With movers standing in my home and no realistic alternative on moving day, I signed with no other options. I called customer support the same day to dispute the charge. The representative was condescending, made no attempt to resolve it, blamed me for the increase, and said my only option was to pay if I wanted my belongings moved. The company claims the increase reflects items I added to my inventory. That is false. This is a bait and switch: quote a guaranteed price, then raise it on moving day when the customer has no leverage. This company will be extremely kind, caring, and responsive before you pay them.
