They returned my email within minutes and set up an appointment for the next business day. They arrived early and were set to install a new pump that was hardwired to get my fountain operating properly. Within five minutes they determined the current pump filter was simply clogged and set at a low flow rate. By cleaning and adjusting the pump, the fountain is running better than when it was first installed. They saved me more than 70% by cleaning the old filter rather than installing a new one I didn't need (but was prepared to pay for.) Nice people and you can trust them. Very happy. read more
