I was told they don't do cleaning of fountains but do ponds. I was turned away because they don't handle the scope of work I requested. They returned my email within minutes and set up an appointment for the next business day. They arrived early and were set to install a new pump that was hardwired to get my fountain operating properly. Within five minutes they determined the current pump filter was simply clogged and set at a low flow rate. By cleaning and adjusting the pump, the fountain is running better than when it was first installed.
