No condiments came with the order but they did include some napkins and plastic cutlery. You can add cheese or other sauce options with your tots for a small up charge. I do recommend. Food is good and filling and items were packed carefully.

We got a pizza and there was an odd funky smell on some of the pepperoni. Everything in this place is self serve, which is odd, and pretty much guarantees little to no tipping, so they just add it onto your bar bill automatically, so watch out for that. I've been in a lot of brewery restaurants and the brewery portion is always immaculate. Theirs looks like your grandpa's basement, with junk all over shelves, stuff just laying around, and just generally dirty and cluttered. That was a one and done for us, as there's nothing to warrant a second trip.

On the rare occasion when there is a problem with a machine, there is usually a staff member available who can fix it promptly, or at least give you a free game on a different machine. Their use of RFID cards for payment is definitely more convenient than most of the other arcades, which require dollar bills (or even quarters, in some cases). For those who aren't into pinball, there are also a number of other games (claw machines, etc.), making Level Up a great destination for the whole family. Definitely recommended!

Disappointed beyond belief... Love the bartenders, love the food, love the cooks, love the atmosphere & love majority of people that come there... But this is the third time I've had to endure the juke box blasting out the "N-word, the "P-word", the "F-word" and believe it or not even worse... for hours on end, in daylight hours when children are present... No white person can say it or think it without risk of getting their ass kicked or being considered a pariah, deservedly so... I'm no saint & this is a restaurant/bar but I at least try not to cuss in this situation & I know to never ever speak the "N-word", but Tuty's feels it's perfectly acceptable to blast song after song, hour after hour filled with filth & the "N-word", the "N-word", the "N-word" over & over & over... I'm no prude & I frequent other sports bars regularly: Frickers, Roosters, BW3's, W.O.Wrights... But I have never heard the filth on a loud speaker anywhere else, that Tuty's promotes while children are present... Completely disgusting... Exemplifies the very worst of society... read more

I wasn't sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked through the door, this place Blew. My. F*cking. Mind!!!! The food was delicious and the lunch specials were only $4.99, are you kidding me?! My coworker ordered a diet coke and literally got a picther of cola all to herself. Whoa. On top of that, the waitress gave my three lunch companions and me a Mega-Millions lottery ticket as a free lunch bonus. The buffalo wings were even tasty and sizable!
