He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. He did some other work quickly and finished after I came back from lunch. I couldn't believe my eyes! I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

"Like it never happened" is the standard when it comes to collision repair, and I'd say these guys come very close. You can tell that they care about their work and take pride in its quality. We have used them for everything from a minor scrape to a significant collision repair and always walked away impressed. You can probably find some cheaper places, but I doubt you could save more than 10% or so. Greensky doesn't often source used parts that I can tell, but they do look for opportunities to repair rather than replace, and they think critically about the cosmetic and functional considerations of each repair decision. One definitely doesn't get the sense that they are "out to get you". All that said, I would still treat their initial quote as a minimum rather than a guarantee -- both times the final bill came in a little higher than estimated. I understand this is common in the industry. One thing that Greensky is not great about is the pre-sales process. The vibe I get is that they are eager to get to work, but they don't offer virtual estimates, there is a minimum spend for even an in person estimate, and they charge quite steeply for parking if you leave your car there. My overall takeaway is that they care about their work and would just like their customers to respect their craft and otherwise get out of the way.

I only had this vehicle so to be without it I let them know was kind of an issue so I was hoping for a quick turn on process. After my vehicle sat with them for nearly 4 days I found out that they had done nothing except assessed the damage. I also had to request updates from them or I didn't hear anything. They submitted multiple claims to my insurance told me they couldn't work on my car until they were approved. The next week work on my car started it needed a fender replaced, and the collision center received three ones that were unusable before getting the fourth one. At this point, my truck was still not even near completion nearly 2 weeks after dropping it off at an appointment that they provided me with.. nearly 3 weeks after dropping my truck off with them. I was told it's ready to pick up and I had a friend collected due to my work hours and their business hours. After having my truck home for a day, I realize something was wrong. One of the main issues was the passenger side front door and now it sounded like it came off of a tin can sounded completely different than the other three doors on the vehicle. I sent them videos, they claimed that they didn't know the sound of my door because they didn't drive it all the time and it was an issue of them not putting enough material in the door to make it match the sound of any other door on the vehicle. Luckily I was able to have them come to my work pick up the vehicle fix it and bring it back to me.. Maybe my expectations are high , but nothing about this experience was what I expected. The communication was very bad. I wasn't told anything until I asked about it, the timeframe for work to be completed was horribly slow granted some of that may have been out of their control, and then the best part they returned my vehicle to me and it wasn't completed properly after nearly three weeks on being without my only vehicle. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anybody who does not have the patience or time to let them go as slow as they do or let them take away.
