The staff are friendly, they have a punchcard program and a pay it forward drink wall, and the espresso is excellent! I'd heard many good things about this spot and it lived up to the hype. Comfy couches, fun weekend events, books and games to enjoy, and a patio with more games!

Good coffee and good vibes. I wouldn't order their matcha or chai again (weak flavor) but appreciated that their chai was dairy free. Workers are always nice and friendly.

I popped in here last week for a quick coffee stop. This was my first time and while it it tucked away a little, the spot is adorable. I love the outside seating area and the atmosphere when you walked in. It felt very inviting and cozy. I ordered a Dirty Chai Latte with almond milk and it was great! The chai had good spice. The barista/cashier was very friendly and was so helpful. I'll be back for sure!

The oatmeal peanut butter smoothie was okay. The oatmeal was flavorful but peanut butter was lacking. The consistency wasn't my favorite. 7.5/10 I tried the Caramel Mocha. Caramel with dark chocolate sauce, milk and espresso was sweet not as caffeinated as desired. It reminded me of sugary milk 5/10. Service was fast There's plenty of seating options with outlets. The patio is very nice.

I love to get my coffee from cool local businesses whenever I have the chance (although I must admit, I usually give in to the ease of drive thru at the chains .) Tucson Coffee Roasters is just what a coffee shop should be - nice menu (plenty of choices but not overwhelming), good smells, nice vibes, comfy seating, a bookshelf (!! leave a book/take a book style!!), and I think there was even some local art. I think my coffee was even less expensive than it would be at "S " Got to make a point to come here more often!

Great ambiance. The coffee was good. Service was fairly quick and they were nice. The croissant could've been toasted a little less and fully cut through half way. Besides that, it was good. I would come back. It was chill. People were working on their laptops around. I just came here while waiting for my passport to be completed and I like to support local.

We came here on our trip from cali and we tried the horchata iced latte with oat milk and it was really good! Sweet and cold, perfect for a hot day. Definitely woke me up which was much needed for the drive. The workers were friendly and the interior was nice and clean. Parking was easily available at this business and I feel like we came at a busy time of day.

This place was super cute and certainly makes a good cup of coffee! My husband and I wish that they had a few more breakfast item options, however, this is a coffee place first and foremost. I love the added touch of the chocolate covered espresso bean! Super cute and 100% a signature trait. The service was patient as we figured out the menu and our preference, but delivered expeditiously! The atmosphere was calming, kicked back, and I personally loved the aesthetic. Keep it up! We hope to be back the next time we travel to Tucson.

This was a really cool location to visit for my first stop this morning for a cup of coffee. I was able to walk to this location from my hotel stay, was greeted when I walked in the door as well as had a chance to view a little bit of the menu and the surroundings on the inside. The associate working the counter she was helpful she asked me if it was my first time and I informed to her yes. So she proceeded to inform me of what they offer and also a few suggestions on what I possibly might like. So I ordered a small cinnamon crunch coffee. Was very delicious and I was able to enjoy my coffee while sitting outside on their seating patio.

I have lived in Tucson all my life. Almost 43-gritting through my teeth and summer-years. I hadn't heard of this place!! ‍ Two of our closest local coffee shops recently closed. I wanted a local place that roasted beans to have at home. I searched on IG and came across this gem! Awesome coffee! Great breakfast tacos!! Excellent spot to chat and read. Amazing date spot. My husband and I are hooked! So glad I found

They never fail to have a special I have to try. White Almond Roca. How many ways can I say delicious... This is my favorite Tucson coffee spot.

cherry mocha and very very very sweet amaretto iced coffee.

Had to change the very very unenjoyably sweet amaretto iced coffee to a Cappuccino that was better.

Hands down best coffee I've had in Tucson, and it's cheaper than Starbucks. Nice ambience inside

Best coffee in Tucson by far! The prices are so reasonable too. We come here every time we are in town.

Wow!!! OMG!!! I was…read moresitting in my hotel room trying to decide where to grab my cortado for the day when I came across this place. The menu immediately caught my attention, so I made the quick 10-minute drive over. Street parking was plentiful and super easy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by not one, but TWO friendly smiles and "good mornings!" We had a quick conversation about my coffee preferences, and the sweet girl and gentleman behind the bar whipped up two breve cortados for me -- one Orange Cardamom and the other their seasonal Rose Chocolate. I noticed the roast was a little darker than what I normally prefer, but it smelled incredible. Then came the first sip... WOW. Such a beautifully balanced drink! The roast was smoky, rich, and chocolatey without being overpowering. Both drinks were great, but the Orange Cardamom was absolutely the winner for me. The citrus and spice worked perfectly with the espresso. EPIC CUP!!!!! Fantastic coffee, genuinely friendly service, and a place I would absolutely come back to.

Picked this place based on a great cold brew and I didn't disappoint!…read more Bought myself a bag of beans and they were gracious to give me a free cold brew. Very flavorful and without any creamer needed (which shows a sign of a true cold brew and not 'iced coffee') Ambiance was very subtle with little rooms all over the place to truly spread out and relax. I liked it a lot! Baristas were a bit preoccupied with themselves but it didn't take away from how wonderful the shop and beverages truly were!

If Tucson has a heartbeat, part of it lives inside Talega Coffee Roasters…read more I used to live next door, and honestly, they were the only thing keeping me in Armory Park as long as I stayed. When I finally moved, I thought the hardest part would be adding 30 minutes to my commute. It wasn't. It was losing that daily routine of walking into a place that feels so real and personal. Talega isn't just a coffee shop. It feels intimate in a way that's hard to find now. You can tell Tyler & Rene actually care. Not just about the coffee, but about the people who come in and the community around them. Nothing about it feels transactional. You're remembered, conversations matter, and it feels grounded in something genuine. Their seasonal drinks are what really set them apart. They are not cheap grabs for attention or copies of whatever is trending online. The ideas feel inspired and intentional. (Their maize latte and miso latte were perfect) You can tell there is real thought behind what they put on the menu. It reflects a level of care for the craft that is especially rare. It's been incredible to watch how far they've come since they started. They've grown without losing what makes them special, which is not easy to do. I don't live next door anymore, but I will never stop being a regular and I will never stop drinking the Maize latte (I literally dream about it).

I had one of the Spring 2026 specialty iced lattes, the Sumac Floral Bloom. It had lemongrass, lavender florals, with a sumac finish. It was unique, interesting, and delicious without being too sweet or overpowering the espresso. Milk options were whole or oat. They have WiFi but I didn't use it.
