Omg this place is amazing. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. We came on a Friday on our way to Suncadia and I read the reviews and it looked good, plus it was literally a less than 5 min drive to Lake Easton which was our pit stop. I was initially debating between getting burgers nearby or Turtle Fiesta and I'm sooo glad we stopped by. I was blown away by the quality of the food. I ordered a carnitas plate with 2 extra tortillas ($1 extra each). The tortillas are so worth - the best tortilla I've ever had. Legit... like equivalent of Mexican food from SoCal or Texas which I've lived in!!! So I really stand by this review. The carnitas plate has a fresh cabbage slaw, perfect rice and beans, and comes with their homemade salsa. Unfortunately though if you order to-go, you don't get the free chips and salsa fyi. It really hit the spot and left me craving for more. prices are also reasonable!!! This is a review from Friday's carnitas plate and also from our dine in lunch on Sunday. So after our Suncadia stay, we of course hit Turtle Fiesta again. This time I wanted to try their other homemade salsas, their chips and the carne asada since we dined in. So I found out that this restaurant has been open for about 5-6 months now. That's why their menu is limited because they're still working on it. They also have a separate specials menu that's written on the white board as you walk in, which can change. This is a family owned restaurant. My server/host April said her aunt Maria cooks all the food and her dad Willie was also there serving tables and running the place. They have plans to expand and have a bar area available as well. Ambiance - it's not fine dining but I'd literally call this a hidden gem/hole in the wall. The decor when you walk in is filled with Mexican sombreros and piñata decorations everywhere kinda like a typical Mexican joint. They're putting their energy on the FOOD and you're not paying high prices for decor. This is a no frills quality Mexican food joint and I love that it's a hole in the wall. Let's get to the best part - the food! we ordered a carne asade plate (~$21), 2 extra tortillas, a shrimp ceviche crispy taco ($7.50) and a small side of rice and beans ($3). It was just the right amount and I requested for them to cut up the carne asade steak since I don't want it as one big slab (harder to make tacos with). They happily accommodated and it came out great. Rice and beans tasted exactly the same as I first had it Friday so their consistency and quality control is on point. Their chips are also homemade and so addicting with that homemade salsa. I got to try their other homemade salsas as well: mango habenero pineapple, and another spicier tomato based version of their salsa. They also have a green salsa verde which is mild. All of them were excellent. the shrimp ceviche was so fresh and I can't believe the portion size, it was huge! it was so perfect on a hot summer day. They also have a breakfast menu they're starting up and plan to serve traditional Mexican soups. One thing I really appreciate is their focus on the food and presentation. Though the restaurant itself is a hole in the wall, when the tortillas came out so beautifully wrapped in the festive cloth, I knew this place was legit. I love how much attention they pay to the food and to give real homage to quality Mexican food. I'd literally drive here from the Eastside to come dine here again and I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends who are craving Mexican food. Unfortunately Bellevue doesn't have any, but I found my new go-to Mexican spot and will bookmark this place!!! It's literally next to a shell gas station and soooo unassuming. But trust me on this, the food is BOMB. Like literally the best. and basically everything's like homemade. So give this place a try! Shout out to Willie, April, and the amazing cook behind it all - Maria. Your family is lovely and I'm so looking forward to seeing your menu expand in the near future! Seriously the best Mexican food in Washington State.

Enjoy some of the best Mexican food in the snow-capped mountains of Central Washington. Willy will greet you with a smile and his family will cook up some delicious specials. Do not sleep on the Tacos de lengua. Attached to the grill is a bar area where locals gather to cheer on the Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders. Worth a quick trip over the mountain.

Authentic Mexican food made with love - these are hands-down the best tortillas in Washington. The salsas? All four are incredible. Different levels of heat and packed with flavor. It's a small menu for now, but they plan to expand it soon and add a Mexican breakfast buffet (yes, please!). It's just 15 minutes from Cle Elum or Snoqualmie Pass and 100% worth the stop.

    Carnitas plate--so, so good.

