I reached out to Steve because I needed a home drilled in my granite countertop for a dish dispenser. We had a contractor promise to install the soap dispenser hole when the granite was installed but never did! Steve didn't think that was cool and offered to help immediately, he was super thoughtful and said he could get it done ASAP. He came over a few days later with his father, also named Steve. They were hilarious and very careful in the house. Steve was busy making sure everything was put back where it was found. He got the service done in under an hour and arrived when he said he would. He said you will recieve in two hours, After a day went by then 4 days later I was the day before service NO estimate No follow up, Called and left message asking if service was on for tomorrow and left a message because NO ONE Answered. He said no I will do all the work for 155? I did not agreee because that was even more ridiculous. I've had Steve from AZ Repair to my Phoenix condo for a couple of jobs and I'm just totally impressed. He's on time, clean, neat, has all the tools, organized and stays on task. Today, he removed an old 70's recessed fluorescent light in my kitchen. No easy task, the light box had to be moved to the center of the space, of course. Drywall repair, texturizing and painting were required as well. Installing the new 'fandelier' was the least time consuming aspect of the day and it all looks fantastic!! When he left, you'd never know anyone had been here working. All of the trash was removed and the kitchen was as clean as when he started. I reached out to a variety of Hvac and handyman businesses and many of them said they could not assist in installing a window AC unit that is designed for a vertical closing window onto a horizontal closing window. Steve caused a considerable amount of water damage to my dining room ceiling and master bedroom closet because he didn't install a shower spout diverter properly I had a professional plumbing company fix his error and they pointed out to me the copper piping he damaged and tried to conceal.
