Gray shaker vanity with Luna White countertop, master bath
Jasmine M.

tl;dr: I give San Diego Vanities an A+ in everything - customer service, responsiveness, selection, quality, even contractors. This review is long overdue - I had been remodeling my entire house 2022, which was a complete nightmare. I can easily say that the smoothest part of my remodel had to do with my bathroom vanities! CUSTOMER SERVICE: The representatives who worked at the showroom were always friendly and patient with me, and would literally call up the owner (Nicole) on the spot if they had any answers they needed to confirm. I wish I remembered their names but I interacted with two different sales associates and both were very friendly. Nicole herself is phenomenal, going above and beyond for me!! I had a contractor drop out for my home remodel and I reached out to her to see if she knew anyone and she gave me several contacts. Nicole even came by my house herself to drop off a furniture filler stick when I had a scratch on one of my cabinet doors! I literally got answers for all my questions same day and never found myself waiting around for Nicole or her team to get back to me. Nicole is very responsive over text message, which is nice when I can't get to my phone for a phone call all the time. SHOWROOM/SELECTION: SD Vanities has a showroom with all the different types of cabinets and countertops they have available. They do have a small selection of cabinet pulls/knobs available at the showroom, but they actually have more available online to choose from! They're very clear about having more of a pull/knob selection online, too, so don't feel discouraged if you feel like you wanted more choices in pulls/knobs than the ones you see in the showroom. As for the actual cabinets, they had exactly what I was looking for - shaker style. And they had it in varying sizes and colors! There were an ample amount of countertop choices as well - I absolutely fell in love with my Luna White countertop the moment I saw it. They also have different types of cabinets too, so definitely check out the showroom to see how everything looks/feels. CONTRACTORS: Nicole's contractor who does the countertop fabrication (Alex) is straight to the point, quick, and does quality work. I was really impressed with the nice and even edging detail he does with the countertops! I can't help but compare my kitchen countertops with my bathroom countertops now. Unfortunately my kitchen countertops were done by someone else and SD vanities wasn't doing kitchens at the time. But if they were I would have totally done everything with them!! I believe she also has cabinet contractors who could assemble and install the cabinets for you, but I had my own contractor at that time. If you use your own contractor, Nicole sends over the cabinet assembly instructions for you. QUALITY: I really love the soft-close cabinets and drawers. I've never had it before, and I didn't know what I was missing out on until I realized I didn't need to brace myself for slamming noises every time I close a drawer/cabinet. The cabinets themselves are solid wood and not flimsy in the slightest! And their pricing is very reasonable considering the quality of the items. Even their pulls/knobs are great quality (Richelieu brand)! Again, A+ with everything. Absolutely check out SD Vanities.

As soon as I saw these vanities online, I knew they were an answer to my prayers. I looked on all of the online companies for the right bathroom vanity that would fit my space, but nothing worked. When I walked in their show room, their sales person was very friendly and informative. I ordered the cabinets and vanities I needed, and then was connected with the owner Nicole. I ordered my vanities sooner than I needed, since construction was still happening at my addition. Nicole was very patient with me and extremely helpful. I've been using my bathroom vanities and linen closet for six months now, and I couldn't be happier with the look, function, and space. These are very well-built all-wood cabinets, and I'm the happiest customer they have.

They helped us out in a pinch. We had ordered a vanity from Overstock and were waiting for it to arrive when after 2 weeks they just canceled the order. Our old vanity had already been removed. We located SanDiego Vanities and went to their showroom. We found something that would work and they had the boxes delivered within 3 days which enabled us to stay on task with our bathroom remodel.

We're very happy with the service we've received from San Diego Vanities from start to finish. The quality of the materials they sell at San Diego Vanities are well above the competition and at a very affordable price. We're glad we've chosen San Diego Vanities for our bathroom remodel.

San Diego Vanities was the perfect spot to find what we needed for our master bathroom remodel. The showroom had a sample set up of exactly what I wanted. We were able to decide on cabinet style and counter top the day we went in and had it all ordered. When the cabinet was installed one piece was broken. The cabinet installed had it ordered and was back within a couple of days. We are soo happy with the end product and definitely will use San Diego Vanities again.

