This caused a layer of my big toe skin to be raw and my pinkie toe to bleed. I winced in pain multiple times and pulled my feet back. The pedicure itself looked good so I thought the shenanigans were over and the rest of the process of the deluxe pedicure package would go okay. Wrong again. She begins to exfoliate my legs, aggressively and applying pressure directly to my shin bone. I felt like she was upset that I kept wincing in pain multiple times. Unsure if that was the case, but it definitely came off that way. I will not be returning. To the staff of Bellagio: 1) Never assume a customer does not understand, I myself spent all of my 20s in Asia (Specifically Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan). 2) Please be more gentle with the skin on the toes, it is fragile and can bleed easily. 3) When applying an exfoliant or lotion, regardless of trying to massage the leg, apply with little to no force and focus on areas where muscle resides (example: the calves). This is a very pretty salon and has the potential to be great, but staff must display better customer service and general kindness to customers. I was looking forward to nice day of self care while visiting my niece, but now I will not return. People come to the salon to relax, not to be on edge what will happen to their hands or feet next.

It had a tiger print nail with ombré and it had gems on it as well and she couldn't explain it to me. She got her manager and the manager just said oh well different designs cost different prices. I said OK I can pay it. That's not the issue. The issue is I'm asking for a breakdown and then she just starts throwing numbers on the calculator and not explain explaining it to me clearly and she's clearly frustrated. Another thing is that everybody in here has a damn attitude for everything. I like the work they do but it seems like they just charging out they ass whatever numbers sound good to them. No thank you. UPDATE. TWO OF MY NAILS POPPED OFF IN LESS THAN 24 hours.i called and went back and they fixed 4 nails for free because two more were lifting. I pointed out that they were lifting after less than 24 hours and the lady got mad and gave em attitude and started talking bad about me to her coworkers. It has now been 5 days and another nail is lifting. I wasted my time and money. I'm not driving back 40 minutes to get this fixed again. I won't be back.
