Completion of Recall 25C69 - Integrated Park Module Software Update 2. Prepaid maintenance services, including tire rotation and other covered services 3. Documentation and photograph of the crack on the passenger-side rear door panel molding I have respectfully requested clarification regarding the denial of these items multiple times, as they all fall under recall and/or warrantee issues and/or prepaid maintenance coverage. While the dealership itself is nice the service department really needs to be reevaluated for competency. There are things I'm away of with my truck and things I'm not, as I don't test them as I assume the dealership will as it's part of their service checks. I have a 2022 Maverick. I know the front tires are within 4 months of needing replacement. If I were to do a nickel test they'd fail. But they work, it's not urgent but it needs attention. However the service center claims they're great. Don't worry about it. Everyone with a yes would say that's not true. But they said these are great and checked the green box. Upon leaving the dealership, less than a week passes and my 12 volt battery is dead. I thought it's my fault. Must have left it on. A few days later, happens again. I jump it and think it's weird I've had the truck for two years but accidentally leave it on twice in the last two weeks. I look at the paperwork. Service center said the battery is great. Green box checked. I call and tell them they messed something up, the battery needs a jump once a week. They said it's in perfect condition. I've had the truck for less than 36 months. We're good. A month passes. It dies randomly. I jump it. Again they said it's fine. Finally after it died in a parking lot and I couldn't jump it as easily. I do a system check. The battery is at 37%. Again. They said it's perfect. Nothing wrong 37%. And magically. I was 10 days over the warranty period. Had they actually did a service check, none of this would have happened. Everything about this place is nice. Location. Lobby. Staff. But unfortunately you cannot trust their service staff and the ability to perform the inspection you're paying for. Fortunately, I can take a car apart if need be. But if you're a regular person and can't catch the things they're saying are great but are not, you could find yourself stranded. read more

On March 31, I took my Ford F150 for "The Works" on Invoice S5CS496838. My concern is when I returned home I noticed that oil was dripping onto my drive way Upon examination, I noticed that the drained oil was not wiped clean from the cross members or any other structural members of the under carriage/frame. Needless to say the oil was literally leaking until I wiped it clean. No oil filter or oil plug leak, simply poor clean up on behalf of the technician. Brought an F-150 in for some recall work. Sounded like they said it would take about a day. It took four days. They didn't bother to communicate about the delay. But I did get a few calls from my credit card company. That was because the credit cards that were in the glove-box for emergency use were being used online and around town. They also managed to leave the windows down while the truck was there so it was absolutely filthy when we picked it up. Stay far far far away from this dealership. What I appreciated most was how they actually listened to me about my budget and helped me prioritize the most important service needes. 10 hours to change some filters, an oil change and a check engine light repair is a bit excessive especially when I made an appointment and dropped off at 7 am. I also told them when I made the appointment I needed my car done by 2 pm and they said that shouldn't be a problem. Also they never gave me updates along the way. Don't leave a message on the 'general' service department's voicemail box, only leave a message on a specific service advisor's voicemail. I was told the phone system has had issues since after the beginning of the year and that the voicemails left aren't monitored/returned because no one knows where they go. That's incredibly bad service and you have no way of knowing that when you leave a message. MAKE SURE YOU GET A SERVICE ADVISOR'S BUSINESS CARD so you can call for status on you vehicle. And, know that they service cars in the order they come in whether or not they have an appointment. So just show up. Apparently it doesn't matter. They'll just put your car in line and get to it when it's next. read more

