Service by the salesperson was fine. She measured me, sized me up right, and was totally helpful with suit selection. The tailor, however, was a bit rushed and not so nice. The suit I purchased was sloppy. If I didn't try it on, I wouldn't have seen the unfinished hem of the pants, which was corrected. Tapering of the pants was a bit tight in the calf area ...to the point where I have to shake my leg or pull the pant leg down every time I get up from sitting. Never had to do that with any other suit. The jacket was wrinkled with obvious folds in the sleeves. The top front button looked funny when buttoned because the lapel crease hits below it. I went back to have him iron it out. Still looks funny because it still has the wrong crease. Speaking of coming back to get fixed... the tailor acted like it was a hassle to fix it. I sensed attitude, like almost anger that I came back. Surprised that there was no sense of remorse that a customer had to come all the way back to a crowded mall because of an unsatisfactory suit. At least the salesperson was apologetic. It's rare that I write one star reviews, but when you're not happy with the product that they specialize in, and you get attitude about it, and still not satisfied with the suit after another visit ...it's safe to say I wouldn't recommend buying a suit from here. If I'm going to pay a good price for a suit, I expect a product that is completely prepared and worth the value. Sounds like common sense. read more

I am writing this review to provide the most complete perspective of the tailored suit buying journey. TL:DR -- I'd actually look at other places the prices here are reasonable but was not worth the headache. We were buying suits for my friends wedding giving ourselves sometime we started this 8 weeks from the wedding date, we had talked to Gabe and he seemed to know what he was talking about. Deciding between ordering online and buying with these guys we decided to take a stab with Gabe (a choice I have regretted) while buying the suits; they didn't have my size and color in stock so I had to wait for Gabe to order it. He gave me instructions that he was gonna call the following week and pay for the suit. Next week arrives he gives me a call (does not leave me a voice message), I return the call and was told he will call back. He doesn't so I decided to drive in thinking the suit has arrived and I might as well pay for it and get everything tailored so we don't run into a tight timeline. Weirdly enough Everytime you come into this store it seems as though they don't know they are selling suits for weddings. I always feel like I'm talking to aliens when I tell them I have a suit for "x" party. When I talk to someone who kinda knows what their doing she tells me that my suit isn't here and oh we usually don't do any tailoring untill all the suits arrive just in case something happens. I'm like why did you start on the grooms suit then?! So I start to panic but they said Gabe will call you but I'm wondering why Gabe called me in the first place if my suit wasn't ready. At this point I'm wondering why he didn't leave a voicemail? Who calls and doesn't leave a voicemail? But anyways; while I'm in jolly bee, another customer of tuxedo warehouse tells me they have a wedding THE NEXT DAY and their suit isn't in stock. So this is where I really regret buying from tuxedo warehouse. I'm gonna fast forward but know our 8 week buffer zone turned into 1 week out from the wedding. I had to rush and get my suit because of them. Mike had done the alterations and said the pants would push out (they were tight af) then when I picked up the suit my balls were still crushed. Then Gabe has the audacity to say well we should've went to 42R so get the pants to fit.... Why are we having this conversation AFTER alterations. As a sales associate shouldn't you have walked me through pros and cons of being in a 40R or a 42R BEFORE WE COMMITTED TO ALTERATIONS. So I don't know how they do fitting here. I'd just trust your own gut and go somewhere else. I'm just disappointed all around. On top of that look at how much my pants kink from the alterations. read more

This location is located inside Great Mall right next to Jollibee. We came in on a Saturday around noon, right around the time they opened. We were greeted by Mary immediately. We told her what we were looking for and she asked if we had an appointment, which we didn't. She said she'll check to see if and when she could assist us, so we just browsed a little until she got back to us. She came back and said that she could help us right then and my husband could try on some items until her appointment came in. But once they do arrive, she would have to help them and maybe put us on the waitlist for later on that day. Mary was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us suggestions on the right suit for our type of event. Told us to try it on by standing outside the store to get natural lighting and to take pictures too. She really wanted us to like it. She didn't make us feel like we were pressured to rent/buy the suit that day. She also didn't make us feel like we were wasting her time if we didn't do so either. Even when her appointment came in, instead of pushing us back to another time, she told us that she'll have another gentleman take us on and basically cater to his appointment and my husband for his measurements. We would wait a little here and there but it was totally understandable since we didn't have an appointment. They even apologized to us for even waiting! I needed to rent a tuxedo for my special day. I booked an appointment with Alexis. She recommended we need to have the fitting within a month before the wedding. She helped me with the fitting and made it easy for me to decide on the tux that would look perfect for the wedding. After about an hour of fitting, I found the perfect tux. The tux should be ready for pickup 2 days before the wedding date. My best man, groomsmen, and others that are part of the wedding came for their fitting on separate days. Each person's fitting takes about 20-30 mins so better to have them come separately. When I came to pick up my tux close to the opening time, the guy told me the tux arrived, but not tailored yet. I was never told that was the case which was odd. I had time to kill so I came later. My tux was ready and the fitting was perfect. Just in case you want to do some little alterations, the tailor can fix it on the spot. They told me the tux must be return the day after the wedding or you get charge once a month. Not all Yelp reviews are 5 stars and not everyone would give me 5 stars as a person, but this place gets my 5 stars. Located inside Great Mall at the Starbucks Jollibee side. Clear windows so it's easy to see the entire store. Suits and colors hanging, on display, and on mannequins. They have sizes available at least close to your size to try on and see different combinations. They do deals such as rent 10 and get some kind of discount. Fitting rooms and platform with angled mirrors to decide what you like. They didn't rush us at all, and we took a while. They attended and acknowledged other customers as they came in. Many were coming to drop off pr suit rentals. I like that they make sure you come in much before the date to try on suits. However if absolutely needed they have an in house seamstress that can do last min alterations. I could see him working on projects in the corner. read more

Tailor Mike is also a great person to work with. I am tall with unusual rectangular body dimension, and I am glad I had Mike doing the adjustments for my suit. Been a customer at this shop for all my kids' prom events. Each time we come in for sizing on a weekend, the shop is full and the wait time averages between 30 minutes to 1 hour. The most recent visit was on a weekday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find 1 person ahead of us and barely any wait time. The staff are always friendly and patient.
