Great breakfast spot. We had to wait for a table for 15 min at 8:20 am on a Sunday. All of the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and kind. We didn't have to wait long for our food and coffee came around with out asking. The restaurant has a really interesting story and committed to qualify food. My husband and I enjoyed our first brunch at Tuckers. We phoned ahead to get on the list for a table in advance; I highly recommend this as it was very busy. We were seated pretty quickly and the staff were just amazing. We ordered the lemon berry tea bread as a starter and it was amazing!!!! Always love eating at Tuckers. Both the Hooksett and Bedford locations have amazing service. You need to call ahead for lunch and on the weekends, the wait line can get very long. Your whole party does need to be present before seating, so keep that in mind when you check in. We love trying their seasonal breakfast options, and their cheddar biscuits are absolutely worth every bite. I hope they bring back the coffee while you wait, that was so nice to sit and enjoy a coffee before getting to the table. I personally love that they locally source a lot of the food in their menu, it supports the local farmers and gives back to the community. My first time here and my food was delicious! I got the avocado smash bowl and there is nothing I would change about it. I also got a maple cold brew coffee, which had just the right amount of maple flavor. We went as a group of six on a Sunday around 10 and even with calling ahead, had to wait 40 minutes once arriving. It also took a bit for our food to come out. Shared a corned beef has side also with my wife. Too peppery and too much potato. Creamed beef on drop biscuits was good, not great. Eggs poached very nicely, though. My boyfriend and I decided to come back to Tucker's today after an excellent time a couple months back. I'm sad to say that this last experience was so poor to the point of having to write a review, both regarding the food and the service. First of all, the food - We both ordered the same things we enjoyed from our first visit. His meat lovers skillet had soggy old-tasting potatoes and was overall too salty. I got the Sunrise which I loved the last time but it was lackluster this time. The corned beef hash side? SO SO salty. Again, something we enjoyed last time but we both only took one bite and pushed it aside. The worst of everything was the service. We were there at about 12PM, barely a wait or line, yet we felt so rushed. Our waitress barely give us a minute to look at the menus(twice) hence why we just ordered the same things anyways. Not even halfway finished with our meal, she drops off the check and asks if we want boxes while the busboy was ready to take our plates. At that point we just gave up, got two boxes to take home the blueberry coffee cake we started with(the only thing good we ate today) and left by 12:30PM. I usually love taking leftovers but the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths we just left the rest behind. How did we had such a great time on a busy Saturday morning with amazing food and came back to a poor experience on a slow late morning/noon? It's debatable we'll ever come back. read more

Much larger space than the Tuckers in New London and the food and service is just as fantastic here. The staff was all smiles and super friendly. We came in 30mins before they were scheduled to close, and we did not feel rushed one bit. My friend ordered the smashed avocado benny and said it was delicious! She also ordered a side of toasted banana bread which she said was the perfect dessert to a delicious lunch. I order the tribal breakfast bowl with the glaze on the side and a vanilla chai tea. The blend of the baby kale + mushrooms + quinoa + butternut squash + sausage was amazing! Extremely filling, as I could only eat half (leftovers yay!), but oh so delicious. The vanilla chai tea was incredible and I was so pleased our waitperson brought it over in a takeaway cup as I couldn't finish it! Highly recommend this establishment. On the inside, it's busy but not overwhelmingly loud. Their parking lot and outside of the building are clean and well kept. The inside is very clean as well. The toilets are well maintained as well. I visited NH for about 5 days and ate at Tuckers twice. It's that good. I will say it was beyond busy when I went on the weekend. We were told it would take about 50 minutes, but it was about an hour before we were seated. I had the lemon French toast. Which was awesome. I also tried the home fries which I loved. I am very into some good home fries. The French toast dish was really unique so I had to try it. I think its definitely worth trying if you enjoy a sweet breakfast. The next time I came I got a waffle. You can't go wrong there. It had plenty of everything on it. I felt that their menu was great. I recommend going there if you are in the area! FYI there are no reservations; however, you can call 30 minutes ahead before arriving to the restaurant to be added on the waitlist- everyone in the party needs to be present or else you won't be seated. I've always ordered the Sedona Skillet & took the chance to branch out. The Kevin's classic is pretty basic but the ingredients are flavorful. My boyfriend really liked the carnitas bowl.
