    Star Bright Chamomile Tea

The low ambiance here is very enjoyable. Especially for those that enjoy having a slow morning. Great music selection. The coffee and tea are high quality. I got to enjoy the Bright Star Chamomile tea. Although I was visiting during a gloomy day, being present at Passenger brightened up my day. I also love that the barista was friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Always looking forward to coming back here when in town!

Great place to watch the coffee roasting/bagging process while drinking some excellent coffee. The coffee shop portion of Passenger Roastery and Coffee Shop is very sleek, clean and small. We were in there on a day when three people were sitting in the shop and that filled it. Thankfully they have outdoor seating and the weather was mild. I ordered a latte with oat milk. There was an upcharge for oat milk. I asked for an additional shot of espresso. The barista informed me that Passenger already does more coffee in their latte than most shops. I decided the extra shot was not necessary. The latte was smooth and warm. It had a perfect balance of coffee to milk. I love that there was some latte art on top (a heart shape). Passenger offered a number of baked goods including some vegan items. I did not try any.

Walking around I saw this spot show up on the map, so decided to give it a try. The shop is beautiful, very clean and modern design. The back is a prep and packaging facility. The people working were packaging and didn't notice me immediately, so there was a minor wait. I ordered a latte and asked for skim. There was only whole or oat, so I asked for oat. There was a $1 upcharge for oat, a 25% increase in the price of a latte, which is very steep. There isn't a note about the extra cost on the menu and the cashier didn't let me know in advance, so I took a star off for that. As for the latte itself, it's beautifully made and the coffee base is delicious. Well roasted to give a good balance of caffeine and mellow flavor.

Great coffee and pastries. Has vegan options too such as vegan chocolate chip cookie and vegan granola bar. Barista was very knowledgeable about the coffee, we ended up purchasing coffee for the house too.

Lovely place with so much knowledge on coffee. They seemed to have a regular crowd throughout the morning of locals. I will be back again!

Decent coffee, just wish they wouldn't burn it sometimes. It's also pricy for something that has no extras.

Lady behind counter was nice even when we were ordering 10 minutes before closing. That says a lot!

We opted for cold brews, mine with oat milk and my husband's sans additions, which were tasty!

I would firmly argue that this…read moreis some of the best coffee in Lancaster and has one of the coolest interior atmospheres. I typically go at least once a week before work. My order is 1 large hot latte and 1 large iced latte. I like to drink the iced latte before school then fill the cup up with ice and pour the (now room temp) other latte over it. That's how much I love this coffee. The only draw back is that the food situation leaves something to be desired. They usually have some sort of baked good/pastry in the display case, but I always eat breakfast before I go so I've never tried it.

My standard order is an iced latte with cherry syrup (although a latte with the peanut butter syrup is also delicious). I've tried cherry lattes elsewhere, but Mean Cups is the best. Nice and sweet, just how I like it, and you can actually taste the cherry. There're plenty of seating options, both indoors and out, and a restroom for customers. The service is quick (and not at all mean!). There's plenty of parking in the lot in front of the store. I do wish they had more food options, but there's not much aside from a small selection of baked goods. Luckily, there are plenty of other options in the same line of shops where you can grab some food to have with your coffee.

Kenzie was an exceptional waitress--attentive, welcoming, and genuinely encouraging in a way that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is enchanting. Our server was friendly and efficient, and the pace of the service flowed well throughout our meal. The restaurant is clean and cozy and the seating area can accommodate different sizes of dining groups. I ordered the Elvis Crepe from the Sweet Crepes section of the menu and a side of Hash Browns with Southwest sauce. They were both delicious and filling, and it was a good combination of sweet and savory. My partner got a Savory Crepe, which he also enjoyed. The only disappointing part of our meal was the iced lattes. We both ordered different flavors - one Nutella latte and one with strawberry syrup. We couldn't taste any of the flavoring in them at all. Had our server not told us which was which, we would never have been able to tell. They just tasted like plain lattes with no added flavor. Especially disappointing considering you pay extra for the flavored syrups. Overall, a great choice for delicious food and friendly service, but maybe grab your latte later from one of the other many coffee shops in the area.
