Great selection of baked treats and drinks! Their chillattas are to die for! The double chocolate mocha and the Oreo cookies and cream are the best! This location is in the center of the mall, just off of the elevator. Staff was friendly, but they do need more people working. When we were here, there was only 1 girl taking orders and making drinks. Overall, service is fast. There is seating nearby. We will definitely be back.

    Minibon, Flavored Cold Brew, Lemonade

We came by to get some minibons, vanilla cold brew, and lemonade. The lady that helped us feels a bit rude, while ordering instead of saying 'is there anything else you'd like?', she asks me 'is that it?' after every item I ordered. Other than the customer service, the food and drink itself was okay. The minibons came with 4 mini pieces, which was great for sharing. The vanilla cold brew seems like it was watered down than usual. The lemonade was okay. I also think they downsized on their size. Their 'large' drink seems like a regular cup. Not a fan of the new cup designs, it was really hard to get the straws in there.

Cinnabon has been in my life since grade school. There's just nothing else like that soft, ooey gooey Cinnabon flavor wrapped dough smothered in frosting. Those grocery store knock-offs really just do not cut it. And along with their classic roll, they have a few more delicious menu items, like cookies, bonbites, cookie bonbites, and churros. Oh and if your favorite is the middle of the rolls, they have a Center of the Roll, which is just that middle part served in a cup. The drinks here are also really good. Even the cold brews are really sweet, and those usually aren't. So if you have a seriously sweet sweet-tooth, this is the spot for you! And don't forget to download their app, cuz you'll get a free 4-count bonbites to redeem within a couple weeks. Plus you get a free drink for your birthday through that online account. You also earn one point for every dollar you spend, so make sure to scan that barcode at every visit!

Every single one of the girls that work here are professional and strive with their customer service skills nothing in this world is perfect... except a regular Cinnabon cinnamon roll

Great to see this location is still open as the Mission Viejo location has been closed some time. Got the classic roll. Warm and gooey. Gotta love the icing. Funny how it comes with a fork and knife. Great service.

I was craving something sweet and Cinnabon came to mind it's different not like the rest of the sweets so had one while walking thru the mall

    Yum!

Casey was so kind and friendly. It is nice to have great customer service as anymore it's hard to find. Of course the roll was delicious as well. The facility was clean and well organized!

    Really nice packaging

These cinnamon rolls are always freshly baked! They have them made ready to order and in different styles. James helped us and he taught us how to say thank you in Korean well because we asked him and he was very sweet and friendly. I sometimes like to watch how they make the dough and form it into the shape of a cinnamon roll.

Hot, sweet, gooey, flavorful, DELICIOUS! Cinnabon!

We were CRAVING cinnamon rolls, but kept finding Holiday/COVID closures! We called the MainPlace Cinnabon, and even though they weren't going to open for another 20 minutes, Anna graciously took our phone order. They don't do curbside, but Anna agreed to take payment on the phone, so I could just dash in (with mask and face shield), and grab our two cinnamon rolls which they had JUST taken out of the oven! Hot, gooey, soft, sweet, flavorful, DELICIOUS!

There was a wait for us despite coming on a weekday morning, so I can't imagine how long the line gets on the weekends. The bakery is so cute inside and everything is displayed so aesthetically! I wanted to buy them all but we ended up getting the sundried tomato, butter croissant, scallion gochujang, and ube croffle. All of them were so fresh and perfectly crispy. The sun dried tomato one had cheese too and is definitely a great savory option. The gochujang one wasn't as spicy as I expected and was more on the sweeter side, but the scallion flavor was strong and delicious! My favorite was definitely the ube croffle, which was filled with a rich and creamy ube custard. It wasn't overly sweet and was soo good! There were a few things I wanted to try but didn't get a chance to yet, like their blue corn sourdough loaf and their cinnamon roll so I'll definitely be back for more!

I love everything else about…read moreCream Pan, but honestly, the line to select your pastry and the checkout is so UN-USER-FRIENDLY. The self service, pre-made lunch bentos, sandos and sushi area is fine, but once you need assistance from a worker, it starts getting ridic. How so? You speak to whomever is attempting to assist you OVER and UNDER a twenty-four year old counter area that holds the pastries and/or through a tiny hole in the cabinets. You can hardly make eye contact with the person, because all the pastry is in between where you are standing and where they are standing. Some people are tall, some short, but regardless, there is NO WAY to have a conversation with them. They are trying to see what exactly you are possibly pointing to in the case, but as noted, you're talking thru a case of pastry. This is also true at the Fountain Valley location, where they only have a very small counter to check out with many people standing in line trying to have someone collect their order from the back. Maybe also ask WHY there is never any KINAKO donuts? I was there at 11 am and I got THE LAST ONE! If these are so popular, why don't you make enough to sell throughout the day? Every other time I've been here, you were already SOLD OUT! SMH HAS ANYONE HERE SEEN THE SELF SERVICE process at 85 degrees? All their pastry is individually wrapped and you calmly walk through the SELF SERVICE pastry area with a tray and tongs to help yourself. If you'd like to pass the person in front of you, it's easy and doable because there is plenty of room and it doesn't make anyone feel like you are taking "cuts". Once you get to the end, the cashier totals up your tray and puts it in a bag or box for you. Done & Done. Let me reiterate that your pastry and food are all above par and I know you've been in business since 2002 and let me commend you for 24 years of service, but it's time to CHANGE IT UP to a more user friendly process. It's not appealing to anyone in this busy day and age that there is a line out the door, ONLY BECAUSE THE PROCESS INSIDE NEEDS HELP! It's also more sanitary that the pastry and breads are wrapped ahead of time as I saw a fly inside the case today. Ugh.

But I can definitely comment on the price and taste. He picked up a 1/4 sheet cake for my mom's birthday for $40, and it was absolutely worth it. The flavors were light and fresh, the texture was amazing, and I loved the layers of cream throughout the cake. Everything tasted balanced and not overly sweet. I'll definitely be ordering again. I was introduced to this delightfully beautiful cake from my neighbor and I recently came to order it for my own kid's birthday. It was an absolutely hit with my kid & family members! The small size ($40) can easily feed 8-10 people. It's loaded with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and layered with a thin sponge cake, cream, and puff pastry. I love the crispy, crunchy texture and the not-so-sweet cake and creamy whipped cream. Just note this fruit cake is the most popular cake they make. This is what they're known for. Santa Ana downtown is all metered street parking so be prepared to pay for parking. The stand is located right in front of the market so it isn't too hard to find. It's in the market so there's open seating and can get quite loud if there's a lot of people. Unfortunately, I was greeted very poorly when I got here. No one was available to help and periodically she would yell over to see if I was ready to order in a very bad tone. When I asked about the cheesecake selection, she said "you have to wait 30 min." I then asked what flavor it is and she said "pandan pineapple" in an annoyed tone. I asked if there were any other flavors and she said "no because I still need to decorate. You should really come later at night." I'm used to bakeries selling out later in the day but I guess it's opposite here. As if it couldn't get worse, I asked her if there are any coffees she recommended, and she said "viet coffee." I then said viet coffee is usually too strong for me and asked if there were any other recommendations and she doubled down and used a horrible tone to say "I already said I recommend the viet coffee." Therefore I opted to just not order coffee at this time. I ended up still ordering 2 cookies: miso toffee which was too firm and the ube coconut which actually was well balanced and had a nice coconut filling. I really hope they improve their customer service.