This place has no right to be as good as it is. And yet here we are: House-made tortillas, sensational carnitas, a serviceable (off-menu) kids menu, enormous, delicious burritos, and a selection of 5 or 6 homemade salsas ranging from "that's got a little kick" to "Holy mother of God". All this and genuinely kind, thoughtful service, coming to you from a restaurant attached to a gas station in Easton. Unbelievable. The menu is limited, but as far as I can tell it's filled with 100% bangers. And sincerely, if you can't be happy choosing between 5 great meat options (including lengua!) in taco or burrito form, I'm not sure we can be friends anyway. Folks! They're building out a bar! Maybe a patio out back! And supposedly starting weekend breakfast service soon! Will they have chilaquiles? Migas? Huevos rancheros? If there is a God they will. We live in North Bend and camp (many) weekends in the Easton / Cle Elum area, and I can assure you Turtle Fiesta will be a regular spot for us. It should be for you too.

This is a family owned business with the father as the cook and his daughter as the waitress. The service was great. There were four of us and we had the carnitas plate, two orders of 3 carnitas tacos, and asada fries. The food was very good and authentic and the portions were large. The chips and salsa were quite good. The refried beans were a bit watery but tasted okay. We tried this place about a month too soon because they are still waiting on their liquor license. Can't wait to return to have a margarita.

What a gem!!! So happy we found this spot. Amazing authentic Mexican food, family owned, wonderful kind people and the food is beyond good- homemade chips, home made tortillas, home made everything. I promise you'll be impressed, totally worth the stop.

I am not lying when when I say some of the most amazing tacos we've ever tried! We also had the chicken quesadilla super delicious high-quality ingredients. Would say to anyone out there to stop by. The service and employees are amazing!

My suggestion was Mexican food, and this restaurant was right along the way... How convenient. It was middle of the afternoon, and kind of slow in the restaurant, and the service took a while to get to our table, but when they did, it was good service. Like I mentioned it was slow in the afternoon. It was quiet in the restaurant not a lot of noise, other than what was coming from the kitchen. We partook of a number of things on the menu, I always lean towards the enchiladas, my wife chose the chicken mole, and our friends had the other dishes that are in the photos, can't recall what they were. All in all, the food was quite good, and very hot, and fresh. We did partake of margaritas for the ladies, and a couple of beers for the guys. The beers were ice cold with chilled glasses, which really hit the spot after the hike. The ladies said that the margaritas were spot on as well. Well done, thank you.

Upon arriving to collect my food, I discovered the front door was locked, which was unexpected and confusing since there was no notice or signage indicating any change in procedure. I tried to contact the establishment by phone but only encountered a busy dial tone. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally managed to reach a representative at the restaurant via phone. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and difficult to understand, as they spoke broken English. I was informed that the front door was closed and that I needed to use the drive-through to collect my order. This was surprising, as I had placed an "online order" and did not realize that the drive-through was the only option for pick-up. There was no sign or communication indicating this process for the evening. When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and confusion, the representative refused and explained that they could not assist me further. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told that the representative was the only person working. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to discontinue visiting this location, despite having been a loyal customer who frequented it at least once a week. My credit card was charged $52.42 for an order I was unable to collect. I have tried contacting your main headquarters a few times now to request a refund and all communication goes unanswered. I hope this business chain takes these concerns seriously !

Wait started probably around 6pm although there were still empty tables then. They provide garnishes for your water and also provide 4 salsas/accompaniments for your meal. I got the 16 oz ribeye served on hot stones. They cooked it slightly less than what you want, so for my medium rare, they cook it rare. It also comes with chimichurri and molacete(?) which has a more refreshing flavor. They season with rosemary and even light a branch on fire for more aroma. I tried a bite of my friend's filet mignon which was good, but my preferred cut is the ribeye or NY strip. We also shared the papa loca (worth it - so good) and the cauliflower (not as good, but I'm comparing it to a version made by Cuerno, a Mexican steakhouse in NY). I had a glass of the pinot noir and the garzon, and both were good, slightly tannic and 'juicy'.
