My wife and I just felt comfortable by talking to him, he was not pushy to make the deal, and he explained to me all pros and cons of the equipment to be installed in and outside my house, and asked my to talk to other installer before making the decision. I'am glad selected him to work on this project. They worked to my schedule and did weekend installation so that I can be home to tell my every detail of the installation.
