We had lunch there today and the service was fantastic! The food was very good. I had a rice bowl and my wife had a tuna melt. Her sandwich was huge and delicious, but the fries were exceptional. Our server, I think her name was Bianca, made the whole experience even better. One of the best servers ever. My only criticism, and it's minor, is that their wine selection is very limited and ot the best quality. Still, the whole experience was 4.8 out of 5. We will go back. A friendly hostess greeted us immediately upon entering the restaurant. She sat us at a table in a room with a lot of empty tables and a few occupied booths. A server came in the room several times to tend to the patrons in the booths. We tried to get her attention to see if she could get our waitress, but we had no luck. After sitting there for 15 minutes, my husband went back to the hostess stand to see if we had a server assigned to our table. After a few minutes, the waitress that we were trying to get was our waitress. We did not start off too good. She did take our drink orders and brought us a basket of popcorn with our drinks. We ordered the chicken tenders, Cuban sandwich, and burgers. One burger was ordered with no bun due to gluten issue. The chicken tenders were huge and they came with 7 to an order. They raved about their chicken tenders on the menu and they were delicious. The food was very tasty but with the service lacking we did not enjoy our visit at Tully's. This was a to go order after a long day, working as a way to treat myself. Tully's does a great job creating a dish with a lot of flavor but also a lot of substance . Their chicken fingers are famous for a reason, and I have found over the years that the Asian style is my favorite. This trip I was able to get a nice set of crispy and tenders as well as fries and a reasonable price. They were done right on time and were very communicative in advance. I was in town for family weekend at Binghamton University on 10/10/25. My daughter and I decided to visit Tullys for dinner around 9:30pm on a Friday. We were seated right away by two teen girls who were at the front door. The restaurant only had a few customers, which to me isn't s good sign, but I let it slide since it was late and other restaurants were closing. I ordered a garden burger and my daughter ordered a chicken Alfredo meal. We also shared loaded fries for the appetizer. I asked for the bacon bits to be placed on the side of the fries (because I'm a vegetarian). The food was horribly prepared. The burger looked "sad." It was on a very cheap bun with shredded lettuce and ketchup and mustard (very plain and unappealing/unappetizing). Also, those condiments were not mentioned on the menu. I took the veggie patty off the bun and basically forced myself to eat it. The meal seemed as if it we're put together my a kid. To make matters worse, the potato salad had bacon bits in it. There was no mention on the menu about meat being in the potato salad. I ate some before noticing and had to spit it out into a napkin. I haven't eaten meat in 10 years. I informed the waiter and asked if there were any side dishes that I could replace it with. He proceeded to mention several options (that are not the menu) he even said "it's strange, but the these things are not on the menu." He then proceeded to list options that ALSO came with bacon bits. Like WTH? I opted for the grilled veggies which sadly came out in a very tiny, watery dish. The waiter placed it on the table and jokingly said "don't blame me, lol." I ate a few pieces and just gave up. My daughter said her chicken Alfredo was flavorful; however, it was also very watery. The noodles were basically swimming in sauce. She barely touched it. She took it to go but something tells me it's going in the trash today. Needless to say we were very disappointed. I left a decent tip, but we absolutely wont be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I do wish a Manager would've visited the table following the potato salad issue. Instead we had to deal with an inexperienced waiter who didn't exactly manage the situation well. I feel like I wasted time and money. Definitely would've had a better experience at a fast food restaurant. read more

For the two-ish years we lived in Vestal, Tully's was 'our place.' Consistently great chicken tenders, some cheap and strong drinks, free popcorn, and friendly service. It's not gourmet, it's not high class- I don't think I ever tried anything other than chicken tenders and fries (and desserts), but that is all I ever wanted. And dang, they are good chicken tenders. I almost always ordered the Asian Tenders! Tully's is the perfect place for a drink and dinner after a long day at work work- the perfect place to watch a game, to sit at the bar, or take your group of friends. We actually had our moving-away dinner with about 10 people here. We love Tully's :) read more

We were looking for a restaurant to have a late afternoon "linner" on New Year's Eve, and remembered that we hadn't been to Tully's in a few years. They don't take reservations, so ewe showed up at about 4:00 PM. and were immediately seated. As we were settling into our seats, our server, Adam, brought us menus and large glasses of water. Throughout our entire meal Adam was exemplary. Attentive, prompt, courteous, and friendly. His demeanor demonstrated that he was interested in seeing that our Tully's experience was pleasurable. This, while the restaurant was very busy, and Adam was serving many tables at the same time. Our food was served promptly and just as we like it. Meg's Cuban sandwich was tasty and large enough that she boxed half of it to carry home. My meatloaf, served with real mashed potatoes and gravy was abundant. So much so that I ended up carrying half of it out. That's rare enough and even more rare, I ate it for lunch Jan. 2nd.. The beverages were excellent. Meg had the white wine she frequently enjoys with her meal, and I had one of the best Tito's martinis I'e recently enjoyed. There are dozens of flat-screens all around you at Tully's. After all, it's renouned to be a "sports bar & restaurant." However, though I care nothing for televised sports I didn't find that the tvs were objectionable in any way. We had a wonderful final dining out experience of 2023, and I recommend Tully's for anyone who wants an enjoyable meal in a relaxed atmosphere. I think you'll love it. read more

