My co-workers were baffled for my ill lack of navigation, and suggested this service station would be the easiest to get to and the fastest way to get back onto the NJ turnpike. You CAN NOT miss this place; you have to pass it! Mr. Salzano is the one running the show here, and he is really a very well natured and pleasant guy. Chatting it up while my car tank was happily filled, I was even more happy to see my full tank only cost me $44. Although there are only four pumps to gas up, he has a full operation to completely service your car, not matter if it's for an oil change or to put air in your tires. This place does right by me!

I was recommended this place from my neighbor. As we all know it's somewhat difficult to find a…read moregood and honest mechanic. So I needed to get work done and I was leaking antifreeze. So I walked over and they said drop the car over. Which I did. I assumed with the amount of cars I saw that it would be a few days till I received it back. Well Joe Jr called told me one problem but brought up another problem that was more daunting then what I brought it in for. He gave me the price and I gave the go ahead. I got the car back the same day!!!! The car ran like new. I will be honest they can be hard to reach on the phone I recommend stopping in. I was never there before these guys didn't know me from Adam and the price I thought to be honest very fair to me and maybe not that fair to them. I thought it was going to be a couple hundred more than it actually was. The point is these guys got a forever customer and I have an honest mechanic. That to me is a win win. Thank you Star. It's conveniently located and always busy which is a good sign. In my experience the soups and salads are very good. Always convenient for a quick dinner. The sandwiches can be hit or miss but also convenient. The coffee and tea station is a favorite of mine (keeps me warm and awake). The baked goods made on site are an occasional bad habit treat. They also have the usual waters, sodas, candy and snacks that are the usual at convenience stores. This location also has gas pumps. They also provide bathroom facilities which attracts your usual slobs (feel bad for the employees that have to clean up after them) but they try. Overall I'm glad the location is there and visit it almost every day.

Pull up to the station. Only person there is the attendant, assume he's the owner or something…read more Hand him a 20 and ask for 10 on the tank. He looks at me, says 20? I say no, 10, he says ok 10. Proceeds to put 20 on the tank. I ask him, where's my change? Gives me a half smile and says you handed me a 20. I say, that's why I said 10. He pretends he doesn't understand, walks away and starts speaking great English with the car in front of me. It's just $10, but it makes me very wary of other business practices if they're willing to pull shit like this over 10 bucks.
