So I got my tv mounted by frank yesterday. I was a little nervous at first, due my appointment was at 12 noon, and I didn't get a call notifying me that he was on his way. So I called Jay and he confirmed I'm still on they've just been a little busy. Frank called me within seconds and came in and did he job within 30 mins. He was very friendly and polite. Due to the fact that I don't watch tv, I didn't check to see if everything work, neither did frank. Which was okay I know his day was busy. But my hdmi cable stop working and I wasn't able to watch tv. I called Jay the next morning and he came over within an hour to fix the problem. He was very nice! So I had enough of waiting for my partner to instal the TV on the wall, so this afternoon at 12 I called Jay after finding his yelp page, he was really helpful, asked if i could do today at 5pm, worked out perfectly. Michael called at 3.40pm and said his close by and finished a job early, so he was over by 4pm and finished by 4.50pm. Communicated really well with us, asked us exactly what we wanted and where. He accidentally made a hole when trying to find a stud and quickly got out the mud and fixed it. He hung a very heavy mount and TV above our fireplace and it looks perfect. Jay saved the day! For some extra cash the Time Warner cable installer offered to hang our brand new 55" TV, and being naive we agreed. A few hours and wall scratches later I paid him to STOP trying to hang the TV and to go away! Left with a crooked off center TV and a mess I needed help bad. A quick Yelp search brought me to Jay. He was gracious on the phone and said he would come himself on a Sunday to get us set up correctly. He arrived on time, took care of the problem, was mindful of our furniture and even patched the wall dents the previous installer had made. What's the point of putting late hours of operation but getting mad about getting late calls. I can take my business elsewhere.

Called in to schedule a TV mounting. They asked about the specifics and I told them that there was a blank wall plate by an outlet that looked like it was prewired and setup for mounting a TV. They gave me a quick quote and we scheduled the appointment. Got a call from Bobby, who said he was ahead of schedule and asked it if was ok to start early. This worked out for me because I had plans later that afternoon. I had requested 3x HDMI and 1x Cat5 be ran but since the tube in the wall was only an inch thick in diameter, all of the cables would not fit. Bobby, being the pro that he is, ran the cables that would not fit through the tube behind it instead. Bobby did a great job mounting my 65" TV. He first mounted it at the height I requested. I thought it seemed too high so he happily remounted it a bit lower to the level I was happy with. Afterwards, he cleaned up the mess and moved everything back to its original place. These guys have amazing customer service and If I ever move to a new apartment, I will be sure to call these guys for mounting my TV. You're the man Bobby! read more

Worst ever. I have never seen a so unprofessional guy. Here is my story, Two years ago, I asked him to mount my TV and He charged $155.Now, This year when I was moving, He quoted $155 for unmounting, patching the drywall, and re-mounting at another location. I negotiated for $125 he agreed and the date was fixed On the day of the job, He said he cannot do it for $125, He waited till the last minute to let me know that he needs $225. I had to return the keys for my appointment within hours, knowing that he trapped me. I asked him why he agreed initially, He said he was not aware that the wall has to be patched. The worst comment he made was: "do you think I am a Mexican guy from a home depot to do it for $125?". That's no good man! read more

After checking with a few of the guys they were able to get someone to my home within an hour of when I called. Jay mounted my TV's when I first moved to LA at my first apartment. He did a great job and was very professional and courteous. I eventually moved and needed to mount some new TV's. I made a huge mistake and used a local person and they couldn't get the job done. I had a fireplace with a weird stud placement and they couldn't get it done. I reached out to jay and he wasn't sure if he could do it or not. He actually came to my place first to do the measurements and recommended which brackets would work and he didn't charge me anything. TV Guy Jay was great, we had him put up our old flat-screen after we moved and I'm very happy with the work. He was punctual, very knowledgable, had all the required tools, cables, connectors and mount with him so he could get the job done quickly and efficiently. We wanted him to route the cables through the fireplace chimney wall cavity which he did and he hid the wires neatly.