Excellent for what it is: a very capable restaurant disguised as sports bar/pub. Very good (and original) food. Service has always been great. The original wings are an absolute must-have. It's loud (but it's supposed to be, I suppose), so not an "intimate dining experience"... but fast, good food and very cool if you're there for a game (or games). read more

I had one of the worst experiences tonight at Tully's. I was out for my birthday dinner with Ana and her 15 month old daughter. The order that Ana wanted was Buffalo Chicken Tenders (the dinner portion). She asked for two pieces to be kept on the side for her daughter. The server told us they won't do that. I asked for the manager because I have never heard of such a thing. The manager said they could do it and not to worry. That is good customer service. However, the "owner" of the franchise said no that he will not allow it. They tried to get us to purchase a meal for a 15 month old. Are you kidding me! I have been going to that restaurant for 7 years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. We left and I had just two sips of my beer. The check was never presented and not should it have been. Home of the Tullytubbies and Jennifer Tully, this is a chain restaurant invented near Syracuse, which has excellent chicken tenders (Buffalo style), and middle of the road prices. This Central New York chain is pretty delicious. It comes from Syracuse originally but there's a town called Tully when you're heading south from Syracuse and I'm not sure how related it is but if you keep on going past that you get to Binghamton and they have their own Tully's here which is often full of college kids needing some great chicken tenders - some of the best buffalo style stuff outside Buffalo. So I'm a fan. The buffalo style chicken tenders are a little overpriced but I think probably the best thing to do is get them when they're on the special happy hour or whatever - or to get them with the fancy amaizng Homespun mashed potatoes and then get the dinner version of them. They are expensive but they are very good. Skip french fries, or ask for extra Buffalo dipping sauce and then it makes the french fries worth eating maybe - but still the mashed potatoes with gravy are better by a mile. We have had great experiences at other locations so decided to go to Tulleys. When we showed up the greeter was a bit flustered and told us 20-25 minutes. Then after a discussion with a server changed her mind and told us 45-60 minutes. Connected to the same building is CopperTop. I walked next door to be greeted and told they would accommodate us any way they could. Within 10 minutes we left Tully's and ended up at CopperTop. We went to Tully's based on previous experiences. This was completely disappointing. They lost out on over $750 of revenue. read more

Tully's might be a (regional) chain, but it's a good one when it comes to bar food. Service is iffy, but portions are huge and food is good. My brother and I stopped in here for lunch after I picked him up from the neighboring university for Thanksgiving. Both of us ordered the Buffalo tenders lunch special, which includes a nice portion of tenders and fries plus a drink for under $10. As is typical for my Tully's visits, the tenders were out quickly and we got to eating. The chain claims their fresh chicken tenders are the "best in the world" and, while I might have had a few better tenders, they're consistently well above average. I'd argue that tenders are the must-order item here. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes and only spent a little more than we'd drop at a fast food place- not bad for table service and fresher food! More "traditional" restaurant food can be a little more iffy (as I've discovered on previous visits), so I'd stick to the sports bar staples like tenders, burgers, and the like. But that stuff? They definitely know how to make bar food for the masses while keeping it tasty. read more

First - the chicken tenders are DELICIOUS!! Second - the staff was amazing. We had a party of 8 and needed a high chair so we were kind of much and they accommodated without complaint. They have a nice draft beer selection and fun mixed drinks. We went to Mooney's that calls themselves a "sports bar" - 30 TV all with only one game on! There excuse was "we don't have the NFL ticket", he'll they didn't even have the Bills v Jets local game on all they were showing was the other local game Detroit,,,wtf. The Mooney's bar tender came over with his DirecTV remote control and asked me if I knew how to change the channel...Bahaha - what a joke! They pride themselves on their chicken tenders, and for good reason. They're delicious! And I think the portions have gotten bigger too because I could not finish what I was given. Cheap drinks and lots of TVs. This is a cool restaurant/bar type place. Went there one night and it was pretty empty. It seems like a hooters, but not really. Lots of tvs showing random sports channels and lots of sports memorabilia on the walls. One thing I saw that I thought was pretty cool was a machine to check your lotto tickets to see if they won. For dinner I ordered the meatloaf and it was pretty dry. Luckily it was swimming in gravy which saved the day. I guess the bread that it came with was supposed to be toasted but mine was nearly burned. Needless to say I did not eat it. The hot wings that we got weren't that great either. The waitress tried to warn it that it was REALLY SPICY but barely had any flavor. The good thing about this place is their alcohol. They have a pretty decent selection of drafts including some seasonal stuff. They also have some old video games to entertain the kids/drunk friends.
