They renewed my yearly maintenance program on their own. I work out of town months at a time. I paid my most recent bill but somehow I missed a previous bill. Instead of calling me direct or emailing me they sent me to collections for less than 50$. Talk about crap, I've been using them for over two years and they treat me like I don't matter. Terrible, Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charged over $800 up front. Day of service two different techs come out first tech didn't complete job and told me I needed to call turner to fix. Second tech couldn't get device to work and also told me to call turner. both techs left with out any resolution from turner. I called three times in one day to get nothing fixed. Now day 4 five calls in and no one has returned my call or fixed my issues. Services only half completed. There was damage to my walls that were not fixed. A huge cement smear on my driveway where they patched a hole drilled for termite control. Stay away, worst experience. read more

Been with turner for about 7 years now. Always been somewhat satisfied as the issues never got out of hand when they appeared. Will say that every time they have someone competent doing the property they usually replace them. My most recent repetitive technician justen does an extraordinary job. A little hard to talk to sometimes but very obvious he loves his job he is quite professional and proficient at it. Hard to believe he's as young as he is! I have used turner pest for several years now with decent service. However, they killed an entire row of bushes back in November and have told me on multiple occasions that they would replace these bushes. Unfortunately, they are not living up to their word to replace them. They told me no less than a month ago that they would replace them but they continue having some BS excuse as to why they are not replaced as of yet. I would be hesitant to use their service. May 16, still waiting on turner pest to replace all of the bushes that they killed. They did replace half of them and then left. Now, the lawn manager, Denver, will not return my call or text. Time to switch companies. They do an ok job with the exception of several areas where they can't seem to get rid of ants, but sad to see they do not fix things after they screw things up. Worst lawn service we've experienced. They scheduled us for lawn service on 11/6/19 at 4 pm via a email and waited for the technician but no show at all and didn't even bother notifying us about the cancellation until I emailed them that no one showed up. Next they rescheduled again for 11/8/19 between 8-12 pm and again no one showed up despite my numerous follow ups to their office. We have dogs in our backyard and so we always request that they inform us when they are in the area so we can unlock the gate and put the dogs in the house. This has been done to us several times and we finally lost our patience with this company. So many excuses and we decided to cancel our service. Very POOR customer service and so much wasted time on our part waiting for them to show up which they never did. read more

I called Turner Pest control for a termite inspection to satisfy a new mortgage we were applying for... I was told they do this... but work was back logged 2 weeks... I agreed to wait... The day before the termite inspection I get an email confirming the inspector would be here the next day between 2:30 and 5PM... I waited till 5:30...no one showed up, no one called, emailed or texted they would be late or not at all... I called and emailed to follow up... I waited till 10:30 the next day and no one followed up with me... I finally called again only to be told who ever booked this job was wrong and this is not work they do... No one let me know... really?? If I could give less than a "1" I would... This has cost me two weeks in closing on our loan... and probably more as now I need a new provider and how long will that take...This may cost me in interest rate too... Horrible performance! I will say the receptionist was nice and apologetic, she was very sorry... My guess is she has a lot of practice... Glad I did not go with Turner Pest Control. They were the pest control company that was already contracted at my house before I bought it. So I called to get a quote, thinking it was be cost efficient since they already have been to the property recently. Wrong.... they wanted to charge an insane "start up" fee + monthly charges since we were new owners. I declined the services because I wanted to go with a more affordable company. Well would you believe that someone from Turner showed up to my house unannounced and started placing bug traps and wanting to spray the house. I was totally creeped out that someone showed up to my house without calling or scheduling an appointment. I immediately called & requested them to delete any information they had stored at our house & said it was totally unacceptable for someone to show up at my house with no appointment, and not calling. Moved into a new house and decided pest control would be a great plan. Setting up the service was very simple and we were able to go with a quarterly plan to keep the house clear of creepy crawlies. I like to plan these things so I set the event well in advance, we were notified the tech was on his way. Ralph explained the process, walked us through what he needed access to and what spraying for. He was careful to wear shoe covers on the floor and was very professional in conversation. My very picky neighbor's used Turner's, so I interviewed them (and the others)-Ryan was very personable and professional, gave a fair price, and time line. Greg, the technician, did a terrific job with the house-he called WELL in advance, was also very professional, worked like crazy-thoroughly-with no breaks, that I saw-and asked for me to inspect the area afterwards. That really impressed me-I learned a lot about what they did and how the protection worked. It did take a week to get them over to start the service and they didn't go into the attic. Hats off to David he was awesome we thank him very much .... Recently Turner Pest Control sent emails telling customers that they were switching to tri-annually applications from quarterly applications. However, they never explained that they were keeping the same price you were being charged. So, basically you are paying for less service at the same price. I have tried to speak with customer service and they referred a Supervisor to me who would not make any concessions like lowering my bill. I have been with Turner over 13 years and even during these tough times with Coronavirus, me retired and my wife's hours and pay cut the Supervisor could care less. So even when I asked for someone to talk to mr about other options such as cheaper services it didn't matter much to him. I'm really surprised because even my car insurance company has given me a 15% decrease in my premiums for 6 months. However, Turner could care less. read more

