They care more about money than accommodating potential new patients. Had a Monday appointment that I'd waited many weeks for, but they have a 2-business day cancellation policy. They texted a reminder on Saturday which I replied to and confirmed, but then came down with a stomach bug on Sunday thats been going around, lost ALL track of time because of being up all night running to the bathroom for two days, and when I tried to explain this to them they're just like "well we have a policy and need to collect another deposit." And I'm just like "if money is what's important to you..." and they say "well no money isn't what's important." But CLEARLY IT IS. So I will be going elsewhere. read more

"Stay FAR away" they took my money for the initial Visit and the CT cone beam scan and only ozone treatment was offered when I needed root canal teeth extractions, these recommendations were confirmed by 2 other biological dentists. And they never scheduled me for the ozone treatments never returned my calls!! Next thing I receive a letter in the mail dismissing me from being a patient refusing me from any treatment. Will be reporting them to The Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners (AZBODE) and perusing legal action to get my money back! read more

These people do not answer their phone, only option seems to be leave message and wait 24 hours for return call - difficult if you cannot receive personal calls at work. I've tried to reach them for months, so I think it is fair to say that they never answer and that must be their office policy. The email address listed on their website gets mailer demon returned. Their website option to request appointment does not give choices - you can submit what you want but you have no way to even know what days are currently available, so it is like shooting in the dark to think that the time you request will be an available time. Who knows if the dentist is any good, staff sure isn't. read more

Both of kids were lip/tongue tied. We came to Dr. Krizman for their clipping. She does not do mainstream numbing/dental work. It's was culture shock for us but Krizamn was pretty darn competent in her work and professionalism we were at ease with her all homeopathic remedies. Both of our kids recovered well. I'm blown away by Dr. Krizman. I am so grateful I found her. Her beliefs and approach to dental health are based in truth. I'm SO GRATEFUL to have found her. Outstanding energy too. I was in some awful pain with a tooth and did not have anyone to trust. I had seen other biological dentists and without going into details lost trust and was very scared. I called made an appointment ......traveling from the valley, we live in east Mesa. At this appointment I was first impressed with her assistant. Very thoughtful, thorough, detailed questions she asked. I felt cared for and validated. Then Dr. Krizman came in. She is calm and like I said she has great energy I immediately knew I was in the right place. Dr. Stuart Nunnally of Marble Falls Texas office helped me pick her. That right there is a testimony to the quality of person and professional she is. After testing it was determined that I had a dying back molar. Tooth number 15 was in need of a root canal (which I would NEVER do) or needed to be extracted. While she gives you your options her office does not do root canals. This is Tuesday now mind you I leave in 13 days to take my 4 grandchildren to Disneyland by myself. I was not wanting it to do it while taking pain medicine from a tooth that was a zinger causing excruciating pain. She makes an appointment for me that Thursday to have the extraction. That would give me 10 days to heal. I'm so grateful......no words can express how much. I hope this review expresses how much I am! The extraction was easy, painless and I did not swell AT ALL. I had such awful experiences before this is a whole new game changing experience for me. Thank you! I went back today to get the stitches out and just like before it was great. I am scheduled to do some therapy in a cavitation site that did respond well to 2 very invasive surgery's. I'm hopeful that her knowledge and expertise can make that successful as well. Been waiting for my appointment for months. I needed to change my appointment that was on a Tuesday morning. Knowing they weren't open on the weekend, I asked early on Monday morning if I could reschedule. I received a response at 8:16 am saying they would cancel. I did not ask to cancel, I asked to reschedule. If the answer was no then I'd figured out my schedule to make it happen. When Tuesday morning arrived I asked is my appointment canceled as I stated before I didn't want to cancel. I simply asked if I could reschedule to the afternoon. I received a reply saying they their office doesn't open until 10 am and aren't able to receive texts until that time. Yet the day before they responded at 8:16 and were quick to cancel. When I asked to speak to the office manager, the person I spoke to, Nacole, said she was such. I didn't want to talk with her and I wanted to speak directly with the doctor. Nacole wanted to reschedule me for the end of October and offered to reduce the office fee by $50. That doesn't cut it for me. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep rescheduling something that I had been scheduled for. She stopped responding to me when I asked to speak to the doctor directly, which needed to be scheduled understandably. This star is for the office manager. The Doctor is great, staff is not. Like the other review that had their appointment canceled, got to ask yourself is this place really worth your money if their office manager will cancel on you? Do you think the doctor is fine with losing the amount of money she is? I really hope this helps you. I'm trying to be fair here with this review. Save your money don't go here until they get the manager trained better or get a new manager. read more

