This is a separate review for Cesar and Mr. Luis. Over the weekend was outside and noticed one of the pavers not set in and could easily be removed. Not sure if one was missed initially or if the concrete just didn't adhere to the paver itself. So I reached out the project manager Cesar, and he said they'd get it taken care of right away. Then by Monday morning, Luis showed up by 730am and not only did he fix just that piece I mentioned to them, but he went back and checked all his work and wound up fixing multiple corner pieces that he felt may need replacing in the future. Instead of one full corner piece paver he made each corner a 45 degree cut which I actually liked the look of even more than before. All in all he was here for about 6 hours and I really appreciated the fact that not only did they show up next business day, but the fact that Luis replaced the broken piece but triple checked his work and made further improvements altogether.
