She messed up twice on my toes tried to fix it but messed up again? Idk how that happens.. I got shellac so they can look clean not messy I honestly could've done a better job on my toes. After moving to the area I had to find a new salon after 3 years of going somewhere else. The owner Ann is super nice. They were busy but she helped techs finish clients so that people with appointments didn't have to wait. Lovely change from my old salon where I always had to wait even with an appointment. I did have a couple of nails break but they gladly fixed them over a week after my nails were done for no charge. I made an appointment to go back today. Ann even told me the first day we stand behind our work if you aren't happy let us know. read more

I have been going to Klassy Nails for a few years now, realizing today I have never left a review. They have always done an amazing job on my nails and give the BEST pedicures. (Honey with the extended massage with the lava rocks and then paraffin = HEAVEN !!! Their pricing is much lower than other salon/spas in the area and you get way more personal attention. I've always been able to get in and out in a rush if needed or I have been able to rest and get a pedi followed by my nails and enjoy the spa time. Love that they had wine, cokes, bottle water and a margarita machine as part of the salon experience. Really appreciated that the lady was gentle in sanding my feet. It seemed like a clean place. Couldn't do very much in nail art but pedicure was good. They even touched up a toe when we smudged it on our way out. If you're going as a larger group I suggest going as soon as the store opens. More like ass-y nails. This isn't my usual place but I thought it'd be decent from its overall 4 star review. I took my 4 year old here for a mani pedi and the lady doing her nails was incredibly rude. Didn't look me or my daughter in the eyes once and didn't say a word. My daughter who loves people tried to talk to her several times and she was completely ignored. I also asked how much it would be 5 minutes in and they said 35$ for toes and 25$ for hands. My daughter is 4!! I've never been charged that much for my daughter. I asked if they could please stop because that was too much money for me, they said that it was too late and that the pedicure was done. There wasn't even paint on her toes yet.. My bad for not asking before they started but their bad for not working with me when I told them that was too much money for me. I stayed polite but was definitely mad at the whole situation. The cherry on top was that my daughters nails were sloppy. I payed but really regret it now. The one star is from my daughter, if she could give everyone a gold star she probably would so don't take it as a compliment. read more

Pedicure was nice, foot massage could have had a little more pressure. Felt rushed. Had a pedi with paraffin was less than 30 minutes. Manicure was terrible. Guy was more concerned about some other girl who walked in. Almost clipped my finger tip. Had to ask him twice to address roughness and unevenness. A little disappointed after receiving one of the worst fills of solar nails. I originally went for a pedicure and was going to wait to see my regular nail technician for my fills. I was talked into her my fills done at the same time as my pedicure, which I had never done before... I should've known better when the gentleman that was asked to take care of me seemed extremely put off by having to do my service. I had gotten a brand new full set of solar nails 2.5 weeks prior and when I walked out of there, I felt very unhappy with what I received. Polish was left around my cuticles and the quality of what I received looked almost like chiclets put on my fingernails. Needless to say, extremely overpriced for the quality of work received. I wanted to try something different, and going by the reviews I thought this place would be really good. My technician was nice, but he rushed thru my shellac manicure, and did sloppy work, and there's still dead skin pieces I'll have to snip later. Not to mention the polish he got on my skin, something I specifically asked him not to do (can't believe you have to tell someone that). They do have a killer color selection, and maybe there's another technician that wouldn't rush through it. This was anything but relaxing so I'm not sure I'll be back to try another technician. This place is very tranquil, quite and relaxing. I had the organic lavender pedicure and the manicure. Both services were great! Service is outstanding and you pay about the same as anywhere else. A young man did my service and he was so nice and checked with me frequently about my comfort. The price was what was on the menu and my toes look great. Really wanted to love this place. In fact I have gone every two weeks for about 3 months. Sometimes you get lucky and get someone good but sometimes it's just awful. Today I left leaving knowing I could have done my nails better and saved myself $45. The girls there are pretty good but there's a guy there I didn't get his name, but I have shellac polish all over my fingers. I have already got him a few times each worse and worse.. My wife and I went on an afternoon date to get pedicures. We stopped here thinking it would be upscale. It cost us 90 dollars for the 2 of us and it was NOT worth it. The guy who did my wife's feet looked like he was in a hurry and didn't offer my wife anything to drink, like any decent nail spa would. The woman who worked on my feet rushed through the service and didn't even let me know she was done. So I sat in my chair for an extra 10 minutes waiting for her to come back only to be told by the receptionist she had finished. I take pretty good care of my feet and they looked better before the service than afterwards. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good nail treatment. read more

