They're up front about what they can and cannot do when altering your items, their prices are very reasonable, and their turnaround time is relatively quick. I provided the elderly person my credit card and said that if they needed to they could just pay the additional fee. But we did not get that far because the elderly person said to the desk people - "she said it's cleaned" and the response to their old and frail person was, "you lied." So they left shaking and I went in. I was immediatley told that we are barred and can never return. From my career I consistently hear negative comments about the rudeness of the staff. Seeing an elderly person shake at being called a liar was not okay. I am sharing so that the staff either take ownership of their anger or to warn others.
