Omg this place is amazing. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. We came on a Friday on our way to Suncadia and I read the reviews and it looked good, plus it was literally a less than 5 min drive to Lake Easton which was our pit stop. I was initially debating between getting burgers nearby or Turtle Fiesta and I'm sooo glad we stopped by. I was blown away by the quality of the food. I ordered a carnitas plate with 2 extra tortillas ($1 extra each). The tortillas are so worth - the best tortilla I've ever had. Legit... like equivalent of Mexican food from SoCal or Texas which I've lived in!!! So I really stand by this review. The carnitas plate has a fresh cabbage slaw, perfect rice and beans, and comes with their homemade salsa. Unfortunately though if you order to-go, you don't get the free chips and salsa fyi. It really hit the spot and left me craving for more. prices are also reasonable!!! This is a review from Friday's carnitas plate and also from our dine in lunch on Sunday. So after our Suncadia stay, we of course hit Turtle Fiesta again. This time I wanted to try their other homemade salsas, their chips and the carne asada since we dined in. So I found out that this restaurant has been open for about 5-6 months now. That's why their menu is limited because they're still working on it. They also have a separate specials menu that's written on the white board as you walk in, which can change. This is a family owned restaurant. My server/host April said her aunt Maria cooks all the food and her dad Willie was also there serving tables and running the place. They have plans to expand and have a bar area available as well. Ambiance - it's not fine dining but I'd literally call this a hidden gem/hole in the wall. The decor when you walk in is filled with Mexican sombreros and piñata decorations everywhere kinda like a typical Mexican joint. They're putting their energy on the FOOD and you're not paying high prices for decor. This is a no frills quality Mexican food joint and I love that it's a hole in the wall. Let's get to the best part - the food! we ordered a carne asade plate (~$21), 2 extra tortillas, a shrimp ceviche crispy taco ($7.50) and a small side of rice and beans ($3). It was just the right amount and I requested for them to cut up the carne asade steak since I don't want it as one big slab (harder to make tacos with). They happily accommodated and it came out great. Rice and beans tasted exactly the same as I first had it Friday so their consistency and quality control is on point. Their chips are also homemade and so addicting with that homemade salsa. I got to try their other homemade salsas as well: mango habenero pineapple, and another spicier tomato based version of their salsa. They also have a green salsa verde which is mild. All of them were excellent. the shrimp ceviche was so fresh and I can't believe the portion size, it was huge! it was so perfect on a hot summer day. They also have a breakfast menu they're starting up and plan to serve traditional Mexican soups. One thing I really appreciate is their focus on the food and presentation. Though the restaurant itself is a hole in the wall, when the tortillas came out so beautifully wrapped in the festive cloth, I knew this place was legit. I love how much attention they pay to the food and to give real homage to quality Mexican food. I'd literally drive here from the Eastside to come dine here again and I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends who are craving Mexican food. Unfortunately Bellevue doesn't have any, but I found my new go-to Mexican spot and will bookmark this place!!! It's literally next to a shell gas station and soooo unassuming. But trust me on this, the food is BOMB. Like literally the best. and basically everything's like homemade. So give this place a try! Shout out to Willie, April, and the amazing cook behind it all - Maria. Your family is lovely and I'm so looking forward to seeing your menu expand in the near future! Seriously the best Mexican food in Washington State.

Authentic Mexican food made with love - these are hands-down the best tortillas in Washington. The salsas? All four are incredible. Different levels of heat and packed with flavor. It's a small menu for now, but they plan to expand it soon and add a Mexican breakfast buffet (yes, please!). It's just 15 minutes from Cle Elum or Snoqualmie Pass and 100% worth the stop.

    Carnitas plate--so, so good.

This place has no right to be as good as it is. And yet here we are: House-made tortillas, sensational carnitas, a serviceable (off-menu) kids menu, enormous, delicious burritos, and a selection of 5 or 6 homemade salsas ranging from "that's got a little kick" to "Holy mother of God". All this and genuinely kind, thoughtful service, coming to you from a restaurant attached to a gas station in Easton. Unbelievable. The menu is limited, but as far as I can tell it's filled with 100% bangers. And sincerely, if you can't be happy choosing between 5 great meat options (including lengua!) in taco or burrito form, I'm not sure we can be friends anyway. Folks! They're building out a bar! Maybe a patio out back! And supposedly starting weekend breakfast service soon! Will they have chilaquiles? Migas? Huevos rancheros? If there is a God they will. We live in North Bend and camp (many) weekends in the Easton / Cle Elum area, and I can assure you Turtle Fiesta will be a regular spot for us. It should be for you too.