During my recent service visit, my experience was... Disappointing again. What I thought was going to be a few hours or a day turned out to be2 days. I received no updates on day one, I called and left a message on the general line which apparently doesn't get picked up until the next day. I physically went in to check on my truck at 5:30 pm and my Sevice advisor had gone home. Another advisor said the Sevice tech who installed my part would be in at 0900. He said to call if I didn't hear by 12:00 noon. I had to call. My Sevice person said the tech was at lunch and it takes more than a " few hours to install and program my part. Guess what? It was only several hours later. Oh by the way, I specifically asked to have the truck washed. Second time it wasn't washed. Last time I received a call from the service manager promising it would be washed ( I asked, I was told yes)such a disappointment. I know, before you judge me for taking my truck to a dealership, my vehicle is so new I had to take it a dealer for service. I ended up with around a $25k bill to rebuild the engine and fuel system on my truck. The process took a while. They are or were short staffed. I got the "waiting for parts" line every time I called in for status. Finally after more than 3 weeks it was ready. I get in to drive off after paying. I get two immediate vehicle warning messages. 10 miles until empty. Oil change Required. I can let the fuel one go I guess, but come on with the oil. Never even a mention of it , nor if they wanted me to get it done too while it's there. I just spent $25k and they give me back vehicle requiring a $100 oil change. (And no it wasn't the first time those alerts happened, right when I started it, oil warnings start with "recommend" not "required " and fuel warnings start at 50 miles left) Here is why I give 3 stars though. Everyone I dealt with was actually very nice in person and on the phone. My truck is still running great, no issues from their repairs. The show room and service checkin were very clean and comfortable. So they do have some customer service strengths, but that obvious lack of detail to make it superb and build that loyalty, that feeling that they want your business , is lacking, and the nickel and diming feels very embedded there. read more

Total Boutique Ford Dealer!!! So, I purchased my truck from Tuttle Click back in 2017, I WAS having it serviced at the Fire dealer closer to my house in Long Beach. However, every time I went to my local dealer, I felt like a low priority. I decided to make the sacrifice and drive to Tuttle Click for for ALL of my service needs. The difference in service is SO apparent... EVERY TIME!!! The whole process is very personal and professional. During my last visit to have my oil changed, I was told it would take roughly 1.5 hours to complete my service. Because I had my dog with me, my service advisor Kyle Sanders let me know if a park we could walk to while my truck is being serviced. To my surprise, they called me in 50 minutes to let me know that my truck was ready. Upon returning, I noticed that there was an issue with my car that was in the red. When I asked about this, Kyle let me know that he went ahead and had this issue repaired, at no cost to me!! I was so shocked and pleased that Tuttle Click values me as a customer and paid for the necessary repairs that I was really responsible for. Had a late night breakdown on my Ford Transit that was converted to a tiny home. Not a great situation. However, after I got towed to this location Kyle Sanders took great care of us. He was very kind and sympathetic to our situation. Due to the fact that this was also our home, he put us as high priority in the queue. They gave us a complimentary Lyft ride to a hotel nearby as well. Next morning I get a call at 9am that they have diagnosed the problem and fortunately they had the needed part in stock. By noon the vehicle was ready to go, and they gave us a complimentary Lyft ride back. The speed of the service was very impressive and appreciated given our tough situation. Best part of the experience was Kyle. He was there at 8pm when we brought the vehicle in and called up the next morning at 9am. Don't waste your time with this piss ant service department. If you must use a dealership, take your vehicle to a dealership that can handle the work load they have, otherwise use an independent mechanic. They don't know, they can't do it and they don't care...and they don't communicate. Took our vehicle in for service on a Wednesday, they had it for a week and a half, didn't even diagnosis it. The vehicle just sat out in an uncovered dirt lot getting dusty and full of cobwebs. We called trying to get any information multiple times and were told someone would get back to us when they had some information, which never happened. We finally got someone on the phone that admitted that they are severely understaffed and unable to project when they might be able to look at the vehicle, and offered no solution. Really, they couldn't have provided any worse customer service, it is impressive how poorly this whole thing has been handled. They should have been completely up front that they were so understaffed in the beginning and we would have immediately taken it to a different dealership, but instead they held the vehicle for a week and a half and wasted our time. Ended up having to use our own towing service - because they didn't even offer to participate in the transfer - to have the vehicle taken to another Ford dealership in the hopes of finally getting even just a diagnosis. I would not recommend this dealership for your repairs. I have taken my van into them 3 different times. One experience was good and the other 2 were terrible. The last bad experience was actually dangerous to me. I took in my van for a factory rear camera recall and the technician lied to me and said they needed to remove my built in cabinets to get to the wires so they couldn't do the recall. I told him that made no sense and there should be a plug at the camera base to replace it. He said no. I took it to a different Ford dealership and they were able to replace the rear camera as it does clip in. The other Ford technician appeared to be lazy to recalibrate the camera. Also said the fixed the slow leak in my tire and they didn't. I took it to a tire shop and they fixed in 15 minutes. This dealership also does not return phone calls. read more

