That warm, soft dough loaded with that buttery cinnamon sugar filling and topped with a thick layer of sweet icing? It's indulgent, messy, and exactly what you expect every single time. There's something about that smell alone that pulls you in from across the mall. Yeah, it's definitely a commercial, mainstream cinnamon roll...not some artisanal, small-batch bakery experience..but that's kind of the point. It's consistent, affordable, and reliably satisfying when you're in the mood for something sweet and over-the-top. Only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because it can feel a bit heavy and overly sweet if you're not fully committed, and sometimes the freshness can vary depending on timing. Great selection of baked treats and drinks! Their chillattas are to die for! The double chocolate mocha and the Oreo cookies and cream are the best! This location is in the center of the mall, just off of the elevator. Staff was friendly, but they do need more people working. I love Cinnabon and this by far is the best one in Orange County. I've tried several locations and this one always has fresh and fluffy cinnamon rolls! I recently tried one that opened closer to me and was so dissatisfied. I will continue to drive to this one for my Cinnabon fix. read more

We came by to get some minibons, vanilla cold brew, and lemonade. The lady that helped us feels a bit rude, while ordering instead of saying 'is there anything else you'd like?', she asks me 'is that it?' after every item I ordered. Other than the customer service, the food and drink itself was okay. The minibons came with 4 mini pieces, which was great for sharing. The vanilla cold brew seems like it was watered down than usual. The lemonade was okay. I also think they downsized on their size. Their 'large' drink seems like a regular cup. Also got a 9 pack to make later for the Superbowl. They said they can run out pretty fast so it's best to preorder to make sure you get them. The member of our party that was a Cinnabon fan wanted to go here, so we let him buy something. The transaction seemed to go smoothly and there were no others in line. On that day there were free samples so we told him quickly to get them and ate them ourselves. They tasted good, fresh, and sweet. He seemed to like the one unit he bought since he wouldn't stop talking about how he really liked Cinnabon and shared it with my friend. There were some tables in front of the nearby Baskin Robbins counter to sit at. Chairs were available. I wanted a drink from here but it was mostly coffee and that would have made me hyper.
