We had such a great experience with Jason and his team, Romero and Miguel! Jason was very responsive the first time I reached out to him for a quote. He sent Alan to meet with us to give us a quote and Alan was on time, very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to about our project. We were lucky they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and they got the job done in 4 days! Jason is very concerned with customer satisfaction and it showed every time we came to him with a concern. They do have a contract that we sign which is good because it holds everyone accountable and they delivered on everything they said they would do. We had asked for quotes from multiple places and they had the best quote for what we needed. They were somewhere in the middle and gave us a great experience. You can always try to go cheaper but I definitely believe that you pay for what you get. I'm glad we went with Jason and his team for our project! Just a tip for anyone who is creating a straight line border like we did: use wood like a 2x2 or 2x4 because the bender board we originally used did bend once the materials were compacted. It's best to go with wood so you don't have that issue. If you want something curvy, obviously bender board is better. read more

He explained how they will install turf that will not see seams, ensure longevity of the turf, and long warrantee. We went with Jason. But it was not just the competitive price, but the promptness, and his superb crew lead by supervisor, Hector. They worked hard in the heat, and fairly flexible on changes, adjustment and make sure everything works (landscape light, existing irrigation). Hector's crew did not mind do extra things I asked at no extra charge. They protected our property with necessary boards, powerwash the driveway and patio, everything was nice and cleaner than before they showed up. We used Yelp to get quotes for putting in artificial turf in our backyard. Jason and Turf World were one of several companies that we spoke to. Other companies came with just one or two samples, quoted us much higher rates per square foot and would not be able to start for at least a month out. Jason came next day with over a dozen samples and actually managed to get a brand of turf that we had found separately. He lined up our installer Francisco who came to inspect the job site before hand and got the job started the following week. Francisco and his team worked diligently through a heatwave to get our project done in a few days. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result as Francisco went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything just perfect as his attention to detail was remarkable. Jason is a very charming man and does well selling his business, but I expected my job to be completed in 3 to 5 days. It has now been many weeks. The two people doing most of my work are in their late teens and early 20s. One has 2 months experience and the other is a new hire. My thought is that he is spread too thin with multiple projects, but that is not my problem. He is only here an hour to two each week. If I had known this would be my experience I would have NEVER hired him. My yard and front street have been covered with gravel, debris and other mess. No possible socializing under these circumstances. I can only imagine how the final project will look. So sad. read more

I had artificial grass installed in my back yard in two areas bordering hardscape but when completed one side was not level to me. I called Jason on Friday to explain the problem and before I finished he knew what had to be done. Initially I had wanted Jason to do the original installation but scheduling conflicts for both of us prevented that and now I was asking him to "fix" someone else's work. Nobody likes to do that but he showed up the next day with everything he needed, removed the turf, leveled the area which required removing excess material and in short order put the turf back on a now level surface. Jason was responsive, capable, friendly and very easy to work with. He knows his business, answered all of my question, gave me both information and material for maintaining the turf and worked quickly. I am very particular and Jason did not disappoint. He has a busy schedule but he helped me out immediately. I am grateful and would not hesitate to recommend him for any turf installation or repair project. read more
