we first walked in to no one in there. horrible customer service. we did not receive a sample cup. in very tiny font at the front it says they charge for spilling. i went to get their mango flavor and let me tell you. it tasted like yogurt. why charge me 5 dollars for spilling when your flavors don't taste as described? workers did not speak english. very very very VERY rude! never going again. they check to see if you spill. only good thing is that it is clean. read more

I came here because they have the unique flavor Taro. The first went to the bathroom where a dead cockroach was slowly dying. Nice. Then my daughter and I got two cups of not even halfway filled yogurt. I was completely flabbergasted when the total came out to $17 for two cups of yogurt. I expressed my disgust with the owner. Really unfriendly owner. Worst yogurt place I've been to. The blue cotton candy was white and the owner argued with me about it being blue. Weird experience. Addendum: The owners's unfriendly reply explains my point well actually. Very unfriendly to children. In fact, when he said nobody under 13 is allowed to use the machines or scoop anything, only my oldest child had touched a machine and had not made a mess at all. This was a great learning experience for my family. My children learned that we have a choice where to spend our money and it is okay to walk away and take your money elsewhere. The frozen yogurt is always great, however their was really disgusting dirt or whatever in between cushions. This makes me question their cleaning. I've been going to this place for 10 years and never knew that they have kid size cup until I overhear a mother request one. Because they keep them under the counter so they are not seen. After two weeks passed by the owner was there and I requested a kid cup and tell me he did not provided that size until I told him he keeps it under the counter. His demeanor changed and did not like that I knew the cups where under the counter. When I come to pay, he tells me that all the cups equal the same amount of ice cream. I normally price $7.00. I come back the following week and there was a young girl and I asked for the kid's cup size and she tells me they no longer have that size, and he raised the price to $9.00. Beware: the owner is very deceiving and about the cup size and the weight of the ice cream. It's a scam!! read more

Though frozen yogurt is supposed to be much better than ice cream, it's hard to ignore the fact that McDonald's, QT, Dairy Queen and Wendy's all offer ice cream options within a few hundred yards of here, especially when this place is so subpar. I've stopped here twice since I moved to Mauldin in 2015, and I've been disappointed each time. Today's visit was the worse of the two, though. Fully 1/3 of their flavors were malfunctioning or completely out of order, including the Tutti Frutti that my wife and I both wanted. The floor was sticky and the place looked like it had been hit by a bomb of five-year-olds, which, frankly, it probably had. They charge by the ounce, which means that even for two or three people, it gets expensive really fast. There are better froyo places in Greenville; drive a little further and visit one of them. read more

I can't believe I've never reviewed this spot. I've been coming here for years almost a weekly ritual regardless of the season of year. It satisfies my sweet tooth and offers a few self indulgent toppings as a perk. Serving many soy bean frozen yogurt flavors it has that added health benefit that regular ice cream doesn't offer. I enjoy the Mango yet the Sour Apple is my favorite. This summer the sour apple hasn't been on the menu. It's a retro 60s decor that can be FOUND at your local IKEA store. Bright colors and TVs to watch. There a small book area for the little Tike's in your life. Outside seating available should you choose to watch all the cars drive by to and fro Publix. A nice place to bring your pooch for some yogurt too! read more

Today, the staff person doing checkout continued a conversation on her Bluetooth headset through the entire transaction. It found it incredibly rude. She only word she spoke to me was the price. This place is great! Probably the best fro-yo in the area... they don't have as many topping selections as Yogurt Mountain, but they yogurt flavors themselves are much more interesting and flavorful! Cotton Candy is my new favorite... so yummy! Another bonus - this location doesn't get packed the way the Woodruff Rd area stores do, so it's a great place to wind down after a night out. Today, while I was in the store on Butler Rd. in Mauldin, SC, there was a young lady working in the store. She was playing music that was highly inappropriate. I was there with my two children who are 4 and 8 years old, and the song that she was playing had more profanity in it than regular words. I googled the lyrics so I could figure out what song it is, and it is "F*** It" by Eamon. This is just one of the offensive songs I heard while I was in the shop, and I looked over at her as to signal that I'm noticing the inappropriateness of the music without trying to draw my children's attention to it, and she was just singing along with the song and didn't even appear to find anything wrong with it. I do not know what her name was, but it was around 2:30 today (4/13). It's a shame because I usually really love taking my family to get froyo there, but if the environment is tainted by the irresponsibility of the employees, I might have to take my business elsewhere. read more