So far I am really happy with this company. The previous homeowner had Turner and I signed up a month after moving in. The 2 times I've had to call for follow up service our rep Tab has come out the next business day to take care of it. I have never used a pest control service in my prior homes. Came out five times over a period of two months to fix a german cockroach issue; each time they came out, it got worse. Service technician repeatedly showed up unannounced after multiple request to contact me ahead of time. Blamed me for the issue for leaving an enclosed patio door open. Chipped my kitchen floor during one visit, as well. Called to cancel service, never heard back, technician came back again four days later, indicated it was for a complimentary touch up, and they attempted to charge my account three separate times a day later. Each customer service agent I've spoken to promised that a manager (Mike) would contact me by EOD to resolve the matter - still no word back. read more

I have been really happy that we chose them years ago. I have lots of questions and they are always good about answering them. Every tech that has come to the house has been great. They are friendly, clean up, and really seem to care about what they do. Once we were getting some work done on the house and I knew we needed to pay special attention to certain fixes to keep the house in good shape to prevent infestation. I had questions about our last inspection notes. Someone came to our house just to go though everything and explain what we could be doing better. I really appreciated that. I started using Turner Pest Control when we purchased our house just over a year ago. The previous owners used Turner Pest Control and it seemed the reasonable and easy option. A year later I have nothing good to say other than I finally cancelled the pest control portion of my contract and am waiting to find out about the termite bond. Since I have been using them they dropped the scheduled service from 4 times a year to three times a year. Sure, with Turner Guard, you can call them out unlimited times, but no matter how many times I had them out I still have issues with roaches. Each time, they go under you sink and squirt a small blob of something on your sink drain and this is supposed to cure all your problems. Oh, and as so many have said, good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. I have no idea how they stay in business. This has been a total waste of money. read more

I have since called and canceled my service and get told that they are billing every 4 months and still owe $120. They do not guarantee their services at all! I bought a home in a new development and Turner contacted me about my termite bond because the builder chose them for termite. I obviously had no say in choosing a more reputable company. The smooth talker salesman came out and suckered me into getting pest control as well. He told me the monthly pest control payment wouldn't start until I paid for the termite bond which happens to be for next year since the builder paid for the first year. Turner was supposed to start billing me for pest control April 2021 based on what the salesman said but they started billing me from January 2021. Each time I called them to get this resolved I was told the technician Josh would call me back. It's a month later and I'm yet to get a call from Josh. I finally called again but this time to cancel the pest control and again I was told Josh would call me back and what do you know he did not so I called again and asked for a manager and I was told Michael the sales manager will call me back in 30 minutes. It's 30 minutes later and what do know I haven't received a call from the manager. My resolution to this problem will be my own. I've sent Turner an email through their website that I want to cancel my pest control. I've logged a complaint with the BBB. Now I will cancel my credit card so they cannot continue to bill me. This is a dishonest shady company that shouldn't be in business. Be wary of nice selling salesman that only cares about selling you a service that doesn't exist. Trying call Turner and you will either wait for long periods of time only for someone to hang up on you. Worse customer service on the planet! read more

We have been trying to get Turner to come out for MONTH for a simple follow up of putting down roach bait/spraying. We live in a condominium so the rate we payed for them to come inside and do this service was a no brainer. Had a scheduled date for them to come out and what do you know, no call, no show. On top of that they had already taken our money. After weeks of calling and getting the run around we have given up entirely with this company and will be going elsewhere. I understand operations are different because of COVID but don't lie to the customer and say "we will be there Friday" for 4 Friday's in a row and never have someone show up or even have the common courtesy to call and say they can't make it. We have had Turner Pest for 3 years. Always paid on time and had no issues...until we had a pest problem. We noticed ants in the kitchen Monday night and on Tuesday called them immediately and asked for a tech to come out. We were told there were no techs available until the following Monday but someone would call us back within an hour to provide an update. Guess what no call. In the meantime I treated the ants myself. Wednesday we woke up to more ants in the kitchen and called again. Again told the following Monday would be the first time they would be available. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available. Again, waiting on someone to call us back while treating the ants myself. What good is a pest control company when you call them with a pest issue and it takes them 6 days to respond? Will be looking for a new provider ASAP. read more

I have given Turner Pest control multiple opportunities to create good service. Today was the last straw and my cancellation notice was put in. 1. I called in two weeks ago saying that we had a cockroach problem inside the house, most likely due to the rain, and we needed immediate servicing for the inside of the house (my contract states I can request this as many times as needed on top of the normal quarterly service). The customer service rep said no, because my quarterly service was coming up anyway and they could do it then. My call was on Aug 14, he scheduled the service for Sept 13. THAT is immediate?? 2. On that same Aug 14 call, I requested a new estimate for lawn service as we didn't need our backyard serviced anymore as we are redoing the whole thing, which takes up 2/3 of what needs to be serviced. They said someone would get I touch within a couple days, AND that I wouldn't be charged my normal rate on my bill date, the 29th. No call. So I call in again last week, Aug 21, and the girl says "I can actually take care of that for you over the phone, AND don't worry, we will get this taken care of and you won't be charged your normal rate on the 29th". Which brings us to today, the 28th, I have been charged, and especially charged the full rate as if nothing changed. I called in to ask what went wrong, and they said even though I pay monthly, I can't change the rate until a full quarter passes. It's funny that the first two reps didn't say anything about that, then I was charged, then the third rep tells me. Done. read more
