The servers were also very kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. My favorite roll was the Liberty Roll. It's made with seared salmon and was incredibly delicious, packed with flavor. My friend really enjoyed the spicy scallop maki, and I liked it too. It tasted fresh and clean with a nice subtle kick at the end. My friend ordered the fried rice as well, and it smelled amazing when it came out and she really enjoyed it. Went around 2:00 on a Saturday and were seated immediately. Service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was definitely nicer, but I felt comfortable in jeans for lunch. The food was absolutely perfect. We shared the creamy rock shrimp, spicy tuna crispy rice, and each picked a special maki. I had the "Liberty" and my friend had the "Rittenhouse." These were big enough to be a dinner on their own, so we struggled to finish them after our appetizers. But, they were both so delicious, we had to eat every last piece. They have a great drink list, I got the Lycheetini which was refreshing and delicious! My friends and I got a few plates to share like the glazed Brussel sprouts, ginger salad, and vegetable fried rice! They also got the gyoza, but as a vegetarian I did not try those, my friends said they were great though. We also each got at roll, I got the Japanese Sweet Potato Roll, the flavor was good but it was super dry so a little hard to eat, I think more sauce or some spicy mayo may have helped.