Here in Tucson this is the only dentist available that does laser removal for a tongue and lip tie. You would think they would be more welcoming considering the revision is $500 out of pocket. The staff is unwelcoming and extremely cold. the first time I went by myself with my daughter they let us wait in the children's room. And today that I went with my older kiddos and newborn they didn't offer me that option. so we were waiting outside and my daughter was looking through the window And someone abruptly opened the door and hit my 2 year old to let us know they can't look through the windows. So they stopped and we were just standing outside. The dentist opens the door again and tells us we need to move. She was rude and I told her we would take our business elsewhere. This office also discriminates against children who have a medical exemption and can't wear a mask. This appointment we had was scheduled for two weeks Prior and set for 9 am . we were waiting outside for 20 minutes . What's the point of an appt if you have to wait an additional 20 minutes. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and disheartening. I would advise anyone in Tucson to drive to Phoenix to see Dr.cara who 1) it's more affordable and 2) you can see an IBCLC before and after the procedure. read more

I am so happy we got in to see Dr. Krizman. After 6.5 months, a mountain of stress, and 3 other dentists, I finally feel some relief about my 21 month olds teeth. He had some decalcification on the top 4 teeth and the start of a cavity or two on the back of those teeth. After hearing everything from sodium diamine fluoride to fluoride varnish to being put under general anesthesia and getting the spots filled, we walked out with some supplements and a note that the teeth have already begun remineralizing thanks to the special toothpaste we have been using which was suggested by one of Dr. Krizman's receptionist when we made the appt 3 months ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a special play area for young patients like my son and they all seem to be very kid friendly people. My son was actually playing and smiling with the hygienist instead of crying. They were super respectful of my son and very careful not to make him uncomfortable at all. It's nice to see him being treated with dignity by other adults. They gave him a toy car as a reward for his exam AND a natural popsicle which won him over for life. For once, I had more anxiety at the dentist visit than my son did. Highly recommend their office. Thank you Dr. Krizman and staff. read more

The good: The office staff here is helpful, professional, and polite Dr. Krizman apparently is supposed to be good at what she does ( is what everyone told me anyway) The office is located in a convenient Central location There's plenty of parking The Bad (the reasons for the lower rating): Krizman is rude, judgmental, condescending, close-minded, and incredibly ignorant. She's also cruel to newborns and does not give pain medication to them if their tongue ends up reattaching. She just separates the reattachment with her fingers with no pain medication, no warning, or even asking the parent if that's ok to do. Also, she does not accept insurance UPDATE May 2018 (in response to Krizman's comment): Krizman states "Children do not like fingers in their mouths any more than adults do, and so may protest during the post-op stretching, but it is not painful and is certainly not cruel. This patient also claims that I do not give any pain medication to the infants. On the post operative instructions, it states that parents can give their infants Tylenol or Arnica. At the initial appointment, parents are given a free bottle of Tongue Tie Combination Remedy made by High Road Homeopathy." I was there when she separated the re-attachement-- yes baby was not happy about having fingers in mouth, but there was no crying until Krizman separated the re-attachment with her fingers-- then baby started CRYING LOUDLY. Yes there is blood also because she is separating tissue that has regrown together and re-attached together. And she claims it doesn't hurt. Based on the way my child responded and from what I observed I can absolutely say that it does in fact hurt-- it may not hurt for days or weeks but it does hurt at the moment when she separates the re-attachment (where the tissue has grown back together). Speaking from experience, whenever I've had cuts or tissue torn off parts of my body, it does hurt! Krizman does NOT give medication or local anesthetic when she rips apart the re-attachment with her fingers (she does give a small bottle when you leave the office for the "painless" procedure). She also did not tell me she was going to separate the re-attachment when she did it or even ask me if it was ok. Also she states, "it is not painful" for the babies yet she recommends Tylenol and gives out Arnica... so why is she giving out pain medication for something that isn't painful...? That makes no sense. If it doesn't hurt, why give out pain medication for it? Why recommend pain medication for something that is "painless"? You know, every time I bite my tongue, bite my cheek, or cut my finger, it hurts. But next time I bite my tongue, I'll remind myself that it does not hurt-- Krizman said so! read more

Dr. Krizman is a phenomenal doctor. I took my son in after multiple various other consultations with other physicians, and Dr. Krizman was the only one who took the time to really listen to my concerns. She took the time to look and assess my son and tell me what my options were. He had a tongue tie and a lip tie, and Dr. Krizman discussed with my husband and I both pros and cons of getting the procedure. She is extremely professional, very patient, knowledgeable, and honest. read more
