Don't waste your time I dropped off six shirts. The receipt showed six shirts. I picked up five she told me I miss counted. I didn't miss count and this isn't the first time she's always got piles of clothes on the counter. I'm sure it's mixed in with somebody else's stuff offered me no refund no apology. This is an amazing dry cleaners. Very professional, clothes done have a smell like some dry cleaners do, and they are soo friendly! You get bonus for taking your clothes of 10.00 off total bill after so many visits. They are amazing. Celina location is the only we use. read more

Gave them a brand new shirt they got two black stains on it. They said they would refund for te shirt but now the owner Janine khashab has blocked my number, won't return emails and when I go there in person I get laughed at, told they won't give me a refund or return me my ruined shirt. When I asked them to call the owner while I was there "No, I gave you her number. You do what you want with it. I'm not calling". Worst people EVER! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! read more

Total ripoff! Over charged. Could not explain why she was charging me almost $5 for laundering dress shirts. Go there if you want to spend all your money. No posted prices because only an insane person would pay the much knowing. Scales were not balanced. God detests dishonesty. read more

Horrible service. Took a brand new shirt in that they stained. Told them about it and they tried to remove it but couldn't. We agreed they would refund the amount for a new shirt. Now they will not answer our calls, manager is "not there" when we do get ahold of someone. We are not asking too much for them to cover their damages. I was searching for a cleaner nearby and saw there were 5 stars for Tulip Cleaners in Lewisville. In my haste, I didn't see it was only 2 people and they are out of state, so I'm not certain they are even reviewing the same cleaner. I don't normally like to leave negative comments. I prefer to praise good customer service for a job well done. I'm still shaking my head of my experience with this cleaners. I took in 4 items. Two black wool winter coats, a multi-colored coat and a light silk jacket to be cleaned. None of the items were soiled but still needed cleaning just because it had been awhile. They were all supposed to be ready the next day. I went to pick them up and only the multi-colored coat and the silk jacket was ready. She told me that they were going to have to do extra cleaning on the two black jackets because they were so dirty. This right here sent up red-flags because I knew they weren't really bad. I went back the next day and picked them up. When I lifted the plastic bags they both were covered in white fuzz. I'm not talking about a little here and there, but covered! I was shocked. I instantly went back and showed the lady. She apologized and took the coats back. It was a Friday so I didn't hear from them until the following Wednesday. I went back again and they were a bit better but still white fuzz all over them both. I told her they were just not acceptable. She called the manager and he told me there was nothing else he could do. No apologies for the condition they were in but that it was all he could do. I insisted he continue to try something to get this fuzz off the coats. He agreed to try something else. And once again, I left them. They were ready the next day, and even though they are now acceptable, there are still little white fuzz in spots in places. The lady there told me she spoke with the owner and the manager again and they both said that was all they could do. It's incredible to me that this happened to begin with. They obviously put my black coats in with someone's white clothing/blanket/something. I can't stress enough that this wasn't just a little bit of white fuzz. How can someone slip a bag over that and expect a customer to accept a garment in that condition???? And not to mention it was $20 a coat and not even an offer of a refund for my inconvenience. I asked for the owner to call me and I still haven't heard from him. The lady at the store apologized, but it wasn't her fault. The manager and owner both should step up and admit this mistake. I will never trust this company again and will definitely share this story as often as I can. read more

Long time customer, but NO more!!! They ruined a sport coat dropped off for cleaning. Wore it one time for a special company event. Dropped it off for cleaning. Didn't look at it for quite a while. When I had another event to wear it to, when I opened it up, there was a burn and possible black grease stain on the front. When I confronted the owner about it, he said he had no idea what it was, but wasn't going to do anything about it, said he wasn't responsible for the damage. BUYER BEWARE!!! Not a very customer oriented business. I think, but not sure this is a new owner of the business at least last six months or so. Never had problem before, but wouldn't drop off a pair of underwear there now! Horrible service, not a responsible attitude for a customer oriented business. POOR service!! read more
