Plenty of stores to get your shop on. Some of the stores include Nike, Coach and many other high end stores. There's tons! Certain area of this huge complex are currently undergoing remodeling so several businesses are closed. During this recent visit, I noticed very few customers unlike my previous and many visits where this place was PACKED and nearly impossible to find a parking spot. It actually felt sad shopping here and appeared as though many businesses are desperate for customers. 90% of the stores I noticed, had, "50-70% off" posters displayed on the front windows or "entire store on clearance" posters. There were also two businesses with, "going out of business forever" posters on their front windows. As a shopper, this means great savings on many items but when my of my favorite athletic shoe stores (ASICS) is no longer here, this can't be a good sign. A security guard I spoke to shared that business has been unusually slow this summer. I hope that retailers are not planing on leaving and this just happens to be not only a slow day for shopping but an entire summer of customers staying away.

It didnt change, he was the same... helpful and engaging. He even encouraged us to shop around at the other stores and to come back if we didnt find anything there. We appreciated him... He was a factor in why we we returned. Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets section near Nike and next to Saint Laurent. You cant miss it. You may have to wait to enter but the line should move rather quickly as it did both times for us. All the employees were friendly but Lantz is the person you have to see. Great personality and deserving of your time, you will see. We purchased a zipper around Luce wallet for my mother and a messenger bag I've had my eye on for a while. The wallet she will really like as it looks like an archival piece similar to what she's had in the past and ones that have been handed down to her by my grandmother. Very happy with our purchases. My husband and I were so happy when we saw the discounted prices. I'd never pay full price for Nike again lol My husband got some shoes that he loves! The price was way cheaper than what it would be normally. I found lots of things that I liked. We will definitely be back! Service was good too. They know how to handle high traffic.

One of the managers also came out and talked to me, letting me know they are opening up a coffee shop/soft serve at the store soon. I got to chat with her letting her know my daughter's ridiculous $40 a cup experience at Dior in FL -and she made sure she got a pic at the place so it seemed somewhat justified ! The lady assured me the coffees were going to be more like Starbucks prices. The point is, everyone was friendly, we made small talk, and there were plenty of people willing to help. After my purchases I noticed a whole section of bags I hadn't noticed the first time. The styles are wonderful and up to date, with something for everyone . They are well stocked and the mall is super clean, with a ton of dangerous shopping choices, from classic to upscale. . I could have gone to Carlsbad or Ontario and I'm glad I chose this location. I would NOT recommend Ontario's Mills and I'll leave it at that.

I was nicely slowed down at the door to let him know that I was going to leave, and he acted like "Yeah! That is the door, just opened up". It's not a really busy time for sales, but their any 2 shorts for $60 was a good deal that I took advantage of. The store was busy compared to the ones around it. The items were clearly marked as final sale (no returns or exchanges).

Four ladies walked out (one group) so they let one group (two people) go in. I think people just linger longer inside once they get in because they've spent so much time getting in. Very stupid system. I just wanted to browse and look for purses. Walked away after 20 minutes because only one group ahead of me got in during that time frame.
