Signs on chairs that patients were taking seriously.
    Grace S.

I hesitated between a 4 and a 5 for this dentist but their friendly and professional staff, from the front desk to the dentist herself, makes anything less than a 5 impossible. My only complaint is the long wait and overall appointment. Every time I've been there, they seem to be running behind. To be fair, they're in a new building and seem to still be working out some kinks in this new place. The actual service and the very reasonable costs were great. I felt like the entire time, everyone I dealt with made an effort to explain what they were going to do or what was going to happen next. They're using the latest equipment that really helps you see what the dentist is seeing and understand what the treatment will be and why it's needed so you feel involved in the decision making and not like an unwilling but resigned participant. I was really worried about my dental appointments due to Covid but everyone I saw/interacted with, staff and patients, was masked and being really careful. Sanitizing was happening regularly and they've really created a space that's as safe as possible.

The rudest most unprofessional office I have ever visited. I wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled dental care with them.

They agreed and said they would have another one made. A few days later I returned to pick up the "new one" and they were the exact same ones again, except for this time they painted the back of them and shaved off or grinded off the translucent parts on the bottom tips! When I tried them on they looked crooked and ridiculous. I told them I was not happy and that it's obviously the same ones from the first time around. They said too bad and that's the best they can do. I told them I wanted them to make another and they refused. I even offered to pay again and they still refused. They had me talk to the manager Andrew and he said that It was not the same ones and that nothing could be done for me. Then he said "if you're not happy with the result, you can go elsewhere". He was also being rude and condescending and calling us liars to our face when they were obviously the same denture. To top it off, they still charged me the copay and charged my insurance as well even though I left the denture there. My whole family has been going there for years and had great service before this. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend anyone should either. I will be contacting the ADA to tell them what happened. See for yourself at the before and after pics provided.

But Dr. Dino Drummer and his team bring the quality treatment so that the process is less frustration and with fewer fallen tears. First order of business, this is a lively, cheerful and goofy bunch. That may be a turnoff to some. But the team keeps with professionalism while realizing that an A-plus business can be run with compassion, care and fun. Bedside manner - perfected! What I especially love about the team is that everyone comes from a place of patient advocacy and empowerment through information. Never in the history of medical and dental care have I come across a team that asked so many deliberate questions before beginning a service. The team wants to be quite clear about your dental history and needs before offering any suggestions and before beginning treatments. And the team goes over your chart quite thoroughly. But it is not in a paternalistic way. If you are already well attuned to something, or if you have tried something that didn't work, they are open to moving on. They even have an active Facebook page where they leave dental care tips and other information. Why is this HUGELY important? You can find a dentist most anywhere. But I appreciate that the team has not forgotten that they are working with human bodies and the full range of human emotion. They are patient, caring, attentive, curious and concerned. It is sometimes difficult to find this level of care in physicians and health/medical specialists -- especially at a place that is a bit more accessible and affordable than more elite/expensive offices. The team offers general services, like teeth cleaning, exams, X-ray, root canal therapy, extractions, wisdom tooth extraction and the production of mouth guards. The team also offers cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including dentures, crowns, whitening, fillings and Invisalign. Want a more peaceful and relaxed visit? The team also offers Nitrous Oxide. So, yes, I highly recommend this location and this team. And to the team: Thank you all!

My next visit was a little more intense. The good thing was that the hygienist read my chart and helped with my anxiety. I was uncomfortable but she helped me through it. She asked me about anesthesia I told her I didn't want it. She told me that would be put in my chart. She was very understanding of my anxiety and helped me with it through the whole procedure. My third visit is when it started. This visit I saw the pareiodontist. This person and her assistant seemed very rushed. I tried to explain my anxiety but was unheard. She proceeded to inspect my mouth very rushed and unconcerned with my anxiety. She than told me my next visit she was going to cut me and remove three teeth. I told her I didn't understand because I'm feeling no pain and have no problems right now. She said that's what's going to happen and that she was coming back to speak with me more. I sat there for twenty minutes waiting. She never came back. Instead another person showed up and simply escorted me out. My next visit 08/04 I had called and canceled being cut and asked to speak with the dentist. When I spoke with him he understood my concerns and we came up with a different plan. He told me I was going back to the hygienist for a deep cleaning. I specifically asked at that point if I was going to see the hygienist I saw the first time because I had already established a relationship with her. I was told yes. I felt better and decided to go through with it. Which brings us to today. I arrived for my cleaning and it's a different hygienist than the one I requested. She obviously didn't read my chart. She had zero concern for my anxiety. She starts talking about taking my blood pressure for the anesthesia and wrapping my arm. Well at that point my anxiety spiked so high I was shaking. So I'm sitting there confused trying to explain everything and feeling ignored. She asked me if I wanted the procedure done at all or if I wanted to reschedule because my blood pressure was to high. I told her I wasn't sure if I wanted to come back at all. Another woman then comes in the room and wants me to make a decision. I ask who she is and she told me she was the manager. She begins to tell me that hygienists are different and do things different ways. So my question to this is why does everyone put things in my chart if nobody reads it. Shouldn't there be some kind of consistency when your using multiple people to deal with one patient. There is a reason for my anxiety being documented right? In my last review I showed concern and nobody even responded. So what am I supposed to at this point? Apparently the individual that has anxiety doesn't matter. I need dental care even if I have a condition.
