Everything goes the way I usually do when I get a massage. But after about 30 minutes, a few other customers entered the facility, and my masseuse left the room and greeted them. When she returned, she asked me if it was okay if she had finished and that the 70 dollars I had paid earlier would now be counted as 50 dollars for the 30 minute deep tissue massage and 20 dollars for her tip. I was very dissatisfied with this situation, but as a l first time experience, I no longer felt valued as a client I have no desire to return to this facility, and, naturally, I decided to leave at this time. In terms of the provided massage, the masseuse is very powerful and conducted a good 30 minutes out of a total of 60 minutes of deep tissue massage. However, due to poor customer service, as mentioned earlier, I will go to the better massage services in the Tustin area.
