Cold Stone Creamery brings back warm feelings every time I visit. It was a favorite place during date nights, and once my husband and I got married a favorite family hangout with our daughter. We came to this specific Cold Stone a few weeks back. The nostalgia of all the scoops we enjoyed throughout the years came back, and we enjoyed our sweet treats. I always end up getting the coffee lovers (the best!). Their "like it" size (small) is pretty filling. They make sure to fill up that cup. My one wish would be that they have more seatings available, but we were able to get a seat. Other than that, this location is very clean and pleasant. Also, their ice cream cupcakes are delicious for birthday parties. read more

Horrendous service and health code violations, just awful. We came in tonight at 9:30 because my boyfriend wanted some ice cream. We weren't greeted when we walked in and immediately it reeked of chemicals. Finally the girl takes our order with zero enthusiasm and makes our ice-cream sloppily. I'm taking a bit of our ice cream at register and the other girl working starts spraying aerosol stainless steel cleaner right next to me. I've worked in food and service and had to clean with that stuff and it's repulsive and literally makes you cough. Forget the fact that it was insanely rude, they shouldn't be doing that while customers are still in the building. I don't know how they are still open, i'll be filing a formal complaint. read more

Do not buy from this location. I walked in at 3pm and the girl working still hadnt made any chocolate waffle cones/bowls. She also didnt yet make the new flavors being offered (which was the reason I came) because she was in the back on her phone. Also gave the most pathetic portion. Avoid this location and drive a little further. read more

We walked in and it was pretty slow, no line and no customers. This was my first time trying this ice cream place out. The store is really clean and smelled amazing! Everything you dream of when your a child!! Anyhow I ordered the French vanilla with Oreos! It did NOT disappoint at all!! The way the scoop it and serve it to you is so satisfying. Every single time I order for an online pick up from this location, something is wrong or missing. They usually forget the chocolate dipped waffle bowl or substitute for some other item without checking with me first which is super annoying to discover once I'm already home. Today, I ordered a surrender to strawberry and they gave me a strawberry blonde which wasn't obvious until I opened it up at home. I hate caramel and am allergic to graham crackers. Super annoyed I paid $25 for ice cream and I will not be going back to this location. read more

Quite disappointed in this store. Ordered two Love It sized ice creams for delivery by Door Dash. Total order $32.15. Received the incorrect order, with one being a Like It size instead of the larger Love It size. Both ice creams were melted. The one that came in the correct size cup had very few of the added mix ins and did not fill the container. When calling the store, the manager would not issue a refund and referred me to Door Dash. Through Door Dash, I was offered a refund of $24.08 less than what was paid. Beware of this Cold Stone location. read more

I usually dislike cold stone because the one closest to me (south coast) is pretty expensive even though they barely put any toppings. This cold stone was great! The girls working were really polite, and they were generous with the toppings. I'll probably come to this cold stone from now on, it's a little far but it's way better. read more

This week, I went there for the first time! It is located in a shopping center between Panda Express and Jamba Juice. The shopping center is across the street from Santa Ana College. Brand new store with attractive decor! I am lactose intolerant so I ordered the Silk Chocolate Almond Milk ice cream in their smallest cup. I had a caramel topping put over it. I am not sure if it had dairy but it probably did. The first topping is free! Rich and satisying taste from eating that small cup! You can order this dairy free flavor in a shake or a sundae also. These guys are great. Cold Stone Creamery has some of the best Ice cream and smoothie drinks ever. Took my girl here yesterday and we went for a ice cream in the crazy weather. So many flavors to choose from. Just like a kid in a candy store i felt like lol. Been coming here off and on for a few years now. Owners and customer service is good here. read more

I love Cold Stones, I gave this place multiple chances, I was understanding that they were new employees and are attempting to get the ice cream portions and mixture of signature ice creams correctly. However, every time I have gone, ice cream portions and mixtures are way off. It's seems that this could be more a lack of training from upper management or the owner to their employees . I don't blame the issue with the new employees because it's been recent open. The blame lies with owner and upper management.l hope in couple months, there's a turnaround. read more

Dont come here. Got my order wrong i paid $10 for a ice cream in the smallest size and they gave me vanilla ice cream didnt notice til i got home. Also i paid for extra toppings and they put like none it was like i paid $10 for a small vanilla cone. Mcdonalds woudlve been better read more

I came in on Saturday 03/16/2024 around 9:05pm doors were open google said it closes at 9:30pm. I waited for over 10min the two girls just looked at each other kept on ignoring after a while one of the girls approached me and told me " that a couple that was there before were the last ones being served." I just responded well I've been here waiting for a while and the girl walked away. I found very rude to be told that in front of other customers and also didn't know cold stone hire rude staff. Hopefully this gets fixed and for other customers if you're planning to go a little after 9pm just be prepared to possibly be ignored. read more

I ordered a custom cake from here a few days in advance of my birthday celebration. I even went a week in advance to try some ice cream flavors to narrow down what I wanted. I was really excited to customize my birthday cake with my own unique twist. However, when I went to pick up, I was informed that the owner had made the cake and that the frosting I chose had not been available so that he went and bought from a local store. Well, the frosting hadn't set in properly and the cake looked like a misshapen melted lump. The workers gave me the option of taking that cake or choosing from their selection of premade cakes. I took the premade cake because why would I take a cake that ugly to my waiting family when pictures were going to be taken. I wish I would've have been informed ahead of time so that I would've had the choice to make a change in my order instead of this being sprung on me the day of. read more
