I really don't have anything to complain about with this location. At times they seem short-handed but, in this day and age, that is certainly the norm. They hardly ever rotate their ice cream flavors but I like what they do offer. The ice cream is delicious and the service has always been consistently friendly. When one of the employees noticed my frequent patronage, she recommended I try using their app. Now I get great ice cream and save a little money as well. For me, that's a win-win. Located in brazos town center by a nail salon. Service isn't the friendliest, don't expect a smile but they're helpful. I usually come to buy their cakes in their fridge. They're expensive. The small cakes with extra whip is $26, no extra whip is $21. Feeds 8. The bigger cakes are $40-ish. You can have them write on it but it's not exactly art, or pretty. Once their purple icing turned out down. This past Monday they only had blue or red icing. Their ice creams are always good but melts so fast , almost as soon as they're scooped out. Menu Prices are high and deter me from coming often. I guess that's good for a diet. I'm glad they're closeby though! read more

What a wonderful franchise with awesome ice cream and smoothie that are wayyyy over priced. Yes i do admit the taste is very authentic and there are many toppings but 6.99 for a blueberry smoothie?! The ice cream is great but the service is horrible. Everyone behind the counter was moving in slow motion even though there was a line. In fact one person was apathetically filling orders while the other two were just standing there looking bored. When one other guy pitched in it was obvious you'd get a good deal or a bad one depending on who filled your cup. My husband and I shared a large and it was significantly less ice cream than the person behind us with a medium so we felt pretty ripped off. Horrible customer service. Went in for a brownie sundae & they were out of brownies so I asked if they were the same ones in the bakery part and he said no. I saw some cookies that looked very brownie-ish so I asked if they tasted like the brownies. He didn't know so I asked him to ask his coworkers. He seemed confused. "Ask them if they taste like the brownies?" I finally just skipped him and asked them & got an even less intelligible answer (if that's possible) from his female coworker who responded "chewy". I finally got an answer from the only employee apparently fluent enough in English to understand the question & answer it which was "It's as close as we have to the brownie". The initial person did say, "You could always just get a hot fudge sundae." True, but I can get that from at least 6 different places in the same mall, at least half of which don't cost 7 bucks for ice cream & hot fudge. read more

I used to some here quite often; however since my last incident I'd rather go to Kroger and get better customer service checking out then come back here. I purchased a milk shake and politely told the lady that I did not like the taste of it; and asked for either a new one or a refund. And just when you think customer service couldn't get any worse this was her reply" it's not our fault you don't like the taste, if you make you another one we have lost on inventory", " you can pay for a new one that is the only way you will get something else", "You Americans think you can get everything for free!!!!!!!!!!!!
