I got the Bacon Bogey Burger with regular fries. Absolutely worth it and delicious! 10/10 recommend Server was very nice as well.

Well I am so happy we found the 9 iron!! Tucked away in the golf course at sun country is this gem and it was an excellent experience all around. The service was some of the best I've had in the county. Super friendly, attentive, all smiles. Loved the vibe inside and out. There is ample amount of parking, floor to ceiling windows that give an amazing wrap around view of the woodsy surrounding area. Perfect selection for good, was hard to decide but we went with coconut shrimp and chicken wings.. YUM! Fresh and great portions. Even with their brunch menu, they still had something for everyone, including a kids menu. All and all I'm surprised this spot isn't packed. Pro tip, great place to watch the games :)!!! read more

We have been here twice now! Both times I was very pleased with the food and the service! Tess and Ariel were attentive and friendly! They both dealt with my special dietary requirements without any frustration or mistakes! As a chef I tend to be quite critical of the food I eat, which means I can also be demanding of other chefs, especially in more up scale establishments. I have been pleasantly surprised each time we have been here! I look forward to trying other items on the menu. I will say that since I do not eat pork or shellfish, the menu options are quite limited and at the same time if they continue to keep the level of quality on the items they do have I think they will be successful! Okay first I will complement our waitress, she was attentive (at first at least) and took good care of us and was very kind. Second, I'm sorry but I have nothing good to say. The food was very clearly over-priced freezer food. We got the chicken tenders as an app, my husband got the burger, and i got the Cuban sandwich. The chicken nuggets i get for my daughter from the grocery store and air fry look and taste better than what they gave us($13). My husband's burger just looked sad in the sense where they didn't even bother to melt the cheese in the microwave. The sweet potato fries were very clearly frozen from the store and then maybe microwaved but they weren't crispy and were flavorless. My Cuban sandwich was so upsetting, hardly any stone ground mustard and a child's portion of meat on there. I love my protein and was very disappointed. Walked out spending $95 with a tip because I don't blame our waitress for this obviously. But I feel robbed. Buyer remorse read more

This place has serious potential! The atmosphere was great! Service was super slow but they did have a sign out that they were still learning and working through getting kinks worked out so tried to give them a little grace there. We looked at the menu online and was disappointed to see they had eliminated a bunch of items we had wanted to try once we got there. We ordered the BBQ pork sandwich which was delicious. The fries it came with were also very good! We got 3 other appetizers: coconut shrimp which were good... nothing special but they were presented nicely. The Birdie (Thai chicken skewers) which were very good. And we had wanted to get the carne asada fries but they had changed the menu and only had pulled pork fries which were horrible - we didn't even eat a quarter of them. They said they were to have a salsa verde and they came saturated in cheese and pace red salsa. I wish I would have taken a picture. Overall we'll probably give them a few months and try them again once they get their menu and other kinks worked out! read more

New addition to the Sun Country Golf Course. Their Grand Opening was February 11th and we went for an early dinner (5:00) with a group of 6. The beer was cold, cocktails were yummy, and food was great! The new servers are finding their way but did a good job with a full house. We tried a couple appetizers, burgers, pizza, and one of us had the salmon. Everything was delicious with nice presentation. The salmon was excellent and the coconut shrimp appetizer was awesome! The location is a bit of a drive from town but worth the trip. Looking forward to our next visit. read more

I took my husband to dinner for his 73rd birthday, here for Prime Rib. It took nearly an hour. .. the salad was brown on edges of salad, the knives were dull. When we got serated knives they barely cut the baked potato. What we could eat of the prime rib was good. We would not go back. Service was not the best. read more

We sat around 230 and ordered a salad and a burger. The server told me multiple times our food was almost ready or being plated. At 340 it was still not ready. Service was kind. A blacked out customer from another table tried to join us. Strange experience overall, especially for a Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was mostly empty the entire time. The place is cute and would love to come when it is warm and the doors are open but.... Went tonight for cinco de mayo and terribly disappointed. They posted a special menu starting 5pm we arrived about 5:10 ordered about 5:20 to be told they were sold out of the fish tacos. How is that possible??? I ordered a quesadilla I don't know what that was but it was not a quesadilla. I did take it home for princess, she eats anything. It was on some weird grainy flat bread. I couldn't eat it. Hubs had the pork verde and said it was ok he liked the beans. Service was good but I don't think we will be back. Announce if you get a better chef. Yuk read more

The 9 Iron is a welcome addition to the Sun Country area. The building is fresh and clean, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I recently hosted a bridal shower here and I commend the chef and bar manager for their ability to customize the menu and facilitate a smooth event. They do not have an event or catering menu yet, but I am sure it is something they will develop based on the needs of the community - and again they are highly flexible and equipped to accommodate based on your wants and needs. For our event we had a finger food spread - cheese boards, dips, crostini, etc. and all the guests complimented how tasty everything was (and I would add beautifully presented). Shawntay created a French 75 in big batches and even made lavender simple syrup to go along with our floral theme. I would recommend hosting an event here but I know it's just as great for happy hour or dinner out any night of the week. Thanks to the whole team and keep it up! read more

After golfing 18 holes on the course (great course by the way) we wanted to grab a bite. This place was cool and had good service and very nice steak fries that we split four ways so it was decent size. I shot a 86 which was the best of the season for me so far. When I come back to beat this score I'll stop in again for more fries no doubt. read more

Awesome new local spot. We were there on Super Bowl Sunday. I was impressed with the food. My wife and I shared the nachos and it was plenty. The cocktail list was solid as well. I had their version of an old fashion and was very happy with my choice. They were very sweet with our little girls (2 and 5) and made our visit out as enjoyable as it could be. Their chef is amazing but he is rarely there. There is not enough staff and they try so hard to get to everyone. The owner is the problem. Not enough staff, they run out of food all the time and the cooks who are there when the chef is gone are worthless. The owner needs to care more about his customers for this to work. read more
