When I reached out to address these concerns, I was met with a dismissive response and was told the situation was not her responsibility. This lack of accountability was both frustrating and disheartening. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.
