If you want your skin burned and ripped off your face, this is the place to go. The esthetician severely damaged my skin after a waxing service. My face was bright red immediately after the service, but I didn't think much of it at first. As the day went on, the redness and burning only worsened. By the next morning, I woke up with visible burns and what looked like torn skin--across my eyelids and the side of my face. I called to let them know what happened, expecting at least an apology and the assurance they'd prevent this from happening to others. Instead, the woman I spoke with denied responsibility, saying, "I remember you--I didn't do that to your face." I sent her pictures of the damage, and her only advice was, "Just put Neosporin on it." No accountability whatsoever. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he "didn't have time" to talk to me. I'm absolutely blown away by the lack of professionalism and care. Meaning, that they hire based on quality and professionalism, which is rare in the San Antonio Market (and most market's). The wait times are short and non existent. As a career professional, active mom, wife, and socialite who has I have lived in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Houston...and I have gotten the most compliments at work, at gala's, play dates, running errand's, while traveling, from area teenagers, and from my husband! This place consistently gives one of the best pedicures in town--this was true even before they hired Julie. Do you have foot pain or stress in your body? If so, Julie is the most talented therapist. She specializes in deep tissue massaging while giving the most decadent pedicure. I cannot believe the relief she could provide in such a short time. If you want to have your nails done by inexperienced cosmetology grads and pay premium $$$$ for sub par work, then come on in. Came here with my daughter and friend on Black Friday, the day before my wedding. No one working there apparently knew how to apply acrylic nails or fill. We spent a total of 3 hours in the shop. The manager on duty did my daughters nails and eventually took over another girls job doing my nails when she clearly didn't know how to apply the ombre look I requested.... Also, this manager was continually interrupted by constant inquiries from the other nail techs asking questions on how to do what they needed to do. My friend was unfortunately the brunt of a nail teach that had done ZERO acrylic fills prior to this day. Throughout the entire time of me sitting down the manager kept telling young ladies that she will fix their nails if they came back in later :( My daughter never had acrylics before and while the manager did a great job of telling me how much extra this or that was, I found out later none of the extra glitter was ever a choice made by my daughter. I paid over $200 for two sets of acrylic and one basic non gel pedi. I feel taken advantage of, and more so felt my time with my friend was robbed of me from what should have been a pampered experience. I'm all for inexperienced cosmetologists to gain necessary industry experience, but be honest, and don't charge premium rates! Or don't take the clients in and let them find a tech who is able to complete the job. I will never get those three hours of my life back. I wanted a matte finish ombré look with an accent and instead got a thick bumpy glossy look with cheap and chunky gems. I will never again walk into a nail salon without asking basic questions and asking to see their license, and ask when they graduated etc... everyone lied about what they knew how to do to get us to sit down and wasted my hard earned money and priceless time. Not to Mention the time I am taking to write about experience while I'm supposed to be enjoying my honeymoon!!! read more

I only give this place two stars because the women were really nice and the customer service was really good. But the service was horrible. I got my nails done for my birthday and the lady that did my nails was nice but the work she did was not worth the money. She didn't clean up around the cuticle, she tried but didn't clean the polish up well, and she got so much acrylic under my nails. These photos were the next day. I paid $85 and my nails even didn't last two weeks. They popped off so easy and i think one nail has fungus because i never once saw them disinfect their tools. One lady came over grabbed a tool to use on another client that the lady just used on my nails. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your $85... read more

Only giving a two star review because of how nice the workers are in there. But not even three days in having dip on my nails they started to crack. Now 6 days later and all my nails have started to crack and chip. You can see in the photos that's my nail hasn't even grown out at all. Regular polish would last longer than these dip nails. I've been to places where they charge you for all the drinks and are overpriced but I thought it was a pretty good price considering the area! Definitely will be coming back!! Yesterday was my first time trying out Tutti Nail Bar and it's sad to say that it's likely my last. The atmosphere is great, but the work is subpar. We decided to check this place out because we were in the area for a Girls Day Out, but i really wish I had stuck to my usual spot. One of my coworkers did a mani/pedi, while myself and my other coworker wanted the dip with manicures plus a pedicure. In the end, we were both unsatisfied because all we ended up getting was our nails dipped. No manicure and no pedicure. You would think a business would want to make revenue and retain customers, but that was not the case. From what we gathered, they were super short staffed. There was only one nail tech available (Jackie), while everyone else was only doing pedicures. Jackie expressed that she was due to get off at 7:30 which was one hour away and the owner kept coming to her while doing my nails with, "I have one waiting for nails", "There's two for nails now". I feel like she rushed through my service to fit in the others so she could still get off on time, instead of the owner not being upfront and saying "we do not have the staff available at the moment, could we maybe set you up with an appointment tomorrow?" Overall, my nails are just okay. Some of them came out uneven and lumpy but other than that, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Everything is super clean from my experience. I called to make a appointment to come in to get it fixed they told me i could come in, i came in and they charged me for the work that they messed up which is absurd. I only give one star because times are hard and maybe thats what it is. BUT ive been getting Dip for years now! In my past years experience 3-4 weeks is pretty standard give or take certain occasions for my nails to last. 3 days in my nails dip was cracked and one on the 5th day one had a chunk that chipped off! I went in the next morning to see when they can fix me in for a repair. I got laughed at and got told " A week is standard ". I said you did my nails the first time and they lasted 4 weeks. She again laughed and with a smirk said "no way it last that long". Not sure why they would find it a positive if their work is only lasting a week.. and judging by the reviews, a lot of people had similar experiences. I get things happening but it was the laughing in my face for me. Don't waste your time or money. IF you decide to take your chances don't book first appointment. no structure, place is hot and muggy, and not extremely welcoming. oh and they don't accommodate nails and feet being done at the same time. which for me is sometimes a must with my schedule. read more

Salon is well kept with good color selections, but I received a dip manicure Thursday evening and by Monday morning 6 of my nails were severely cracked and unwearable. I needed to get them redone.(Normally, my dip else where has lasted 3 weeks minimum.) My friend's nails lasted, and she liked them.
