The build team was extremely thorough, measuring things carefully, double checking their work, and adjusting plans as needed. The project manager was clear, always making sure we knew what was going to happen each day. The builders were great at their jobs and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The job was done ahead of schedule and the work is beautiful! We will be working with Kitchens Plus again on a bathroom refresh. We did a full home remodel many years 35 years ago with a different company and it was rough. This was a difference between night and day. We loved our experience with Kitchens Plus.

Rather than simply agreeing with every idea I had, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of different renovation options and offered thoughtful recommendations based on both function and long-term value. What really stood out was that he identified several important considerations that none of the other contractors I met with had even mentioned. The job involves extensive digging, wire pulling, and complicated hookups to feed into existing circuits for underwater pond, fountain, and masonry wall post fixtures, over almost an acre of property. I can't rave enough about how professional, courteous, communicative, and meticulous these guys are being. They show up right on time every day, explain exactly what they're going to do each day, make sure everything is perfectly straight and level, and have even voluntarily fixed a lot of cosmetic issues left over from previous contractors. They're still not done, but still comfortably ahead of schedule -- even with another, considerably less communicative or professional contractor frequently getting in their way.
