My tire pressure was a little low and I remembered that there was a new(er) Wawa nearby so I stopped by. I didn't realize that Wawa provided FREE air (like it used to be everywhere back in the day) and they had multiple pumps. I had to of course go into the store and it was immaculate! There were multiple ordering stations and the orders were prepared pretty quickly after being paid for (& my sandwich was perfectly stuffed). The cashiers were friendly and the lines moved quickly. When the food is fresh, it's good, but occasionally there are long waits and orders that aren't always prepared correctly. Depending on the time of day, staff performance varies. Wawa - Gas Stations Near Me - Belleville, New Jersey

This is a pretty new location that includes a gas station. Was looking foreword to a Wawa location closer to me and was happy when they opened this location. I like Wawa a lot and this location is very good. As I mentioned they have the gas station, plus inside they have a large coffee station, prepared foods, plenty of beverages and snacks. The best part of Wawa is the deli. This location has a large deli with plenty of computerized ordering kiosks. This location also has a free air station outside which is convenient and appreciated. It's clean and well staffed, all of the employees have been polite. The only reason I give this location 3 stars is because my first two times ordering sandwiches the orders were filled wrong. It may have been due to the fact the location and employees were new. Even though the orders were wrong the sandwiches were still good so I would only take off one star. I love Wawa hoagies because they always seem fresh no matter what location you visit. Have never had a sandwich that was sub par. They can toast the whole sandwich or just the bread which I also like. Overall this is a good location. Hoping all the kinks are worked out. Will definitely be back. read more

I think this store have the worse management issues EVER, the assitant manager customer service skills are on the ground. About a week ago there was a misunderstanding with my special order at the Deli, "No big deal" I sadi to the deli lady when she explained it and she just remade the sandwich but that Manager Rebecca is a total a$$hole. The way she talk to people is like if she is above you, so arrogant and unprofessional, her face expressions shows her disgust and unappreciation for paying customers who are actually contruibuting to her getting paid. I think she was very rude and not only that she asked my girfrield is she was planning on paying for the items she had in her hadns like if she was going to steal them or something. I asked for the manager and at first she wasn't trying to get him for me, but when he finally aproached his name is Bacher and I explained, I couldn't believe he was taking her side. Talking about "That's my best employee". I didn't asked for employee of the month status, is how she treats and talk to people and what she did!!! Acussing my gilfriend of stealing and this really needs to stop becuase according to other customers in te store that day this 2 individuals are know for this type of behaviour very frequently. We love the food at Wawa but they customer service is rate a 0. Do they even have a dristrict manager? Because neirher one of them was trying to give me that information or the general manager info? I really like Wawa so it's always good to see one. This Wawa is conveniently near my work and Clara Mass hospital so they picked a good spot to build this. I'm not exactly sure how old it is but it looks well kept and the staff are pretty friendly here the past couple times I've checked out. The only hiccup I have is in one of my visits my burrito bowl was a bit lacking. They didn't put in chipotle sauce and kinda skimped on the cheese and lettuce. As far as the sauce goes, I know this happens but I've said before and say again, when you're ordering through a computer/touch monitor there should be less error than if I'm verbally ordering. Not a huge deal but check your order before heading out, I'll make sure to next time. Beyond this, it's Wawa. I'm sure I'll find myself at this one again on a lunch break or for snacks. read more

I have been waiting for this Wawa to get built for a while! It is just a 5 minute walk from where I live. It is so convenient and I came here the day it opened. Of course it is still clean (better have been since it is the 1st day!) and I got a few sandwiches, a Mac & Cheese bowl and some sides which all tasted to that Wawa standard! The place is built in a good space, with also a gas station! There is a good sized parking lot, and the early hours are perfect for when I need to wake up early and need a coffee or get some breakfast in a pinch! read more

I decided to order delivery from Wawa. I order a everything bagel with tuna toasted and a small chicken soup. What I got was a plain bagel with tuna not toasted. The food was not bad the soup was good. I just wish they got the order right. Overall not bad and would order again and hope they get it right. read more

I was in the neighborhood for a doctors appointment and was surprised to see they have a wawa here. Great location, spacious parking lot, gas prices are good. The inside is pretty clean and the service was quick and friendly. The restrooms were clean and you can still use them if needed (some places aren't allowing customers use restrooms due to COV). I've been here a few times, of those few times not a single question or complaint entered my mind. Gas station Review: Lanes 1 and 2, usually get the fastest service here. I've waited a bit longer in Lanes 3 and 4 for the same service. I think they prioritize experienced workers in popular lanes, and it shows. Wawa Brand: Is there customer membership like how other non-wawa places do? If so, then I never encountered a wawa card membership. I wish I did. Or Wawa app, there's just no marketing on that. Food - : This is where I get a bit confused. During Covid, I understand we need to stand 6 feet apart, but people here wait for their hot food order. Problem is, where do we wait? I see people waiting everywhere. Just shoulder to shoulder. Food takes a long time, and it isn't even served first come first serve basis. The drink order section is a bit confusing. You order it from the left side of the food ordering station, but you have to walk all the way over to the other side to pick up your drinks, yet you can order and pick up your food from the place location. Food + : The food is fresh, including the drinks. They have great selection. Imagine, Wawa had a drive through? That would be soo sick. Drinks and snacks: It's pretty much the same wherever you go. Lotto machine and ATM: Lotto has good selection. Scratch offs and lotto tickets available here. Plenty of parking. Rants?? : I wish I could get my windshields washed, but seems like they are too busy inside their booths on their phones, especially in lanes 3 and 4. Sometimes they don't even come out of their booths at night, sometimes I just leave and fill up my tank elsewhere. I honk sometimes in lane 4... I wait and eat food I bought in Wawa.... Still nothing. This is why in my review, just go to lane 1 & 2. Seems that the attendant in 3 and 4, gaming on their phone is more important than working. Really weird experience last night..card was declined because Im visiting from another state so my credit card blocked the transaction.