Worst manicure I've had. I get my nails done every two weeks and I'm new to San Antonio so I've been trying different salons. I get white every time. Plain white. They started putting glitter on my nails, thankfully I noticed and was able to stop it. My nails were not cleaned up well and left jagged and unevenly cut. They also threw in extra charges that were not brought up before hand when I asked about pricing. Would not recommend. read more

I'm very pleased with this nail salon. For me, the most important aspect of any salon is the nail tech and I was so thankful when I found Tracy. She is excellent at shaping toes and fingernails and does a Very good job with my ingrown big toenails. During my last visit, I chose Essie nail polish which wasn't gel but almost (it has a special matching topcoat) and it has lasted beautifully - 1 1/2 weeks so far with no chipping. I did apply an extra top coat half way through that time. The massage chairs are comfortable, alcoholic drinks are included and everyone is friendly. It is a new and very pretty salon and seems hygienic. Plastic liners are used in the soaking tubs and I believe the tools are sterilized - at least they come out of wrappers. I always leave smiling - hot towels, hot stones, and massage equal relaxation. So I almost can't believe I divulged the name of my favorite nail tech and it is my agape love for all womankind which overrode my selfish instincts. read more

This place came up and after seeing how close it was to us I opted to call to make an appointment given COVID-19. A gentleman answered and he was very friendly and helpful. I specified that it was my daughter's 9th birthday and inquired about pricing. He was very patient and informative. He did inform me that the age limit for children mani/pedis was 8 years of age (it seems at age 9 they charge full adult price which I feel is pretty unreasonable) he did say that he would allow us the children's pricing since it was her birthday that day. We arrived at our designated appointment time and were let in by the gentleman who helped me over the phone. Again very kind and professional; we picked out our colors and were led to the pedi stations to get started. We did wear masks the entire time and were spaced one station apart from others. The woman who assisted me, Anne, was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend asking for her if you happen to go in. She gave me tips on how to care for my nails and what type of manicures would work best on me. She was thorough and to be honest was probably one of the best manicures I've ever had! My daughter was gifted a gift card for her birthday & I will be taking her back once it's safe to do so (COVID-19 numbers are very high once again at this time) however, I do not believe I will be taking her back since I do find the cut off age for a children's mani/pedi is 9. Charge full price for a child is a bit absurd, at many other salons the cut off is 12. Other than this I highly recommend Klassy Nails if you live or are in the area. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I left the salon not happy with my gel manicure, and couldn't quite figure out why it looked off. I finally realized my cuticles were never trimmed. When I went back the front desk asked me if I wanted a clean up or to start over. As she was cleaning up my cuticles I realized my nails were not improving. I then asked her if she wouldn't mind starting over. The Manager, who was the one working on my nails said I would have to wait almost a week until the woman who originally had done my nails returned. She went on to explain that these are independent contractors who are responsible for their product and that she was doing me a favor by fixing my nails. I have never requested a nail tech to redo my nails but I spent $45 on a gel manicure and left a rather large tip, I wanted to walk away happy. It was very clear that the Manager did not care. Personally not my favorite. I first got a pedicure and I told the gentleman to file, not cut my nails because I like them longer and squared off. He ended up cutting them ridiculously short and rounding them off(the exact opposite of what I said). He either wasn't listening or didn't understand me because he nodded his head and said okay after I had initially said that. All my toe nails are clipped at different angles looking all very uneven. I also got a manicure and he seemed very rushed and careless despite the lack of other customers in there. He pinched me painfully many times while doing my toes and nails. Left a lot of nail polish around my toes and nails ended up looking kind of sloppy. I won't come back or recommend this place to anyone. During my experience him and other employees would only speak their native language to each other and very minimal English to me, which is very rude. Over all were very rushed, not attentive, and not very welcoming at all. read more
