as a stolen car. I did not believe it! Now they are treating me like I was a criminal. I immediately drove to the nearest police department, explain the situation to the police officer, and left the car there. Unfortunately, I forgot my computer (work laptop) inside the car. I was forced to contact the manager again that told me: I will not give your computer back, because the front windshield is damaged. But the compliance car is covered by my car insurance and again he hang out while I am speaking. Believe or not, I had to call the police again in order to have my computer back. They sent officers to the Classic Honda office to make sure that they will have my computer back. Whaaaatttttttttt?????? I am the victim nothing that happens was my fault. I still paying for my damaged car and the manager treat me like a criminal. Honda never apologize; never call me for a fair deal. I've never will forget this humiliation. Now, my car does not have clean Carfax anymore, I am dealing with 3 different insurances (Honda, my and the car involved), I was forced to contract a car appraiser services (I spent $380 for a diminish value report) and I will spent more $750 for car inspection, to make sure that the service has been well done and safe. I spend more than $6.000 in attorney services and believe or not MY car still with them since feb 2021. No, I lawsuit them. After explaining the situation they took the car realigned and balanced it and apologized saying the service was not what we expected and gave her a full refund.
