The literal worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. My husband dropped off my red leather jacket that got baby spit up on it in November. He tried to pick it up 6 different times (upon their instruction on when it would be ready) between November and February. I called Feb 14th demanding my jacket back for a family funeral and allegedly they had called my husband that day to tell him it was ready and could be picked up the next day (no missed calls though). My husband arrived first thing on 2/15 only to be told they couldn't get to it in the safe until afternoon when someone showed up with the key. Husband went back in the afternoon to pick it up and they said spit up doesn't come out of leather so they never even tried to clean it...WHAT?!?! This place is a joke. We are owed at least $30 for gas. read more

Yikes. My fault for not yelping about Robbins sooner. Used them for 5 years now. They give you a bag and pick up in Wellington 2X per week no extra charge. The laundry is then delivered to my front door hung on a hook I installed at my house entrance. If i drop off I am usually greeted by either husband or wife owners. Your hard-earned money can safely be spent here, and I would never go to a different dry cleaners, because AJ and his team at Robbins always makes sure each person and their business is valued and appreciated. Due to basic economics, the dry cleaners I regularly used had to shut down. I was next to the Y, and decided to give Robbins a try and what a blessing that turned out to be; AJ and this entire team at Robbins are the best: super friendly, professional, and just consistently fantastic service. The amazing owner who works there every day called AJ is one of the kindest and most hardworking people I have ever met in my life. If I could give a minus star I would. They fired an employee that I gave my three pair of drapes to. Their system showed I picked them up but I didn't. Owner offered in store credit. Who would go back to a business that won't reimburse you for lost merchandise? We are seniors on fixed income. Not easy to replace $450 in drapes. The owner stated he didn't lie. He does. He put me off for three Fridays asking for more time. Would never recommend this dry cleaners. read more

Worst customer service ever. I picked up my laundry today and gave the kid behind the counter my coupon. I was then promptly told that my coupon was no good. and that it had to be presented at dropoff (owners rules) although the coupon did not say that nor did anyone ask if I had a coupon at dropoff. The kid the proceeded to tell me that "lots of people get mad because the coupon does not say only good at time of dropoff and the owner tells them not to ask". Seems unscrupulous. read more

I will NEVER use Robbins dry cleaners again. They lost my uniform shirt. I dropped-off 5 shirts for laundering. Only 4 shirts returned. I spoke to the owner. He totally blew-me-off and denied losing shirt. (this is how he treats long-time customers). Never Again! read more

I have been going to Robbins Dry Cleaners for years and no longer recommend them to anyone due to the appalling service and treatment received yesterday. 2 of the many shirts I brought were ruined at my last visit and Mr. Robbins not only refused to reimburse them or let me have free dry cleaning that day or a credit to my account for future dry cleaning but blamed me for the destruction of my shirts. He told me that in the process of ruining my 2 shirts he spent 3 hours repairing the clothes of other patrons that were affected by his mishap. He informed me that in order to be reimbursed for the shirts I should contact the retailer and demand a refund from them. When I informed him that the store would not be issuing me a refund for a dry cleaner ruining the shirts, he demanded the receipt to contact them himself because it wasn't his fault or responsibility for what happened to them. Obviously, I will not be taking my clothing for dry cleaning to a place that destroys my belongings, refuses to reimburse me for said belongings, does not take responsibility for the destruction caused and then has the nerve to blame me for having the audacity to bring items for dry cleaning in the first place. I encourage all Robbins Dry Cleaners customers to find another dry cleaning business to avoid a similar experience. read more

Great Quality, Exceptional Customer Service, and Affordable Prices! What more could you want from a dry cleaner!?! My lack of planning resulted in not having any clothes for a meeting. Frantically calling around Flower Mound trying to find a 1 hour dry cleaner, most responded with a prompt no or told me it would be a minimum 3-4 hours. I called Robbins Dry Cleaners and Ron answered the phone. Without hesitation he told me he could get in done in 1.5 hours. I brought him a pair of pants and just over an hour later he personally called my phone to let me know they had finished early so I could come to pick them up. Although I expected a crazy fee for the rush job, Robbins did not charge me one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DRY CLEANER TO ANYONE WHO APPRECIATES EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
