I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. Mulch used by the company was infested with a nasty fungi that took a lot of time this spring to get rid of. There really was no followup to speak of. The rep said he would share with the crew supervisor that the mulch had a fungus attached to it. Lisa, their administrative person, was very professional and on top of things. I have nothing but good things to say about her. But we are now $3,000 in debt for a poorly executed landscaping job. It makes me never want to hire another landscaping company. I am a gardener and could have done a better job myself and saved a lot of money.

We recently (Saturday, July 4th, 2026) had a microburst storm that literally destroyed 8 trees on our property. These trees were all about 40 years old from when we built the house. Dubois Tree Service was out on our property the following Tuesday at 8:00 with a full crew. They not only worked on our property, but also on several other properties that day. It took two days to totally clean our property, but they were out in our neighborhood six days in a row helping people with MAJOR storm damage. The quality, the professionalism, the commitment to making sure everything is done correctly, and pricing is second to none. The owner Jimmy was with the crew everyday and his wife Christine in the office kept us up to date while I am sure she was managing a hundred different calls as this again was a MAJOR storm. Hometown unilaterally decided to trim a tree in my yard because they deemed it too close to my neighbor's shed...DESPITE my neighbor EXPLICITLY telling them not to. In order to trim said tree, they also trespassed on my property to access the tree. The result was a very ugly, stumpy, lopsided tree on my property. It was so bad that I had to have it removed completely. Hometown said they would do this for free...well guess what...they never showed up and I finally had to have it removed by someone else. Now trying to get them to remunerate me for the situation they created, and they are refusing to do so. They will not put me in contact with the owners, and are no longer responding to communications. I have a feeling this is going to end up in court. STAY AWAY - FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!