Oh now I want to love them because they're the closest dealership to me. I have a Ford Escape that's leased through my company. Both the old and brand new battery have drained several times within 2-3 months. They, along with their sister dealership in Irvine, have had it in and can't find the cause. The most troubling thing was I was told I'm not a paying customer - so the technician won't spend more time on it when he/she's not getting paid (insert shocked look here). I guess the leasing company only authorizes a very little amount of time/cost to work on it if jumping it will start it back up. Frustrating. But, shout out to Matt for putting the spare on my other car and letting me know two tires were unsafe (ya, it was a day - a flat tire on my husband's car while I was following the tow truck towing my company car). read more

This dealership tries to take advantage of customers, is dishonest and does not keep its word. 1. A new car salesman sold us a new vehicle, promising to get us $500 to $1,000 for a 20+ year old vehicle that was still running but had seen it's better days. He insisted he would do this outside of the paperwork on the new car, since his dealership didn't want a trade of that age. We finally agreed, rather than give the car to a family meet who wanted it, when the salesman promised he would pay the money out of his own pocket if he didn't get that from his buyer. Then he disappeared - ghosting us for months. The manager had seen the entire discussion and promise, but claimed not to remember the details. It took months to show up and catch the salesman there - who then acknowledged the promises but said he had given the car away and therefore had nothing for us. No apology, no return of our vehicle, he just blew us off and the managers didn't care to do a thing about it. 2. My 24 year old daughter took the then one year old new car into the dealership and the service writer called and told her (I overheard via herspeakerphone) it was "time to change the lug nuts to keep the tires from coming off." It was complete fiction intended to inflate service costs. I drove her back to the dealership and we spoke with the service writer who denied he had sought authorization for the lug nut job. We asked for and spoke with the service manager, he was totally uninterested in the issue - as if we were wasting his time by reporting that his service writer was committing fraud! read more

Had bad experience with laziness & lack of communication of one service advisor & rudeness of another. With the money I've spent on car repairs & parts, I should receive better service than this. One example, was my car could have been ready on time, but was informed by service advisor the tech working on my car left for the day at the end of his 8 hour shift at 3:30. So my car repair could not be completed. Yet the service department is open until at least 5 or 6. So another tech could easily have taken over the repair to complete the repair that same day. It was not an extensive repair. This caused me wait another day & to pay an extra day for my car rental. After quoting approximately $140 for part, informed now will cost + $800 and 3-4 days to get part and unknown when to be completed. Part expected Friday or Saturday. Called today Saturday 11:00, still no part. Timothy says he will cancel the part ordered and "try to get it from another dealer"??? What does that mean?? No new target date for repair, after now out of essential working truck for 6 days...IF repaired Monday. DO NOT RECOMMEND Tuttle unless you want to be extremely unhappy. read more

He was knowledgeable about my truck and worked hard to get me the best price he could. The finance department was quick and didn't push anything on me that I was not interested in. I am writing this review specifically to highlight how much the whole team went above and beyond to help me with some issues I noticed after taking the truck home. I am not the easiest customer to deal with when I am not satisfied and they were quick to get my concerns taken care. Most sales guys would just push you off to the service department, but Brandon helped me through the whole process. The service manager, Brendan was amazing and my advisor, Kyle was awesome!
