I've been recommending Julie Corrado as a realtor over the past 10+ years to clients, friends, and…read morefamily members planning on selling or buying a home. Julie has a team of experts and licensed contractors that she works with closely who has always been a go-to for improvements made within my house until I sold recently. I have attended several of Julie's home buying and selling preparation seminars where she discusses "getting your home ready for a sale" and has benefitted highly from these sessions. I slowly improved the home that would produce the greatest return on investments to a potential buyer. This past Fall, I decided to sell my home after 13 years, and Julie sent over her staging team to make affordable recommendations and yield the best results. The house was listed in the Winter and was sold in less than 3 days. Working with Julie was like a partnership and a comfortable process. She educated me every step of the process and allowed me to make the decisions that positioned me to sell the home for $50K over what the last home sold on my street a few months prior. My home sold for a record high compared to other houses on the same street. I never felt the need to compromise or felt forced into settling - the offers were multiple. The Corrado Team and Julie's especially have developed an art and science about the process of selling a home effectively. I have great pride and feel a sense of comfort sending any future home buyers or sellers to her. I never have to follow through because her process is consistent, and the experience is long-term.

I went to the appointment on 6/15/26 both rental agents showed the apartment to me. After I viewed two units one of the agents informed me that there was a renovated unit which was $1150 and I viewed that one also. Even though initially I was there to only view the unit for $1005. I was then interested in just completing an application for the unit for $1150. I received an emailed to start the application and the price was $1235 I called the rental office and told the agent the price was different. And then they changed it to $1150. I paid the $50 application fee online. When I get there on 6/17/26 with the security deposit One of the agents come out holding my statement looking at it and tells me I have to make 3x the rent. I asked if I could just look at the unit again for $1005 the only reason I asked was so I could make a decision and feel it out a little more. One of the agents took me to look at it again when we returned to the rental office. out of view I could hear him whispering to the other agent which was totally rude and unprofessional obviously it was about me. I was considering the unit for $1005 once I talked to my current landlord about a notice time. But after that I just walked out of that rental office. I wasted my day coming from Manchester by bus When one of the agents could've simply called to tell me I didn't qualify for the unit for $1150 and I could've avoided purchasing a money order for the deposit. even though they offered me the unit and move in date for the unit for $1005 I requested a refund for the $50 application fee. I don't want to reside in a building with rental agents whispering about you Very Unprofessional staff in my opinion.

Linda is incredible. She was way more than I was expecting in a listing agent. Have you ever heard…read moreof a real estate agent ironing your curtains before listing your home? Exactly. But that is just a glimpse of what you can expect when you list your home with her. Linda came highly recommended from my previous buyers only agent and my first impression was wow, she is a powerhouse. By that I mean she had great energy, a strong knowledge and experience in real estate, and proud enough to tell you like it is. Some agents just tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing- not Linda because she truly cares and loves what she does. If you listen to her tips and what to do to get your house ready, she will get it done. It took about a week for my house to get staged (and wow she did so amazing that it didn't even look like the same house) and then it sold within 24 hours. I was very nervous selling with Covid-19 beginning to spread and we actually listed the house the day businesses were supposed to shut down but because Linda was on top of things, I trusted her and we had over twenty showings in a 24 hour period and 8 offers. The house was sold 7k over asking as a cash deal with no contingencies. Linda, I cannot thank you enough. So with writing this review to help others, if you are looking for someone with experience, compassion, amazing negotiating skills, and just an all around incredible person who is direct and to the point, give her a call. She also includes free staging which is so important nowadays. On your end, be ready to be given honest feedback to what you can do to make your house sell faster and for more. And if you heed her advice, you'll be very thankful when your house sells and that you went with Linda!

We sold our house a couple of months ago and used Linda to sell our house but a different realtor…read moreto buy. When meeting her, we already were aware that she can be a bit abrasive but knew her stuff so we proceeded. Unfortunately that was a large mistake. First, she asks for 6% commission which would be a mistake to pay. We asked for 5.5% and she said yes right away. We should have said 5%. Keep in mind they just throw those numbers out. After meeting her, we struggled with her direct, and frankly rude personality. While scurrying around our house, she used her passive\aggressive to constantly insult our house. Believe me I have no problem taking critics to sell, but saying how dreadful certain decor was etc was a bit over the top. At times when I came home she was so focused she didn't even recognize us as she "staged". I have her a 2 stars because she did stage and threw some dated decor around which was ok. Not all realtors do that. We ended up setting our own price, and sold only $4500 less than the price we wanted. During negotiations she was eager to get her commission and move on. We stood firm and ended up several thousand higher than her suggestion. I WISH IT ENDED HERE. Things quieted down, and we finally found a house to buy. While we knew our buyers had a hubbard clause, we did not know that THEIR buyers and one, and THOSE BUYERS also had one. How did we find out?? From the realtor that we were buying from. Linda REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING as this ended up being critical information. "Its not my fault" "How could I know" "They told me otherwise". If things don't go her way, much like a 3rd grader, she blames other people. Our closing kept getting delayed because paperwork was not in order from the various buyers, yet she kept saying it would happen on a certain day, prompting us to constantly miss work. She began to get very nasty towards the end, which you can tell is how she really is. The best part was at the closing (finally), the buyers were angry we didn't move a fence panel we took out to get out some of our equipment. When we asked Linda at the time what to do with the panel, she told us to lean it up against the house so they can decide. They wanted it out of there and conveyed it to Linda who simply forgot to tell us (of course not her fault). She also put some cheap curtains up for the staging. The buyers thought that was included. She wouldn't give them up and grabbed her 5.5%. After she got her check no thank you for your business, a card, or anything. Just simply disappeared. If you want someone who is rude, passive\aggressive and frankly will lie at times, by all means go with Linda. Just make sure you don't offer her more than 5% which she is lucky to get. Trust your gut and when she says things that don't make sense run the other way.