This is a family owned business with the father as the cook and his daughter as the waitress. The service was great. There were four of us and we had the carnitas plate, two orders of 3 carnitas tacos, and asada fries. The food was very good and authentic and the portions were large. The chips and salsa were quite good. The refried beans were a bit watery but tasted okay. We tried this place about a month too soon because they are still waiting on their liquor license. Can't wait to return to have a margarita.

What a gem!!! So happy we found this spot. Amazing authentic Mexican food, family owned, wonderful kind people and the food is beyond good- homemade chips, home made tortillas, home made everything. I promise you'll be impressed, totally worth the stop.

I am not lying when when I say some of the most amazing tacos we've ever tried! We also had the chicken quesadilla super delicious high-quality ingredients. Would say to anyone out there to stop by. The service and employees are amazing!

We noticed this Mexican Restaurant was open till 9p so we decided to eat here. It was a busy weekend night. This place had outside seating as well. We found 1 empty table right when you stepped in. Our server was amazing! My husband and I were going to split an entree. My husband's go-to is always an asada burrito. However, I asked for a suggestion. Our server recommended the Molcujete to split. Really it was the price of 2 entrees at $33 but was thinking that we needed to try something completely different and this was it. My daughter and mother split the enchiladas with rice and beans. The food took a long time however our server made sure we were kept in the loop, apologized and gave us more chips and salsa rather than ignore us. The molcujete was so different. In a pot with all the different meats, veggies and cheese along with tortillas. I liked it at a 4.5 out of 5. However, my husband didn't like it as much giving it a 4 out of 5. My daughter & mother loved the enchiladas giving it a 5 out of 5. The churro dessert was amazing. Carry cash because this place does charge a service fee for using a credit card. I think this place would have been more like a 4.5 star if they didn't do that. In the past, that was the cost of doing business was accepting credit cards to get more business but now instead of adjusting pricing on their food businesses is adding it.

Quick heads-up before you go: the restaurant is upstairs and does not have an elevator, so it may not be ideal for anyone using a mobility chair or who has difficulty with stairs. Once we arrived, we were seated immediately and jumped right into the menu. We both ordered the House Margaritas, and wow oh so good. Smooth, refreshing, and just what we needed to kick off the meal. For food, I ordered the Carne Asada, which came with your choice of flour or corn tortillas, rice, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, and a beautifully grilled skirt steak. Everything on the plate was delicious. The steak was well seasoned, tender, and easy to cut, while the pico de gallo and guacamole tasted incredibly fresh. Wrapping everything up in a warm flour tortilla created the perfect bite. It was simple, flavorful, and so satisfying. My cousin went with the Enchiladas Rojas with ground beef, and she rated it a 5 out of 5. Outstanding! High praise, and judging by how quickly her plate disappeared, I believe it. We finished the night with Fried Ice Cream, which was the perfect sweet ending. Crispy on the outside, cold and creamy on the inside. This definitely topped off the meal and left us stuffed but very happy. Would I recommend Los Camperos? 100% absolutely. Fast service, friendly staff, and food that comes out quickly and delivers on flavor. A fantastic way to end our Leavenworth trip.

Upon arriving to collect my food, I discovered the front door was locked, which was unexpected and confusing since there was no notice or signage indicating any change in procedure. I tried to contact the establishment by phone but only encountered a busy dial tone. After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally managed to reach a representative at the restaurant via phone. Unfortunately, their response was unprofessional and difficult to understand, as they spoke broken English. I was informed that the front door was closed and that I needed to use the drive-through to collect my order. This was surprising, as I had placed an "online order" and did not realize that the drive-through was the only option for pick-up. There was no sign or communication indicating this process for the evening. When I requested a refund due to the inconvenience and confusion, the representative refused and explained that they could not assist me further. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told that the representative was the only person working. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to discontinue visiting this location, despite having been a loyal customer who frequented it at least once a week. My credit card was charged $52.42 for an order I was unable to collect. I have tried contacting your main headquarters a few times now to request a refund and all communication goes unanswered. Additionally, the room is set up so that everyone turns to look at you when you come in. This would not be so bad if you were greeted as a welcome guest. However, that is NOT what it's like! In fact, the wait staff was aloof almost to the point of being rude. We felt like we had crashed someone else's party and we weren't welcome! The food itself was not worth the money. We had the Parmesan garlic wings, and some potato dish, and the tamales, The wings were ok - nothing to write home about tho - but the potatoes, they were dry and a bit burn flavoured, and definitely not worth the price! The tamales were edible, but the refried beans and Spanish rice were awful (himself NEVER leaves food and he left this). I got a margarita and it was horrible too (how do you get a margarita wrong!) We felt like we had been robbed by the time we left! As for the tables and chairs, the table was wobbly and the chairs were so miserable to sit in, it was clear they didn't want you to stay long. Lastly, it was cold in the restaurant in general. Not an experience we want to have again!!
