He knows his cars. I waited and the work was done pretty quickly; Steve even showed me the dirty engine air filter I needed. Lots of shops don't even do that (even the dealer) or even explain why they are doing it. They use OEM parts - so nothing to worry about. They are both pleasent guys and seem to run their business in a friendly and professional manner; that's why they have lots of positive reviews. If you have a question or concern about a service they have no trouble in answering them and making you feel comfortable. Their prices are great and let's face it a lot better than the dealers cost. My vehicle was returned with scratches/damage that was not there beforehand, and when I brought it to their attention, accountability and customer service were lacking. I also requested to see camera footage regarding the incident and was told it was "too much footage to go through," which was frustrating and unhelpful. When I told him I could provide the exact date and time the car was dropped off, he still refused to show the footage. If he's innocent, showing the video shouldn't be an issue, especially since the car had no scratches when it was loaded onto the tow truck. When we called back to try to figure out the situation, he ignored us and refused to take our calls, even after we already paid him. On top of that, their prices are extremely overpriced for the level of service provided. I understand accidents can happen, but honesty, communication, and taking responsibility go a long way. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and forced to deal with the damage on my own. I would recommend taking detailed photos of your vehicle before leaving it here.
