I understand if their client roster is full but the way they communicated was really smug. I told them I live less than a five minute drive away and the guy said "our cut off is a 4 minute drive." Spoke to two and was underwhelmed by the responses and overwhelmed by the estimated costs. And then upon a recommendation I called Swim King. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.
