I stopped by hoping for a scoop of butter pecan, but they didn't have it. I was really disappointed -- it felt inconsistent that a shop wouldn't carry a staple flavor. Staff were polite, and the shop looked clean, but not having core flavors hurts repeat visits. If they can keep a more reliable flavor rotation (especially classics like butter pecan), I'd be happy to come back. read more

Came in on a Wednesday late afternoon and was the only customer. The service was quick and friendly. There were a lot of ice cream flavors, and I saw several cakes in the cooler including some super cute turkey cakes for Thanksgiving! I wish I remembered to take a photo of it but I was too distracted by trying to pick a flavor! I ended up getting Baseball Nut which is one of my all time favorite flavors because I love the cashews and the fruity black raspberry swirls in a creamy vanilla ice cream base. I love eating my ice cream in a crunchy sugar cone! I definitely think the cone makes it that much better! Even though this flavor is available in grocery stores, I don't know why it seems to be more appealing from the ice cream shop. read more

If you love Baskin Robins like I do I highly suggest going to a different location. I came in with my brother and a friend, when walked in a young boy (who was helping us) gave off an annoyed vibe. Which honestly I get because I too work in customer service and it probably was busy earlier and it's a holiday. However, that doesn't excuse bad customer service. We had a couple samples and then ordered. When we were getting rung up, I wanted to leave a tip so I asked him if he would get the tip or if it would be disbursed within the whole team, he proceeded to cut me off and was like "you don't have to leave a tip" in a very rude way I told him that it was OK that I didn't mind giving him a tip. He then shoved the tip money that I gave him into the tip jar like it was a bother. if you're looking for an item place with great customer service I highly recommend a different location. read more

We have been there 2 times in the last month and we haven't been able to get what we want because the staff closes down everything early. If you're not going to have everything available till the time you close or close to closing then you should advertise closing earlier. The first time we went in at 9:15, and they didn't have hot fudge because they had already closed it down. The second time we went in there it wasn't even 9:30 and there was only one case with a handful of flavors available. If that's the case then the site should say they close at 9:30, we would've expected that. Just super disappointing both times. This place is a rip off. $7.99 for a pint of ice cream when you can get at grocery stores for $3-$5. Kids scoop was $3.85 and single scoop was $4.35. I went for single scoop and was disappointed at how small the scoop is. I didn't mind upgrading/paying more bc I thought it would be a real scoop NOT baby scoop. Crappy service and portions. This is my go to spot for my baskin needs, has been for as long as I can remember. Usually, my experience has been rather quite one in the same; I go in, order, and leave. However, tonight was one of the more warmer experiences I had in this establishment full of freezers. Brent was working behind the counter and seemed truly touched when I asked him how HE was doing (as someone who worked in the same industry, asking the employees how they're doing is never done enough), and he was just radiant throughout his entire time helping me, something that took me surprise, considering the fact that he was working the close. Super friendly, great attitude, and went nice and balanced with the scoops. Truthfully, I've never had a problem with this baskin, but I've never felt the need to write a review until I met the lovely, delightful, and exquisitely divine Brent. This has got to be one of the filthiest baskin-robbins that I've been to. I stopped by this location because it was close to my job and I wanted some ice cream after I got off work. I asked the girl working if I could try the flavor of the month to see if it was one that I wanted to purchase and she explained that they no longer give taste samples out; not to mention she didn't have anymore of the flavor of the month. I then decided that I would get my three favs to find out that she didn't have any strawberry cheesecake either. At this time I'm a bit annoyed and I began to look around and notice how dirty the floors were and just overall it looked yucky and I decided at that moment that maybe it was a good thing this location didn't have more than one of my choices because I just don't think this was the place for me to enjoy a cup of ice cream. I wish I had taken a picture to add to this review so that people could really see that I wasn't exaggerating. Basically I ended up finding a Coldstone Creamery and was able to walk on in and get my favorite from them. read more

10/08/23 three employees were working today and the skinny guy was rude I was ordering 6 double scoops for my family. I try to be clear as there are other people waiting so I don't hold up the line. I know hectic environments can lose people as I work in the industry myself. However he gave me the 6 cups but with 4 of them being the same ice cream and the other 2 matching as well. I had to wait for the female worker to help me out (she was nice) as the guy just left. I wouldn't come back unless I need to. I ordered my cake a week ago and within that week had no contact that they were gonna do my cake at a different location and to top it all off they didn't want to refund me and wanted me to pick it up at the tustin location when I specifically ordered it at the 17th and main location. Make that make sense to me, if I would've known it wasn't gonna be made on the 17th and main location, I would've ordered it at the tustin location in the first place. The owner was also so rude when he said himself that he was gonna give me a refund when he never did.
