The shop is beautifully staged and items displayed. Most everything is clearly marked with prices. Pricing is not astronomical. Good quality items that will last. They encourage sitting and testing out furniture. Testing out not reenacting a 10 year old birthday party shenanigans. I do enjoy shopping at this location. In the Sacramento area there are two locations with this being one of them. The other is in downtown Sacramento. Parking in that regard is much better at the Fountains since Wear Elm's building is on the peripheral right there with its own parking lot. Several handicapped parking spaces right in front. I personally don't recall any issues with customer service at the shop. I've been a customer for quite awhile having bought bedding, kitchen serving ware, and living room furniture ( with home delivery). But this place can get busy on the weekends and as par for the course now days in retail; they might not have enough staff to accommodate the occasional influx of customers.
