Almost all the flavors are fruit flavors with the exception of vanilla and chocolate which I found a little bit boring because I don't like fruit. I did think the quality of the yogurt was good and the toppings were also good but I have definitely had better at other places. Great spot though read more

Really BAD experience. I went today around 7:15pm and I got really bad customer service from ELLIE, or Ely, however they spell it. Let me start by saying I was the ONLY one getting yogurt and toppings, there were customers there but sitting down eating their yogurt. So as I started to get my toppings I was rushed the whole time, as soon as I was putting down the spoon she got it and moved it in like 2 seconds. I got another topping and she did the exact same thing which is really RUDE . There was no one in-front nor behind me. Why was I being rushed ? Or treated as if I was making a mess. I got more cheesecake than anything and she takes out the container to go fill it up in the back like her hand was waiting there rushing me to put back the spoon? I then took my yogurt to go weigh it and she doesn't even say anything besides the amount wich was like $9.25 or so .. that's when I asked for her name. She needs to learn to be welcoming, and learn customer service skills, the way she treated me was not right. My boyfriend was with my kid playing to get the little toy in the toy machine they have in the entrance. I told them to let's go I'll go buy them yogurt somewhere else . This is an older location, pretty small and kind of dingy. Only 4 flavors to chose from, the store kind of dark and only one employee, that didn't come out of the back for quite some time. Product is cheaply made, toppings the usual, prices fair, but really not worth returning for. read more

Although they do have a smaller variety of offering when it comes to the frozen yogurt, this is simply because they have a smaller space. And they seem to have just as many toppings as the next guy, so I was pretty happy. I give this one five stars because of the friendly staff. The lady who was helping me and my kids was incredibly kind and helpful. While most places stop at the 'thank you' after they take your $, she went out of her way to make my kids smile, giving them separate bags and helping me put the ice cream in the bags. I always take my daughter for frozen yogurt after swim lessons on Saturdays. Decided to try a new place. I tasted the pomegranate and it had a strange texture. Then I tried the strawberry which had a strange taste. I finally settled on vanilla. I love fresh strawberries on yogurt so went to get some. They looked awful...not fresh at all. I also like strawberry sauce....it had weird taste and was watery. My daughter loved the watermelon, but suffice to say I won't be returning. And there are two unwritten rules I think businesses should follow....no political or religious TV/radio.....regardless of political leanings or faith. read more

It's such a great gem to have so close to my home. I get tempted to go get some ice cream from Baskin Robbins or McDonalds and etc but I found this healthy option of frozen yogurt by chance when I was driving around after coming out of the MetroPCS. Tutti Frutti is the BEST! Delicious yogurt and a great variety of tasty fresh toppings! I got almost everyday now! Especially since they are doing this stamp card where you get a free 10oz frozen yogurt when you by nine times, which is very convenient for me! Great frozen yogurt spot even though its surroundings are very suspect. The place is brand spanking new so everything is really clean, which is commendable for Santa Ana. This place is a chain so the flavors are on point with tons of fresh fruits as well as other great sides. They have all types of syrups too, which I didn't try cause that's not my cup of yogurt :D Also, they give you stamp cards so get some yogurt! I think it's about .36 an oz. My daughter and two grandchildren received horrible service at this location. After taking a seat with their orders, my young granddaughter was spinning the three yogurt cups on the revolving table their company has and as a result the cups all spilled on the ground. When my daughter asked if they can refill their cups the mean Asian manager of the store said "no" in a very rude manner. Now I would understand if they had already eaten out of their cups but not one of them had a bite into their yogurt. I work in the food industry and understand the importance of customer service and whether or not it's the customers fault, customers are always right and should come first always. I love frozen yogurt and this is one of the nearest shops to me. So I visit it quite a bit but honestly I prefer Yogurtland. They have WAY more variety and better tasting froyo. The only downside is that their locations are further out. Maybe if this place started changing up their flavors more often then I would come here more. If you live close by to this tutti frutti then it is perfect in the summer time. The flavors they have are decent and enough to quench any sweet seeking frenzy you are currently undergoing. This establishment is full of friendly workers that also seem to be open minded like spark a blunt outside and ask a worker to hit it and I'm sure they'll either take a lunch and hit it or just reject it nicely.