If you are in need of a vanity and came across this place, don't think twice. I am one to do tons of research before purchasing something like a vanity. I have only amazing things to say about this company. To begin with, the service is outstanding. As far as the quality, well, I was looking for a particular design and wood quality which I found only in two other shops in San Diego but the prices were outrageous. San Diego vanities was the only one I found with exactly what I was looking for for an excellent price. See picture

San Diego vanities provided me with a beautiful vanity, we chose the white shaker style and we are very glad we did. Nicole the owner is very nice, the showroom helped a lot we were able to actually see the vanity in real life and feel the quality. Cabinets are great. The prices were in our budget, it was rough to come by. Thank you so much for all of your effort in helping us get the vanity quickly. We appreciate It and we dearly recommend these locally owned and women operated business! Heidi and Bill

My finished project

San Diego Vanities strives to provide a safe environment of shopping and installation during the pandemic. They have a nice showroom displaying vanities that accommodate small bathrooms like mine and luxury suites like the bigger homes. The vanities are well made, beautifully finished, and a nice selection of countertops. You get to choose your handles as well. They offer an installer (which I used) and a fabricator that work closely with the clients. Skip the big box stores like IKEA, Home Depot, and Lowe's. You will get a beautiful product installed by professionals who also enter your home safely as well.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to share my experience with San Diego Vanities and let me start by saying I'm very extremely satisfied with their customer service and quality of their product. Nicole is an amazon person to work with. She's knowledgeable and professional and just very friendly. I went into the showroom searching for euro cabinets for my master bathroom and the salesperson helped show me their different options, styles, and colors. I picked out the style I was looking for. It took 2 weeks for delivery. The end look of my master bathroom went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend San Diego Vanities for all your bathroom vanity needs. They also have another showroom for kitchens. Check them out you will not be disappointed!!!

My husband and I have been putting off our old bathroom remodel for years. The bathroom was was over 40 years old, outdated and definitely needed an upgrade! A family member told us to check out San Diego Vanities and that really got the ball rolling for us. We met with Nicole and she went over different designs with us. Asking us questions to try and see what look/design we were going for. She helped us pick the type of cabinetry, the size, sink basins, knobs, the countertop everything. Everything customized to our liking. She followed up a couple times during the remodel to check in and make sure we were happy with everything. Excellent communication skills and very responsive to any and all questions that we had. Definitely would recommend checking out San Diego Vanities for any vanity needs!

I originally planned to order my cabinets from…read moreanother company, but when my cabinet color wasn't available, I started searching and found Wholesale Cabinets. It ended up being one of the best decisions I made during my entire kitchen remodel. From the moment I walked in, Liad and Lily were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Liad came to my home to take measurements, offered thoughtful design suggestions, and several of his ideas became my favorite features in the finished kitchen. They guided me through multiple revisions without ever making me feel rushed and were always available to answer questions. They also recommended both my cabinet installer and countertop fabricator, and both were outstanding. Having trusted referrals made the entire remodeling process so much easier. Their pricing was fair and the personalized service, design expertise, and attention to detail were worth every penny. They transformed my small 1980's kitchen into a beautiful, functional space that feels so much larger and has truly become the heart of our home. It has added tremendous value to my house, and every time I walk into the kitchen, it makes me smile. If you're looking for a cabinet company that genuinely cares about the final result, I wholeheartedly recommend Wholesale Cabinets.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because things started off well…read more The staff initially seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

I contracted with them to reface my kitchen, and I have the following issues: * The cabinets do not match the bases. They even agreed with me and asked me for a paint bid, but then decided that they do match. * The laminate on the bases is already delaminating and it hasn't been a year, in some cases hasn't even been a month * Poor quality parts were knowingly used for warranty work, which resulted in them telling me they would need to come back before they ever even finished. At this point, I think the poor quality workmanship and use of broken materials is intentional. Additionally, they make it very difficult to get work done in the afternoon, as they state they only work until noon.
