We visited during the off-season around 8am, so it wasn't too busy. The place is adorable--from the outside to the cozy interior, it's such a sweet spot for breakfast or brunch! The drinks menu is full of fun specialty options, and the food portions are huge (in the best way!). It looked like there was only one server working, so things moved a little slowly--about 15 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 for our food. Our server was really kind and even asked the kitchen to rush our order, but it still took a while, and we were definitely getting a bit restless. Overall, super cute place with yummy-looking options--just be prepared for a slower pace if they're short-staffed!

After 12 years in NYC, I finally made it to the Jersey Shore. The beach was stunning but it didn't take long before I felt hungry. Fortunately, Turning Point was nearby, so we stopped in for a bite. Even though I'm on the Whole30 diet, I found options that fit. I'm sure I tested the cashier's patience with my questions but she was kind and helpful, making sure everything was prepared just right. I ordered eggs, bacon, and potatoes, which really hit the spot. It was simple, but delicious. I'll definitely return once I'm off the diet so I can truly enjoy the menu. The place was busy, so the wait for food was a bit long but once it arrived, we dug in. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the whole vibe gives a classic beachside restaurant feel.

Came here for lunch during a beach trip and it was a great experience! Plenty of seating and so many great options on the menu. I ordered the Avocado Smash Benedict and it was delicious. Staff are also very friendly. Any Turning Point is a great dining option!

Reliable breakfast stop. Arrive early. It gets crowded. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Variety of options. Gluten free/ vegan. Egg whites. Large portions. Clean bathrooms.

Perfect location right at pier village. Across the street from the beach and centrally located with all the shops and other restaurants. We were seated quickly and attended to in a timely manner. Thought the pricing was good, food came out quickly, and it was tasty! Always can rely on a turning point restaurant for a good brunch. We all enjoyed our meal.

Such a nice location by the pier- we went on a weekday with practically no wait. We were seated immediately and had our usual selection from the menu (they also had seasonal items!) My omelette came with buttered English muffins and morning potatoes - such a big portion, and couldn't finish it all. I got the Tuscany omelette which contains bell peppers, spinach, chopped sausage and mozzarella. Some of my colleagues got the avocado toast, which was so refreshing, and others got another version of an omelette. Good atmosphere by the shore, and reasonable prices. Restaurants can get pretty pricey by the ocean. Wish there was some outdoor seating though! ty for reading :D

Always excellent stop for breakfast. Great views of the Atlantic, outside seating is the best. Courteous servers and excellent food! The Jamaican blend pressed coffee is the best!

This is right across the street from the restaurant. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view.

I was in the area for work, and based on the reviews, I decided to try this spot out. I am so glad I did!! I absolutely loved this place. The location, the staff, the food and beverage selections were all great!! It was definitely a tough decision on what to choose, but I chose the Fall special, Lobsta Cado Toast. It was fantastic. I also had an iced vanilla chai tea, which was also really good. I would definitely recommend trying this spot.

The breakfast was very good and my service was as well. The only negative is the extremely long wait times.

We really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately it was a complete letdown…read more The space itself is beautiful, and the service was good. Drinks were presented nicely, but flavor-wise they were just... fine. We started with the short rib flatbread, which was extremely dry. There were five of us and we left nearly half of it. The charred octopus was also disappointing--lacking flavor and a bit chewy. Mains were where things really fell apart. I ordered the spicy rigatoni, and it honestly tasted like jarred sauce--multiple people at the table tried it and agreed. It reminded me of the sauce inside a pizza roll: cheap and overly processed. I ate only a few bites before giving up. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe heartburn, nausea and stomach pains. Two friends shared a steak ordered medium; it came out well done. Sides were risotto and Brussels sprouts. The Brussels were good, but the risotto was very thick and gluey rather than creamy. The remaining two entrees were gnocchi and chicken Milanese. The gnocchi was bland and barely touched. One friend did say she enjoyed the chicken Milanese, which was the lone bright spot of the night. We don't mind spending money on food--but it needs to be good food. Unfortunately, nothing justified the price point. I wouldn't go back. It's a shame, because the restaurant has a lot of visual appeal and real potential, but the execution just isn't there.

(The honeymoon is over, I fear.) The menu is eclectic - pizza to sandwiches to seafood to an impressive list of beers, cocktails and mocktails. The pricing is a bit too high but what else would you expect in the heart of the boardwalk, right at the main 'corner' where countless people are constantly walking past? The servers on both visits were superb. The restaurant definitely has a cool look all around... outdoor seating, a large bar inside, plenty of tables and a cool 'snug corner' that has a lounge/library vibe to it. (Weirdly enough on both visits they gave us the exact same high-top even though there was plenty of seating in all the other corners of the joint.) For every hit (the BLT sandwich) there was a "it was okay, I don't think I'd get that again" (fish tacos) and for almost $20 to hear, "the crust reminded me of Ellio's frozen pizza" was deflating.
